The host responded very quickly. They also provided things that we need that were not there. We needed a pack and play. They went out and got one right away. We found a couple lights that didn’t work, which they ended up bringing over some light bulbs to replace. I know it’s something that we shouldn’t have to do but with the quick response and providing us with these items, we were more than pleased to fix it. We are used to recycling, so when we started to do that we found out that their recycling bin was full of other garbage. We felt bad for combining everything, but there was nothing that we could do. Everything about the house was great, simple, and convenient for what we needed to use it for. Just would’ve been great to have the empty recycling garbage.

Great place! Very clean with lots of room, quiet neighborhood!

Unfortunately I had to come into town under bad circumstances. That being said it was nice to have a large home to come back to and relax when i could. The home is just as featured. Its very large and clean. It certainly could use some updating but it was very functional. Everything worked. Especially the A/C! OMG the A/C was amazing and that's important for AZ. The beds were my favorite. They were so comfy! My sister and I slept so good. The pool was awesome! The neighbors let there yappy dog bark two out of the four nights there so that was disappointing. Also, the trash was set out by parking and over flowing. It stunk and we had to wait till trash day to get rid of it. There was also a fan and a lock that needed fixing. I messaged Misty and she responded right away and set up repair men to come out immediately. She was quick and responsive and very nice. Overall, I would stay there again! Other than the dogs the neighborhood was quiet and home was super comfy. Very pleased!

Octogenarian Rendezvous Yuma was the perfect location between San Diego & Phoenix. We thoroughly enjoyed the very comfortable & warm ambiance of Karen’s lovely home. It’s everything already mentioned in the multi 10/10 reviews. In addition to accommodation to early check-in we were graciously treated to a sightseeing tour & delicious lunch in the historic district. THANK YOU Karen for a special rendezvous to remember. If we are still vertical & driving in 2025 we will definitely plan on returning.

Grace’s house was very nice and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, the beds are very comfortable and it’s very spacious and the pool was just a plus. The kitchen also had all the essentials to cook. Grace is very helpful and would respond quickly. We had no problem to find her place and to get in. We would definitely stay here again. Thank You Grace!😊

Petronella and Jorja were so responsive to our needs we stayed for a whole month so it seemed like we kept asking for things, but they always willingly took care of us. It’s a small space for people to stay for a whole month, but we made it work with their help and had a really good time in Yuma.

House was awesome again, nice and clean beds were really comfortable, can’t wait to stay again next time we’re in town
