Heidi's place was very clean - layout very nice. Lots of nice thick bath towels, dish towels, pot holders - we cooked up a couple of quick meals & everything was there that we needed. A very nice tray of coffees, cream, sugars, stir sticks, etc. Plenty of toilet paper (believe me that is not always the case) Lots of restaurants nearby - Mona Lisa's was wonderful. Near grocery stores, Walmart & many other places. I definitely recommend this place to anyone vising Imperial or towns nearby as we've stayed in Brawley many times & are really glad that we found this place & will be returning again as we have family in the area that we visit.

Amanda is an excellent host. The home was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is a bit unkempt (Amanda's home is easily the nicest on the street) but still felt safe with a park around the corner.

Super wonderful space. Very large and open design. The pictures don't do it justice. Easily accessible. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very sweet. If we ever come back to Yuma, we'd surely stay there again.

Not much to say in regards to the review because Michelle was an amazing host and her house was everything that she promised and everything that the listing had stated. If I had one negative thing or criticism about the house, not about the host it would be that all three beds were double beds, which was awkward when you have a couple who rented the entire house like my wife and I did because the beds were too small for both of us to sleep in together . While Michelle had lots of furniture in every room, it would’ve been nice if one of the rooms had a king size bed to make it like a master bedroom for couples wishing to sleep together. Again this is only a criticism, but I’m not going to deduct any stars because everything Michelle, promised and listed was 100% accurate and the location was perfect near I-8 which was near many things. Thank you.

Stayed 4 times. Will continue to return when life brings us to the area. Location is perfect and the home is very well maintained. It is good to know that there is no restroom on the first floor. Hosts are quick to respond and very kind.

Grace’s house was very nice and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, the beds are very comfortable and it’s very spacious and the pool was just a plus. The kitchen also had all the essentials to cook. Grace is very helpful and would respond quickly. We had no problem to find her place and to get in. We would definitely stay here again. this place is an absolute must stay. the home was very spacious with a wonderful backyard. plenty of room to stretch out and move around. really enjoyed the kitchen as well. The home had a nice open floor plan. Jerry was easy to get in touch with and responded immediately and I had any questions. will definitely try to stay here again if I'm back in the Yuma area

Fr fr the goat. Me and my friend were too slow to figure out how to get in and he was so quick to respond and give us clear instructions. Overall a very responsive and helpful person, also the painting in the room reminded me of eren from attack on titan and that’s my favorite show and it was so beautiful. Thank you.

If you're considering a stay in Bombay Beach, you (should) already know you're in for a unique and authentic experience. If you're looking for a sterile, characterless hotel room or a cookie-cutter neighborhood, this isn't the place for you. But if you're seeking a place filled with authentic people living life on the road less traveled, you've definitely come to the right place. Uwe and Frauke are not only wonderful and gracious hosts but are also deeply engaged in global and environmental issues—issues that none of us can afford to ignore for much longer. Do yourself a favor and look into what they do, and if they’re available, take the time to sit and chat with them. There’s so much to learn from this place and the people who live here, beyond using it as a backdrop for Insta stories. The stay was comfy and had everything I could have needed. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Nice little modest studio. Centrally located 5-10 from everything I did. 20 minutes from border. Full size fridge and oven, which came in handy. Pool on property and nice little patio area. Covered parking space. Everyone I met was extremely friendly. Was able to play golf twice, course was less than 5 minutes away! Easy access to and from unit. Would definitely recommend. Oh, host was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly communicative and proactive, even going the extra mile to change batteries before we even noticed it was needed, truly on the ball! The space was spotless, cozy, and felt like home. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming place with a thoughtful host. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful stay as always, place is clean and you feel right at home as soon as you enter, host was respectful, responsive and was able to accommodate me for an early check in, second time here and it didn’t disappoint at all, all in all 10/10 !

Cinthya's property is in a great location if you are traveling to Yuma for dental work in Los Algodones. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the border crossing parking lot. It's also close to several great restaurants, Gateway Park, and Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park. There are also convenient supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the washer and dryer works great so you can pack light. Previous reviews mention the noise from the busy street and that the neighbors keep roosters and that is accurate, but I adjust to that quickly. Thanks, Cinthya!

Excellent stay, although out on assignment from early morning to late, I appreciated how clean the whole place was. The shower was very nice and roomy, and the kitchen well set out with more than enough crockery & cutlery..... to cook from scratch. Bed was also very comfortable, and big cupboards to store all my gear. Parking on street right outside or on the driveway - neighbourhood is very pleasant. All in all an effortless stay.

Absolutely amazing place and amazing hosts. We felt so at home here. we will definitely use this home again when we return to Yuma.

Cozy location for that perfect home away from home experience. Offers every amenity you could need to feel like you never left home. Great hosts that are super responsive. I stayed in the condo for 2 months while relocating to California for work. The condo was well stocked with items and met all my needs. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and were helpful in all ways. Thanks for the stay. Best wishes.

Called away after on night so we were inable to stay full period. Did like location which was close to stores. Host had well organized instructions for guest guidlines.

Mr.Phong was more than helpful! My family and I were staying at his Air BnB until our apartment was available. Unfortunately the apartment was not ready when it was suppose to be. Mr.Phong allowed me to extend my stay at least 4 times. We stayed here for about 2 months and it felt like home. So much like home, I asked how much it would be for a 6 month lease! I also had requested a couple household items and he provided the items with in a timely manor! The main thing I like is the shaded parking. that’s crucial here in YUMA,AZ. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay.
