We enjoyed our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s cabin. The spa and flat back yard were lovely. Everything was cozy. My only suggestion would be to offer guests the garage during winter. This was the first cabin we stayed in where the garage was not offered to us as guests and we spent a lot of time shoveling and blowing snow to get our car out of the 44 inches of snow that accumulated constantly over our 3 night stay. That combined with the long steep driveway and the plow blocking us in each day by dumping the driveway snow in front of the parked car outside the garage wasn’t totally ideal, but on the bright side the powder was amazing for skiing, sledding, and building snowmen so hard to complain too much bc we had a great trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

Elton’s place was amazing and beautiful! Immediately felt at home once we got there. Everyone loved their rooms comfy, we didn’t want to leave . Highly recommend will definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our girl’s trip! There were 10 of us and we felt the common rooms accommodated all of us comfortably to sit as a group. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms: 1 “dorm room” with 5 beds, and then 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each. Downstairs had 2 bedrooms, one queen and one king. There’s a bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. There was lots of communication from Sean and the management company he uses, and responses were fast. And we LOVED how simple the check out process was— 10/10. Safeway is a 4 minute drive down the road, if you’re not local, download the app & set up a grocery pickup to save time. The location was perfect…10 minute drive to Heavenly, 35 minute drive to Emerald Bay. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

Penny was a great host! She was super responsive and understanding since we had to change our trip slightly due to a winter storm. The space was gorgeous and super comfy and really great for families.

Absolutely beautiful neighborhood and home. The front and back yards are immaculately landscaped. We felt right at home. The house is decorated and furnished very tastefully and comfortably. I would definitely stay again.

We love staying at Michael’s place and always feel at home here, everything as described, handy to be able to charge the car if needed, and great location. Looking forward to our next trip!

Michael and Kara were excellent hosts who went above-and-beyond to make sure my family and I (including my dog!) had a great stay! Would definitely recommend. Even before checking in they gave us clear information for our visit. I really appreciated them being so organized because it meant I could relax on the trip. They also helped out with local recommendations which my family enjoyed. We also loved the decorations! Really felt a warm welcome. Thank you Michael and Kara!!

Erica was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. My daughter and I loved the condo and would come back to stay here in a heartbeat. It was incredibly convenient, immaculate, beautiful, comfortable… loved the bed, the bathroom’s basket of amenities the well stocked kitchen, . We appreciated the many extra touches that made the place feel special, homey, comfortable, and luxurious all at the same time. Couldn’t beat the location. I could walk my daughter to ski lessons in my pjs and come back to work with my coffee and view. Thank you for sharing your perfect vacation home with us!

Awesome spot in the Northstar Village. Great for family looking to make it easy to get the kids on the mountain without driving and parking. Absolutely recommend and we will be back. Easy access to everything in the village and love being across from Cooper provisions, the local store with everything you might have forgotten (food, coffee, sunscreen, drinks, etc) There is a washer / dryer on the floor of the condo but bring quarters as those were hard to come by in a cashless Northstar ;)

We had a great stay. I love this resort.

My wife and I used this location while riding the bike park. The location is quiet and peaceful. Tucked away in the trees, yet a short walk to the village. A bike run goes right by, so the unit can serve as a pit stop on the way back to the gondola. Easy drive to Truckee, we did it everyday we were there. Wonderful hot tubs to soak in at the end of the day.

A friend and I spent 2 nights in the cabin. We slept well. We one dinner with ease. We loved being so close to skiing.

We had a great stay at Lori’s place. The condo was as described, with plenty of space and close to the Northstar shuttle stop. The shuttle was easy to request and usually available within a few minutes even during ski week. One morning we did have to wait 15 minutes, but that was unusual. Lori was responsive when we needed help with something. We would happily stay again.

This house is very nice and very up to date. The beds were comfortable and the place had all the amenities you would think of such as kitchen items and laundry detergent, etc. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing. We had an issue with a missing key when we arrived so we couldn’t get in right away, but that was just because the housekeeper left it on the kitchen counter and Maddie sent a lock smith over right away to get us in. Overall we had a great stay.

Chris let us check in early. That was much appreciated. We did not realize we could walk across the street to Gar Woods.. a restaurant we frequent when we visit Tahoe. The place was clean and matched the photos. We used all 4 bedrooms for our 3 families and enjoyed spending time together. We lucked out on both weather and traffic.

Barbora & Curtis were great hosts. Always responsive and answered the many questions I had. The location is convenient and very close to groceries. Garage was deep and roomy, there was a sled and plenty of shovels, boot warmers, and a ping pong table! Inside the house looked even better in person. There is a fireplace and central heating/cooling. Wasn’t a huge fan of the slippery couches but it still did the job. Everything was pretty clean for the most part, plus extra sheets and towels. Kitchen was stocked with supplies and seasonings for cooking. We went mid March when there were tons of snow on the ground to play with in the backyard. Keep in mind there are no fences and the space is shared with other houses, but we were the only ones out in the back so it felt pretty private. There is a slight hill and were able to create a sled run! We ran into a bobcat while taking the dog out at night, and we also heard coyotes howling nearby. Overall, cozy place and I’d recommend to anyone.

Lise & Tim’s cabin was the perfect home base for a quick weekend ski trip to Palisades/Alpine, just 15 min drive away and 3 min drive down to the lake and grocery stores. My group all said we wished we could stay longer because the cabin was so cozy and well stocked with kitchen supplies (plus spices, tea/coffee, etc), games, books, and DVDs. We will be back!

This little cabin on King’s Beach was the perfect retreat for us two friends after 2 very long days at Palisades Tahoe! The view is great out the back and from the hot tub, which was exactly what we needed to restore our bodies after all the snowboarding. Living room and fire place were a great place to sit around and chat, and play a couple games from the cabinet under the tv. Had all the basics for preparing solid meals as well; cooking equipment and a cupboard of everyday ingredients. Would definitely book this place again if coming to Kings Beach!

My husband and I spent a weekend here and enjoyed our stay! We were a little lost at first because I wasn’t sure where or how to check in, but after reading another review that mentioned an office, we were able to find our way. The gentleman who gave us instructions was very kind and helpful and informed us of a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The location is great, a few minutes away from downtown Truckee, restaurants and stores and about a 30-40 minute drive from Incline Village, Sand Harbor Beach, and other nearby beaches. We would definitely book again!

The place was exactly like the pictures. Even though other cabins are nearby it was still very private and relaxing. It was easy to get to places no matter what direction you went in but far enough away from the busier towns.
