Nice little modest studio. Centrally located 5-10 from everything I did. 20 minutes from border. Full size fridge and oven, which came in handy. Pool on property and nice little patio area. Covered parking space. Everyone I met was extremely friendly. Was able to play golf twice, course was less than 5 minutes away! Easy access to and from unit. Would definitely recommend. Oh, host was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly communicative and proactive, even going the extra mile to change batteries before we even noticed it was needed, truly on the ball! The space was spotless, cozy, and felt like home. Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming place with a thoughtful host. Would definitely stay again!

Cinthya's property is in a great location if you are traveling to Yuma for dental work in Los Algodones. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the border crossing parking lot. It's also close to several great restaurants, Gateway Park, and Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park. There are also convenient supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the washer and dryer works great so you can pack light. Previous reviews mention the noise from the busy street and that the neighbors keep roosters and that is accurate, but I adjust to that quickly. Thanks, Cinthya!

Karlos's cute 2 bedroom suite was very comfortable, clean, and quiet! The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and towels. Karlos and Nidia were very responsive, nice, and gave great details/ instructions with pictures to get into the suite. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay, although out on assignment from early morning to late, I appreciated how clean the whole place was. The shower was very nice and roomy, and the kitchen well set out with more than enough crockery & cutlery..... to cook from scratch. Bed was also very comfortable, and big cupboards to store all my gear. Parking on street right outside or on the driveway - neighbourhood is very pleasant. All in all an effortless stay.

We enjoyed staying in this property. It’s conveniently located, a quick drive to the center of town, and in a quiet neighborhood. The unit was cozy and equipped with a hot plate and pans/dishes to make food, as well as coffee supplies. The pool was also amazing and much needed on a hot day! While the listing mentions that the unit is on the same property as another AirBnb, we did not realize they shared a wall, and noise was a minor issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Beautiful home, well kept with little unique vintage peices of furnitue and decor, my favorite was the Mancala side table(gorge!) All the amenities you would need in a home away from home. My husband and I nabbed the mater suite...shower water pressure AMAZIN G! Awesome pool for the Arizona heat, plenty of room, 5 adults in the house everyone had their own space. Jen and Vlad are amazing hosts, very responsive and flexible. We were given clear instructions on how to get in the very private home (it has a locked gate entrance, so secure!). They're was even clear closing the home instructions. Every text sent was replied to in a timely manner, great hosts. We haf a wonderful experience with them. Thank you helping make our stay fantastic

Stayed 4 times. Will continue to return when life brings us to the area. Location is perfect and the home is very well maintained. It is good to know that there is no restroom on the first floor. Hosts are quick to respond and very kind.

Always love to stay at Chris’ homes, they are so clean, decor is immaculate, and the responsiveness is unmatched! We come to Yuma at least 10 times a year and appreciate coming to Chris’ homes since it feels like a home away from home at this point. Location is great, close to downtown Yuma and walking distance from La bodega ! I always look for Chris’ homes first when I come to Yuma. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

The space is perfect for a family. The living room and kitchen fit a family of 6 easily. Patty was a fantastic host. She was very responsive and accommodating. There is a great park just down the road for the kids to play or to enjoy a walk. It was the perfect fit for our family.

The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. I enjoyed the big back yard with the lounge chairs provided. Check in was extremely easy and smooth. Jesus was very attentive and responsive during our stay. My son actually forgot his traveling blanket. We didn’t realize until 2 hours down the road . I messaged Jesus if there was anyway my father could pick it up. He was extremely helpful and polite about it and made it possible for the blanket to be pickup. Although it was my responsibility to check before we packed up and left. Will definitely be staying there again. The location is close to everything that you will need during your stay. Which is a plus 😊

Kyle’s home was ours for 1mo while we moved to Yuma and found a home. It had everything we needed, and it was the perfect introduction to Yuma. The neighborhood is shaded, cool, and beautiful. We highly recommend staying here!
