Franca E Mario's place was perfect base for exploring Bologna and also doing day trips via train to other cities. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. I was met by Mario who was very friendly and showed me where everything was and was close by if there had been any problems. I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bologna.

silvio e stato un host disponibilissimo e gentilissimo, si è reso disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta. la casa e molto bella e in una zona tranquilla e ricca di parcheggi, vicinissima alla stazione di Rastignano che ti permette di raggiungere il centro di Bologna evitando il traffico e il rischio multe. sicuramente da consigliare

So eine toll eingerichtete und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung! Es ist alles da was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und farblich aufeinander abgestimmt. Der Blick auf den kleinen Bolzplatz mit kleinem Kirchturm ist wunderbar. Total zentral gelegen und alles ist einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir würden sofort wieder hier her kommen.

Casa Doriana è in una posizione meravigliosa per chi ama la natura e la tranquillità. Abbiamo passato un fine settimana in compagnia molto piacevole in quanto c'è una grandissima zona di giardino dove poter giocare con gli amici. Pier Giuseppe è molto cordiale e ci ha dato preziose indicazioni su come raggiungere la vicina Bologna. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

Alessandro and his wife were excellent hosts! Alessandro was expecting us and helped us arrive at the house and he gave us useful instructions about the area! He was very friendly and communicative and made our stay very nice. The place itself is a paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The yard was ideal for our dogs! Thank you Alessandro!

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione. Host gentile e disponibile. Per quanto mi riguarda , appartamento molto confortevole, poiché dotato di vari elettrodomestici (non tutti sono dotati di frullatore elettrico e ad immersione!). Ho apprezzato anche la posizione poiché permette di parcheggiare comodamente la macchina e ci sono una gastronomia/pasticceria e una friggitoria a pochi metri da casa.

L’appartamento è evidentemente stato ristrutturato forse una decina di anni fa mantenendo le mattonelle forse originali nella zona cucina e bagno del piano terra. Qualche quadro un po’ inquietante lo avrei evitato ma a parte queste piccolezze l’appartamento è gradevole e sei come a casa. Un comodo zona living con un bel televisore, adiacente alla cucina. I bagni sono molto piccoli ma non si poteva fare altro in queste graziose casette del centro. Comodo il fatto che non hai la chiave. C’è un moderno sistema a combinazione per accedere alla casa. Letti comodi ed ampi. Posizione perfetta per visitare il centro.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

This was the perfect place to stay for our work trip to Bologna. We liked that it had two bathrooms and it was centrally located. We could easily walk to the train station where there was a taxi rank and links to local bus services. Although off a reasonably busy road, the house was an oasis of calm tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place was immaculately clean and warm. Pia and Marco couldn't be more helpful. They sent me a list of recommendations and always responded to any questions promptly. This was our first experience of Airbnb and we will definitely use it again and hope to return here.

We zochten een rustige locatie, op relatief korte afstand van Bologna, om een beurs te kunnen bezoeken. Het is een heerlijk ruim en schoon huis met als extra feature de fazanten als buren. Voor ons was dit de ideale uitvalsbasis. En Federica is een fantastische host die snel reageert en meedenkt.

L'appartamento è in una posizione centralissima e consente di girare sempre a piedi. La pulizia è impeccabile e il recente restauro rende l'ambiente molto piacevole e confortevole. Le foto della camera non rendono molto, in realtà è più grande di come sembra. La zona giorno dà su una corte interna, mentre la camera è su una strada abbastanza trafficata, ma l'appartamento è ben coibentato e con le finestre chiuse non si sente nessun rumore. Alessandra è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. Grazie

Quasi un peccato starci una sola notte. Appartamento meraviglioso e moderno, molto luminoso e ben arredato, con diversi parcheggi intorno e vicina a quella che è la piazza principale di Cervia, oltre a diversi negozi e ristoranti e a 5/10 minuti di camminata dal mare. Marco una persona seria, cordiale, amichevole e responsabile, oltre ad essere estremamente disponibile. Se volete fare bella figura con degli amici o con la vostra metà, consigliatissimo e se dovrò tornare in zona, non ci penserò due volte a dove prenotare!

We had a lovely stay in Francesco's apartment, it was very peaceful and quiet but great restaurants were only a few minutes walk away. There was a supermarket less than five minutes walk also. Francesco was a great host and very kind. We would recommend his apartment and would definitely stay there again.

Flor's apartment is spacious, with a bright and minimalist design that is well-suited for group travel. It is located outside the ZTL zone, allowing for free street parking, which is ideal for those driving. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk to the historic city center, making it convenient for outings and not far from the train station. If needed, you can request Flor for an extra set of linens for the sofa bed in advance. Additionally, the apartment has an elevator, making it easy to transport luggage.

We loved Antonio’s place and would stay there every time! The 3 flights of stairs only were a negative when we arrived and had to carry our bags up, but Antonio graciously helped us with our luggage! The location is near a beautiful park which we and our daughter loved. So many great places to eat and drink nearby. It was quiet and the bedroom can become very dark which was great for jet lag with a small child. Thank you Antonio for a great stay! We loved Bologna and can’t wait to come back.

Tutto impeccabile, gestori professionali...no.n si può volere di più. Desidero sottolineare la tranquillità e il silenzio che hanno piacevolmente caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno che spesso mancano nelle strutture ricettive posizionate nei centri storici.

Great location, walkable distance to the train station, where we were able to catch the train to Rome and Pisa. Easy walking distance to some of Bologna’s attractions and just around the corner from Pam’s, a fantastic hypermarket.

Siamo stati quattro giorni in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l'acqua calda, ma quando l'ho detto a Claudio dopo 10 minuti è venuto e l'ha subito risolto. Consigliato.
