We very much enjoyed our stay in Ocean Beach and at Emily's house. It was off the main drag enough to not feel caught up in the traffic and busyness, but was also close enough to walk to dinner, the beach/pier and the awesome dog beach. The small house felt roomy enough, the kitchen is actually quite spacious, the little front room was a bonus, having 2 bathrooms was convenient and the private backyard with a good sized deck as well as a grassed area suited us and our pups. The 2 abundant orange trees were a real treat also.

2nd stay at this home. We absolutely love the team and the homes they offer. If you’re anywhere in the San Diego area this is where you start.

We had such a wonderful time enjoying Cather estates! The home had everything that we needed and Naomi was a fantastic host. She was responsive, accommodating, and timely. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Andrea’s place was wonderful. We came into town for a family memorial service and she was so accommodating to all our needs. It was very warm and welcoming and the pool and hot tube was so relaxing after our long stressful days! Wish we had more time to play and explore, but that just means we will need to come back and stay again! We had everything we needed and more! Thank you so much for a wonderful trip! This place is exactly as described. It is well equipped and has everything you need for a nice relaxing stay. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the location and the apartment had plenty of room for us. It is close to the beach and downtown Ocean Beach. Plus it is only two blocks from the bus line. Jim and Sha-Marie were very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Kevin's place was quiet and peaceful . It's a little smaller than I thought, but it was clear that Kevin put a lot of care into keeping the place clean and comfortable.

It’s located in a great spot. Parking wasn’t fantastic, but it is what it is. We had some noisy neighbors, but our host did their best to quiet them down.

Excellent hosts who were proactive in making sure we (4 of us)had everything we needed during our 5 day stay to visit son's family ! Tony brought a welcome tray with variety of snacks & drinks, besides those in the refrig...so very thoughtful & grandaughters enjoyed many of the treats. Located in a very quiet, nice neighborhood within short walking distance to beach, park area and coffee shops. Daughter & 2 granddaughters stayed in bedroom with queen & bunk beds & I stayed in Master. All very comfortable! To note too: Nice remodel, lg bathroom shower with super water pressure- was nice after long day out & about. Everything we needed, super hosts & would highly recommend this location!

This spot is perfect for a group visiting Pacific Beach. Super close to the beach and all of the awesome restaurants and bars that surround it. This spot was great for hanging out at during down time, and was a great home base for our beach-going weekend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat while visiting PB!

Awesome place to stay! The rooftop patio was nice & peaceful with a view of the ocean (or Bay?!). The interior decor was soo beautiful, light & beachy and very inviting!!!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Great apartment in a great location. Everything’s perfect, clean, nice, awesome building staff, except on weekends there’s a nightclub a block away that blast incredibly loud music well into the early morning hours.

This is a lovely townhouse near the beach! The complex includes a half that is on the beach and then across the road is the half with this home. The unit itself is clean, modern, and simply but nicely appointed for a pet friendly stay. Master bedroom is actually the room with 2 queen beds (in which our kids stayed) and the other bedroom with a king is fine but not quite as lovely. So my kids got a balcony and more spacious bathroom! This is a quick walk to the dog beach, its own private beach, and the sea viewing deck and clubhouse with sea view in the section of the complex across the road. A little frustrating that dogs are not allowed to do their business inside the complex - you have to walk them outside the gates every time. Upon arrival, we discovered an odor from previous guest's pet having urinated on the living room area rug, but Sommer was super proactive in immediately replacing the rug and re-cleaning the floor which solved the problem. Jacuzzi was nice on rainy days!

Carlos was a great host, very responsive to our questions and very helpful. The location was great, easy access to the entire San Diego area. Definately will try to get the same Airbnb when we come back to San Diego.

We had an amazing time here. Chris was a great host, and the place was amazing. You could walk on the beach for miles, or easily walk to great food spots. Also a spot to park our car so we could drive to other places. All told was a great spot and a great time. Would love to go back someday.

My family and I are absolutely thrilled about our stay at Andy’s! The view from the unit was stunning, super easy beach access, lots of amenities on site. Many places within walking distance. The provided binder was extremely helpful with information about the property as well as recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful, there were games, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Jesse was extremely proactive in reaching out to me to confirm my early arrival request. He was very clear with his directions and instructions and prompt to respond when I reached out to him. The unit was exactly as described and not only checked off all of the boxes that we had, but included some additional bonuses. Great value, right off the beach, first floor, washer and dryer included, with two parking spaces. That is pretty much unheard of in that area! Should I need accommodations in San Diego again, I will absolutely reach out to inquire if Jesse's place is available again.

Junn was extremely attentive and helpful. The space was nice and cozy. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone else!
