If you're considering a stay in Bombay Beach, you (should) already know you're in for a unique and authentic experience. If you're looking for a sterile, characterless hotel room or a cookie-cutter neighborhood, this isn't the place for you. But if you're seeking a place filled with authentic people living life on the road less traveled, you've definitely come to the right place. Uwe and Frauke are not only wonderful and gracious hosts but are also deeply engaged in global and environmental issues—issues that none of us can afford to ignore for much longer. Do yourself a favor and look into what they do, and if they’re available, take the time to sit and chat with them. There’s so much to learn from this place and the people who live here, beyond using it as a backdrop for Insta stories. The stay was comfy and had everything I could have needed. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

I love the place so much felt so comfortable and peaceful in this place

Nice little modest studio. Centrally located 5-10 from everything I did. 20 minutes from border. Full size fridge and oven, which came in handy. Pool on property and nice little patio area. Covered parking space. Everyone I met was extremely friendly. Was able to play golf twice, course was less than 5 minutes away! Easy access to and from unit. Would definitely recommend. Oh, host was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Excellent stay, although out on assignment from early morning to late, I appreciated how clean the whole place was. The shower was very nice and roomy, and the kitchen well set out with more than enough crockery & cutlery..... to cook from scratch. Bed was also very comfortable, and big cupboards to store all my gear. Parking on street right outside or on the driveway - neighbourhood is very pleasant. All in all an effortless stay.

I was very impressed with the quality of towels and decorations provided by the hosts/owners of this Airbnb. I especially enjoyed the quiet and private access to their unit.

A great place to stay to get to know Yuma. Easy access to the highway and easy access to the rest of Yuma. Cinthya is a great host and always responsive and very willing to do anything she is asked. We did have an internal door that needed attention during our stay and the repairman was there within the hour. Thanks Cinthya we will be contacting you for future Air BNB stays in Yuma.

Family surprised our dad for an 80th birthday party. Perfect house for many guests and was equipped with fun things to play. Leslie was very accommodating and helpful.

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, and the host made us feel very welcome. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the amenities were top-notch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers. Thank you Maricruz!

Highly recommend we really enjoyed our stay wish we could have stayed longer great place

The place was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. The only thingsI would have liked were more glasses and a hair dryer. The kitchen had the basics for a short stay. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Yuma.

One of our favourite Airbnb’s yet! Perfect in every way: absolutely spotless, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, convenient laundry with detergent, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, beautiful and private backyard, awesome living room furniture with big T.V. (access to streaming and news channels), great location, etc…would stay again and highly recommend. Veronica and her husband are definitely super hosts! We locked ourselves out of the house and Veronica went out of her way to help us, even though she wasn’t even in the country! It was totally our fault and probably a nuisance, but she didn’t make us feel badly at all. In addition, her husband came by to mow the lawn during the week so it would look perfect. They truly care about guest experience and are so kind. We didn’t see much of Yuma because we didn’t want to leave the property! My advice is to book Casa Vida now before someone else gets it!

This was a great find! It's close to shopping & freeways. Would have loved to use the pool in the backyard, but it's not quite warm enough. When you're traveling with a teenager, it's important that everyone gets their own space. This little house felt warm & inviting. It's in an old established neighborhood, & has had the bathroom updated. Christian was very responsive to our emails. A key in the lockbox made check-in & check-out easy. We would stay here again.

Best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Everything we needed for a 2 wk stay was provided. Very comfortable and adorable house. The bed was super comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Didn’t need much communication with Sandra and Scott because everything was perfect but they did check in with us. We will come back if in Yuma again.

Michelle’s place was perfect for us. There was lots of room and it was very clean. When we needed something she was quick to respond and help out. I would highly recommend this place.

Cozy location for that perfect home away from home experience. Offers every amenity you could need to feel like you never left home. Great hosts that are super responsive. Park across the street was a hidden gem, that gave us direct access for our pets to walk and play around. Wouldn’t hesitate to book location again in the future. A+++ Hosts

I stayed in the condo for 2 months while relocating to California for work. The condo was well stocked with items and met all my needs. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and were helpful in all ways. Thanks for the stay. Best wishes.

Called away after on night so we were inable to stay full period. Did like location which was close to stores. Host had well organized instructions for guest guidlines.
