This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

We stayed at the apartment for a month and found it to be ideal. The location is perfect for exploring the local area. The train station is just a few minutes walk away as is the Promenade des Anglais and the old town of Nice. There are numerous bars, restaurants and small shops in the area. With any luck we'll be back again next year.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nella casa di Susanna ed è stato tutto perfetto dall'accoglienza , le informazioni che ci ha fornito ed il soggiorno che è stato eccezionale. Un plauso al marito di Susanna che è simpaticissimo.

We had a magical stay at Remario's ARBNB, in Quartier des Musiciens. The clean and bright apartment was the perfect size for 2 people. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the balcony both day and night! Having aircon and a washer/dryer in unit, was a welcome convenience. Location cannot be beat, with access to the train, tram, museums, promenade, and cafes at your fingertips. Remario and Sylvia were fantastic hosts and went beyond to ensure a successful experience. We long to return soon! Merci beaucoup.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and felt ourselves like home. In our opinion it has this old french houses vibe, which we loved. Check-in/out went smoothly and Kate and Brend were always very responsive. The apartment is located only a few minutes walk away from the railway station, from which you can take a train to cities like Antibes, Eze, Cannes etc. Because of its central location, you can reach almost everything in the city by feet, but if you don’t like to walk much, there is a tram station nearby. I give an extra star for the balcony :) All in one - we enjoyed our time in this beautiful home and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Super schöne Unterkunft, sehr gut ausgestattet und alles neu. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Die Gastgeberin Gisele war sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen.

The place is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need and it’s gorgeous! Bedding is high-end and the bed super comfortable. Location is perfect, just two blocks from Jean Médecin and shopping/restaurants/trams. Very safe for a solo traveler as there is a locked gate to the property as well as a triple lock entry door. The garden is lovely and private with a small lemon tree and comfortable seating. Highly recommend Michele’s place. Two things to note but definitely not deal breakers: because the apartment is not at street level very little sunlight enters(probably great in the summer) and the shower nozzle is set too low, at about waist height. But other than that it’s one of the nicest, most perfectly arranged Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at during my extensive travels. Only 15 min walk to the sea/promenade/old town as well. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Casa molto bella, immersa nel verde. La vista dalla camera da letto è mozzafiato. Diego è sempre stato puntuale e preciso nelle comunicazioni e a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di info. In poche parole, tutto perfetto!

Wir hatten schöne Tage und die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick haben wir bei sonnigen warmen Temperaturen sehr genossen. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso casa di Cristina per 3 notti. Abbiamo fin da subito ricevuto istruzioni estremamente chiare e video esplicativo per il funzionamento dell’ idromassaggio. La casa -si vede anche dalle foto- è un sogno davvero. La zona è silenziosa e tranquilla. Ha una vista incredibile sul mare da ogni finestra della casa. C’ è un ampissima zona esterna dotata di idromassaggio riscaldato, barbecue, dondoli e sdraio. La proprietaria Cristina, causa minimi problemi con l’ acqua calda, ha voluto scusarsi facendo un omaggio a noi genitori, e un pensierino anche per la nostra bimba. Assolutamente non dovuto anche in considerazione del fatto che segnalato il problema, in 10 minuti al massimo si è mossa per risolvere il tutto. Una persona dunque davvero onesta e attenta con i suoi ospiti. L’ abitazione si trova a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Andora. Attualmente non è possibile raggiungere il centro a piedi ma c è in costruzione una pista ciclabile proprio ai piedi dell’ alloggio.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte nel B&B di Josiane per goderci i sentieri della Valgrana. Josiane é stata gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti dandoci utili consigli sui dintorni dell’appartamento. La casa è pulita, ben arredata (dispone di tutto l’occorrente anche per godersi una permanenza più lunga) e spaziosa, il che si è rivelato utile poiché c’era con noi anche il nostro cane bovaro. In breve, assolutamente consigliata!

À l’image de son appartement Laurie est une hote de qualité. Disponible serviable et à l’écoute. Un appartement magnifique avec une terrasse où les photos collent à la réalité. Encore merci à Laurie et Aldo pour leur accueil.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet écrin naturel absolument magnifique. Le logement, idéalement situé, est d'une rare prestation. Matteo vous met à disposition tout ce qu'il vous faut. Il est aussi un excellent guide local. Je recommande à 200% !

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. 10/10 for our girls weekend get away doubling with dog sitting duties. This beautiful villa is pet friendly. We literally laid out on the patio all weekend and crotcheted and enjoyed the sun and the pup could roam freely because the patio is all walled in. I was pleasantly surprised that my SUV fit in the parking spot so do not fret, if I can fit you can also. There's a grocery store right down the block and if you cant find the kitchen utensils you need, check the kitchen table. The hot water takes a minute and the city is walkable if you brought the right shoes. Lots of hills.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt, hat alles, was für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub brauchen! Allein der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist schon einiges wert! Die Wohnung liegt ein paar hundert Meter von der Altstadt entfernt, sodass Sie bequem über die Uferpromenade laufen können. Und auch eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Ein- und Auschecken in die Wohnung verlief ohne Probleme. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Vielen Dank für die wundervollen Momente im Leben der Touristen! Immer wieder gerne!

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

Really loved my stay in the studio! Is very well equipped, in a great location and the balcony with a view is 👌. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a base to explore south of France!

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Wir haben uns in der Penthauswohnung hoch über Loano sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Vormittag bis zum zum Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen hatten wir auf der Terrasse Sonne und es war perfekt für einen Sundowner nach den Unternehmungen. Die Lage ist hervorragend zum Bergwandern und Radfahren (Rennrad und MTB). Zu dieser Jahreszeit war es auch kein Problem Parkplätze zu bekommen.

Le logement est conforme aux descriptions, le plus pour le parking. Accepte les chiens, parc à moins de 5 min à pied. Accès vieille ville et port à pied. Kim est une hôte réactive et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons ce logement.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vytas' place near Eze, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect with shops and restaurants nearby and the station just a short walk away. The beach and coastal path were close too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as Beaulieu is delightful and is very convenient for visiting other places along the coast.
