A second time staying at grahams place for a anniversary getaway and couldn't be happier, has been updated since the last visit, will hopefully be coming back.

We had a great time at Denise's listing We travel up to Barton Mills often as we have family there, but with two dogs we often find other accommodation. It was the perfect spot with lots of places to walk with the dogs and explore Great walking distance to the shops/high street Wonderful pubs close by Denise was fantastic, she was extremely pro active with her responses, leaving clear instructions She also very kindly left doggy treats for the dogs The beds were extremely comfy Will be back for sure

Rob & Hayley's house is perfect for a great holiday in Cambridge. It has everything you need for a family getaway. There are lots of great pubs in short walking distance. The centre of town is walking distance (25 minutes). Rob & Hayley are great hosts. We'll definitely stay again on our next visit.

We stayed in Orchard House for five weeks and it worked really well for our family of four. Plenty of space, beds and bathrooms! The backyard is very nice, we didn't use it as it was winter while we stayed there. We had a couple of minor issues but Kevin or his brother were quick to respond and take care of him. The place could use some updates - leaky faucets, artwork, etc. but honestly a great value for money and a very nice setting. Summarized - we would stay there again in a second.

I cannot thank Krizstina enough for her amazing service and hospitality! We needed somewhere to stay whilst we moved into our new house in the village and Krizstina went out of her way to help us with our arrangements. She even gave us a housewarming gift which was so thoughtful. We cannot recommend Krizstina and her lovely property enough. Thank you!!!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very much a home. Lots of space, beautiful garden. Lovely views from garden. Very close to Saffron Walden. Walks straight from the house. We had a lovely family weekend.

Joseph was a great host, very helpful and quick to answer. Great time in his place, clean, warm and cosy with all features you need to feel like home. Great Neighbours also ! :)

A last minute booking for best friends to meet and this was our chosen half-way point. A clean and comfortable home from home with easy peasy check in and out. The house is lovely, with everything you’d need for any length of stay. Super quiet area, within 10 min walking distance to the centre of Saffron Walden, perfect for exploring and enjoying the gorgeous market, shops, cafes and restaurants. We lucked out with the weather and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Thanks for having us!

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Spent Christmas 2024 at this beautiful, well equipped, cosy, comfy, quirky home from home. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a beautiful Christmas tree, twinkling lights and gorgeous rooms. Everything you can think you might need was there and as a family of nine, ranging from 3 to 72 we couldn’t have asked for more. The hot tub was a huge favourite and we were so lucky with the weather that we even managed to sit outside by the fire pit in the evening. Would definitely come again and make full use of the fantastic pool area in the summer. Love, love, loved it xxx

Spotless accommodation. Great location. Friendly and responsive host.

We stayed here for 4 nights - our base to see friends and explore an area we used to live in. Rowena was always prompt in her responses, helpful with check in times and Victor was perfect for our stay. The surrounding land is beautiful and so peaceful which we appreciate during a super busy week Highly recommend the Windmill- thank you for a wonderful stay Rosalynd, Adam and Bertie 🐾

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Thank you Sally!

We had a wonderful stay, and the kids loved running around the gardens, exploring, swimming in the pool and especially saying hello to the horses! The cottage is beautiful, it had everything we needed, and Lara and her family are super helpful. Thank you!

We had such a lovely time during our stay in this secret garden as Helen describes it! It's so unusual and peaceful 😌 Helen was so friendly and made us feel comfortable and at home! Would most definitely stay here again

James was a great host and very reaponsive and accommodating when we had to change plans last minute. The hut is perfect for a short stay and has everything you need. The surroundings were so peaceful, listening to the birds in the evening while we were sitting outside was just what we needed to recharge. Thank you 😊

This house was exactly what we needed for a couple of days for 3 adults and 2 small dogs. Easy parking straight outside the property. Perfect completely enclosed garden for the dogs. Also we had a lovely walk along the river with many different ways to go around about a 2 min walk to get to the path from the house. Elizabeth answered all the questions that I sent to her. I would 100% reccomed.

Fiona’s Annexe really did exceed expectations, the photos are spot on but once you’re there you will feel right at home as the place is excellent. One of the best Airbnbs I have been to. Not only that but Fiona was super responsive to all my questions and an excellent host. We will return and I cannot recommend staying here enough.

I work in the area quite frequently but always struggle to find somewhere cozy where I can unwind, but I had no problem with this while staying at Mike and Emily's Pavilion. It was were very clean and the interior decor was beautiful. It gave me the quiet, snug, country vibes that I needed after a long day of travelling. Mike and Emily were very accommodating and messaged me before with instructions on how to get to the property. They were also very understanding after I broke their key chain, which was really kind of them and they even invited me back despite this. The location is perfect, not just cause it is close to my place of work, but also as it is in a quiet area, but not too far from the local towns for restraints and shops. I will definitely be staying again and look forward to it. Thanks Mike and Emily :)

We spent the weekend at David and Will’s place to visit a spa 10mins away and it was perfect for us 3 ladies. Very clean, easy to locate and with all the equipment you could need. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay and appreciated all the clear communication from the hosts. The house is very homely with some games and books that the children enjoyed.

Gavin is a great host , he is very friendly, kind and responsive. We had a blast in his beautiful place! The house is so peaceful and comfy , makes you feel at home and relaxed in the middle of the nature. There are lots of beautiful pubs and restaurants around.
