Maurizio gentilissimo e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Wonderful stay. Me and my friends can definitly recommend this AirBnB (We were 12 Persons, but their is more room for 2-4 other guests). Communication and the Villa were amazing. Super supportive and instant reply from the holders. Just amazing. Hope it will be free to book for next year vacation! We stayed here for an entire week with our three kids (age 8 and 6). It's one of the best places we've stayed in Italy over the years. The house is incredibly cozy and fully equipped. It's located on the top of hill/mountain surrounded by trees and has a big garden with lots of shadow. The sunset is gorgeous. The town with shops and restaurants is very close. There are plenty of places to explore in the wider area (e.g. Ravenna, Rimini, San Leo, San Marino,...). The house is located right next to an adventure park. Our kids enjoyed it very much. The ticket allows you to go for free the next day. During our stay, some groups of kids arrived at the adventure park in the mornings, which caused some noise. We didn't mind, however. The house and quiet scenery during the rest of our stay fully made up for it! The cherry on top? Licia is super responsive and offered us to come and enjoy their beach bar and swimming pool in Rimini. In short: highly recommended accommodation!

Questo alloggio è stato il migliore in cui siamo stati! La proprietaria, con cui ho chattato, è stata super disponibile, chiara e trasparente. Il proprietario che ci ha accolto per il check-in ci ha fatti sentire a casa e ci ha spiegato come usare tutto ciò che la casa offre. Sono entrambi molto amichevoli, pazienti e accoglienti. La casa è fantastica e dotata di ogni comodità: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, phon, microonde, forno e fornelli a induzione. Ogni stanza ha una TV con abbonamento Netflix, il che è stato un grande plus. La doccia è moderna e stupenda. All'esterno c'è un grande spazio verde e una vasca idromassaggio super rilassante. Mi è dispiaciuto non poter usare la zona barbecue, ma spero di riuscirci la prossima volta, perché sicuramente tornerò. Questo posto è davvero speciale!

Great Villa in the Ravenna Italian countryside. Fresh grapes on the vines. Comfortable and quiet. You need a car but beautiful countryside. Good air conditioner in each bedroom and cozy patio. Highly recommended.

Geweldige accomodatie, zeker prijs/kwaliteit geweldig. Ondanks het slechte weer dat wij tijdens onze reis hadden, hebben we een geweldige tijd gehad in deze accomodatie. het tennisveld en de grote tuin bieden veel mogelijkheden tot buitenactiviteiten. Om dan nog over gitanrische zwembad MET springplank te zwijgen. Tot slot was Guido zo vriendelijk om ons bij vertrek af te zetten aan het dichtsbijzijnde busstation wat ons een 2 ritten uitspaarde. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie alleen maar aanbevelen!

L’environnement et la vue sont superbes, les extérieurs sont magnifiquement entretenus, l’endroit est parfaitement calme avec une vue et des paysage à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très confortable dans un style ancien rustique, de très haute qualité avec des meubles et des décorations de grande classe. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la communication était facile. Pour accéder à ce superbe endroit, il vous faudra parcourir les deux derniers kilomètres, en cinq à six minutes, sur des routes étroites qui montent et qui nécessitent de la prudence. La maison est sur trois niveaux avec la cuisine au rez de chaussée et une belle terrasse privative au 1er étage qui bénéficie d’une vue superbe sur les monts toscans et sur la piscine en contrebas. La maison est très spacieuse.

Questo luogo è stato perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo prenotato la villa intera per un ritiro di lavoro con 10 persone. Ognuno ha avuto il proprio spazio nelle stanze private e i spazi in comune - il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, e la cucina - sono stati più che ampi, perfetti per passare questi giorni insieme come gruppo! Vittoria è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Speriamo di tornare un'altra volta!

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

Eine unglaubliche schöne Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Garten - viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, aufgestellt und hilfsbereit. Das Highlight ist der Pool und die Aussicht - Enspannung pur! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Wir kommen sicher nochmal zurück.

Volevamo un alloggio grande per un ritrovo di compagni di scuola, questa soluzione era perfetta. Con una piccola rimodernata questa villa, composta di tre appartamenti, diventerebbe un alloggio favoloso.

We hebben met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen een heerlijke tijd gehad in de villa. Het huis is prachtig, ruim, schoon, smaakvol ingericht en zeer goed geoutilleerd. Het is omgeven door een enorme tuin, inclusief een beekje en een waterval. De communicatie met de verhuurster was snel en vriendelijk. Ze heeft ons op mijn verzoek in contact gebracht met een cateraar die het diner op de eerste en laatste avond van ons verblijf verzorgd heeft, dat was geweldig! Kortom een aanrader voor een familievakantie !

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

We had wonderful days in Andrea’s house in Mondaino. Spacious bed- and bathrooms, wonderful terrace for dinners and good pool-area. Minor electricity-issues which Andrea made sure to solve very quickly. Our party of nine people (ages 12-55) all agreed that we would recommend the house to other travelers. We also recommend visiting other nearby villages where there are amazing views and local restaurants. One example is Montegridolfo.

Vi var 4 voksne og 6 børn afsted, og vi havde en fantastisk ferie. Huset er smukt, hyggeligt og autentisk, og ligger i de smukkeste bjergrige omgivelser. Fra poolen var den mest fantastiske udsigt til bjerge, vinmarker og privat køkkenhave. Huset var stort og autentisk, og havde alt hvad vi havde brug for. S køn og ren pool, masser af skyggesteder og en skøn, hyggelig have. Anna var hele vejen igennem god til at svare på spørgsmål og ind- og udtjekning gik uden problemer. Der var bordtennisbord, som blev brugt flittigt. Små hyggelige byer i nærheden med det nødvendige - dog for langt at gå, da der fører en lang og stejl grusvej op til huset. Køligt i huset trods ingen aircondition! Vi havde overordnet set en fantastisk ferie, og vi kunne uden tvivl komme igen 👍🏻

Dejlig stor bolig og fin pool. Fantastisk udsigt samt stor grund og rolige omgivelser, hvor man kan være helt uforstyrret. Paula var derudover meget imødekommende og god at kommunikere med. Kan varmt anbefales.

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Wohnung und Pool waren sehr schön, Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Man muß wirklich sagen, dass die Unterkunft sehr gelungen ist und mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig und die Küchenausstattung ist phänomenal. Hier macht es wirklich spaß zu Kochen und man lernt die Vorzüge einer professionellen Küche zu schätzen. Man kann gespannt sein wie sich die Unterkunft in Zukunft entwickelt, weil bereits erkennbar ist, dass es irgendwann eine Außenküche geben wird. Andrea war sehr engagiert und war auch persönlich vor Ort bei der Übergabe. Die Informationen zum Ablauf und auch die Essensmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut und jeder Gast sollte unbedingt einen Abend bei Ca' di Veroli einplanen, es lohnt sich dorthin Essen zu gehen. Vielen Dank Andrea für den schönen Aufenthalt in Deinem Haus und wir hoffen, dass wir uns irgendwann mal dort wiedersehen werden. Sandra&Frank
