The place is exactly like the pictures! Very clean and cozy, we felt right at home the moment we stepped in. Theyre complete with kitchen, bathroom, and hygiene essentials - they even had a steamer for your clothes! There's also a projector in the bedroom which we loved. The place has all you need in a cozy, pristine, and beautiful unit :) The host was also very kind and helpful! She helped us a lot during our check in when we got a little lost finding the place (we're not the smartest navigators lol). We hope to visit again ❤️

Her place was as described-clean, complete amenities and supplies, very aesthetic - all my expectations were met. We initially booked this property because of the king-sized bed and location but it turned out to be so much more. The hosts were responsive and would make time to check in on us. They granted our requests and immediately solved some issues we faced. The unit is spacious, well-lit and well-ventilated. We like that it is situated in the corner so there’s privacy and space. The location is perfect, walkable to most areas in BGC. It has lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The area is safe and the staff of the building were friendly. The small fee payment for checking out late was understandable. We would recommend this airbnb to our friends and family, and would book again in the future.

we are very happy staying in this lovely apartment. it's like condominium but free. the host are accommodating and super helpful. they are just one text away. answers everything you ask them. the location is good as well there are a lot of convinience store outside the subdivision. malls nearby. I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

📍Such a cozy spot! It’s got everything you need—complete kitchen amenities with utensils, Netflix for downtime, a bathroom with a laundry area on the side, and it’s spotless. The host is super responsive and really makes sure everything’s taken care of. Plus, parking is available, which is a huge bonus! The location is perfect too, with grocery stores, coffee shops, and tons of awesome restaurants nearby—Mendokoro is just a 10-minute walk, and you're close to Pobla for nightlife. The price is very reasonable, so I’ll definitely be booking again! Thank you! ☺️☺️

The place is cozy, nice and clean. Very responsive and accommodating host. Flexible check-in time when we requested for it since we were attending an event at Taguig Convention Center. Convenience store, bank, salon, restos and coffee shop are nearby.

As a host Kaye was awesome and responsive, the place was wonderful, a few small things that had nothing to do with our host Kaye. The water was not mineral so I'd recommend bringing your own water, we would have loved to have found a broom to clean up a little better. The place is great to accommodate your family, rooms are comfy and the design is minimalist. The bathroom was clean and felt comfortable to use. Our stay was awesome and had a great time at the wave pool. I did see a few things that could use some repair like the longer sofa be sure to be careful as it looks like it might be out of service soon although it has the softest cushions! All in all I recommend Kaye's place 110%, just please treat all the furniture and appliances as if it was your own. Thanks Kaye!

It was very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The location is very convenient. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony whilst having coffee eheh. It also has great amenities. The building management is also very organised and professional! I felt very safe😊. Just be aware that XYLO is right across the street, which means music will be blasting. I had to put some earplugs on to sleep better. But, it may also be a good thing for those who like clubbing.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

I got lucky finding Habeeb’s place. I booked it again immediately after staying for an initial week. I like that he doesn’t price-gouge. And for what the location and place offers, it’s a good deal. I travel for work and I was pleased with this find. I just wish Habeeb has a more responsive property manager. There were a few items I raised (bedside lamp, toaster, kitchen outlet, balcony light were all inoperable) that were not addresses during my stay. I should have been more relentless, but then I was outside most of the day. Will privately email Habeeb my suggestions to improve value to his offer. Will stay again here. Definitely.

Ms Myra's place is beyond my expectation. .. Feels like our own house. what i love most is its in the corner which our kids love the view outside. And they really enjoy the pool and the playground. We are looking forward to stay here again for our next vacation in the Philippines. Highly recommended ❤️❤️

We had an amazing stay at Andrew’s place in BGC! The decor was adorable—stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—centrally located with easy access to fantastic restaurants, bars, and shopping. Whether we were grabbing a bite, exploring the nightlife, or indulging in some retail therapy, everything was just a short walk away. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. They were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond, complying with every request promptly and graciously. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel truly cared for. The place is perfect for a quick getaway. The space is designed beautifully, it's very clean and cozy. The unit itself is also fully equipped with essentials for the kitchen and the bathroom. Aside from that, Ms. Reylina is a very responsive host and was always very active in responding in any of our messages and concerns.
