Siamo arrivati a tarda sera e ripartiti al mattino presto per cui abbiamo visto poco ma l' alloggio era pulito e ordinato, con tutto il necessario per la notte e l'uso cucina. Lucrezia gentile e disponibile, se ci sarà un' altra occasione torneremo

Casa Doriana è in una posizione meravigliosa per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità. Abbiamo passato un fine settimana in compagnia molto piacevole in quanto c'è una grandissima zona di giardino dove poter giocare con gli amici. Pier Giuseppe è molto cordiale e ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su come raggiungere la vicina Bologna. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella Casina nel Cerchio, perfetta per tre persone. Per il clima invernale freddo non abbiamo approfittato di due spazi esterni che rendono la casina molto più spaziosa: il terrazzino e un salottino all'aperto delizioso e molto curato negli arredi. La casa è tutta arredata con gusto. Silvia è stata accogliente, generosa e super disponibile, ci ha persino accolto con degli assaggi tipici che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Ravenna è uno scrigno di arte preziosa e la casa è vicina a tutto, anche al mare (una decina di minuti in auto). Ci piacerebbe moltissimo tornare da Silvia in una stagione più mite per goderci anche gli spazi esterni.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento indipendente per 10 giorni. Tutte le informazioni fornite da Gloria si sono rivelate estremamente corrispondenti alla realtà. La posizione è strategica per potersi godere sia il mare che il porto canale e il centro di Cesenatico. Gli spazi in casa sono molto ampi e ben organizzati. La cucina è super accessoriata e molto pulita, i bagni sembrano nuovi e anche le stanze meritano un buon giudizio. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono poi utilissime biciclette, molti libri e giochi per bambini, asciugamani e ombrellone per la spiaggia. Purtroppo le cattive condizioni meteorologiche non ci hanno permesso di sfruttare il giardino ma sicuramente torneremo così da provare l’ambiente esterno. Nonostante non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Gloria di persona, ci ha comunque fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie davvero! Nicoletta & family

Carolina’s place was so cute and in such a peaceful location. We had breakfast served by her mother and it was wonderful. They’re home in beautiful and they were so kind. I do wish the hot water lasted long enough for two showers but for a place in the middle of the country I totally understand. Definitely recommend!

The moment we opened the door, we felt right at home. First, the house had anything and everything you need for a week's stay with my son. The house was spotlessly clean, the apartment is silent, the heating was working great too. :) Roberta even left instructions on how to do the garbage; hence, if you are a traveler, you know how tricky every country's garbage system is. The location is great, within walking distance to everything, but if you feel lazy, 1 one-minute walk to the bus stops too. Plenty of supermarkets, big and small around, leave your luggage and you are ready for Bologna. She was very helpful for the check-in and check-out times, with local recommendations and anything in between. Will definitely return! It is now our home in Bologna! L’ alloggio di Caterina è in una posizione ideale e il parcheggio interno per chi come noi viaggia con un cane e tutti i bagagli e’ un elemento che fa la differenza. L’appartamento è curato e funzionale, molto pulito e silenzioso. Caterina è un’host perfetto, molto precisa e disponibile per chiarimenti, suggerimenti e informazioni. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere qualsiasi attrazione della città.

Franca E Mario's place was perfect base for exploring Bologna and also doing day trips via train to other cities. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. I was met by Mario who was very friendly and showed me where everything was and was close by if there had been any problems. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bologna.

Signed up to the gym round the corner - loved it! So much yummy food and bars on the doorstep and so close to the centre!

Sono stata davvero bene nell’appartamento spazioso e pulito di Gabriele. La casa è come nelle foto. Tutto quello che serve per una vacanza tranquilla. Il letto comodo per un sonno riposante. La terrazza stupenda, anche se l’ho usato poco perché ha piovuto. Ho apprezzato molto il posto auto riservato.☺️ Il mare è a due passi 😻 Gabriele è stato sempre presente con i messaggi e a rispondere rapidamente alle mie domande. È un ottimo host. Ci ritornerò volentieri. Lo raccomando con tutto il cuore.

Comfortable studio (one room) for 2-4 people with kitchen, a large bathroom, dressing space with hangers and a balcony. The photos do not fully reflect how the space currently looks like - the studio in reality is more spacious than in the photos . Sweet snacks are available for breakfast as well as coffee from Lavazza capsule`s coffee maker. A plus in the studio is plenty of light in various places, a dishwasher and a microwave - especially benefit for those who prepares meals on site. The studio is placed in silent street. Contact with the owner was hassle-free, we got a lot of tips on where to eat and we recommend using them. Thank you for a nice stay!

Tolle Wohnung ganz nah dem Zentrum in einem netten kleinen Viertel, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sauber und große Räume, super Empfehlungen der Hosts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Grazie mille.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Luca war traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und liegt sehr ruhig! Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und an Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, etc. Die Kommunikation mit Luca hat durchweg sehr gut funktioniert. Selbst abends ist er auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen und hat uns zu jeder Zeit weitergeholfen. Luca ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der es sehr wohl zu verstehen weiß, seinen Gästen wunderschöne Urlaubstage zu bereiten. Er ist freundlich, geduldig und super sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Sua mamma ci ha accolto con simpatia e gentilezza dimostrando subito affetto per il nostro cagnolone, grande curiosone che ha girato subito per tutto l appartamento curioso di scoprire tutti gli spazi. purtroppo il brutto tempo ci ha impedito di visitare bene i dintorni, ma da quello che abbiamo visto è una zona veramente bella. Ringrazio Daniele e sua mamma per l ospitalità in giornate piovose che, certamente, non hanno aiutato a tenere più pulito l ambiente, e per questo mi scuso. Appartamento certamente da consigliare.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, sicuramente d’estate offre un confort incredibile dato che è sul mare.

Monolocale in zona tranquilla, dotato di tutti i comfort per un breve soggiorno. Cucina ben fornita, ampia doccia e letto davvero comodo. Facile raggiungere il lungomare a piedi. Consigliato!

Luke ed io siamo stati benissimo. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno per stare comodi e tranquilli. Francesco e Pamy sono stati molto disponibili e gentili, subito pronti a rispondere ad ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo per chi viaggia in compagnia di animali.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.
