Beautiful house in North Lake Tahoe!!! My family stayed for Christmas, and it was beautiful. Nice open upstairs kitchen that connects to the living room. The upstairs was roomy to accommodate a family of 8+ easily. It’s super peaceful and quiet at night. Located in a great location! If you’re snowboarding, rentals are a short drive away. Near Northstar and Palisades! I’m sure this is a super dope spot in the summer too! 7/11 is walking distance so you could literally go on a drink run 🏃🤣! I would give this place 5 stars on yelp if I could.

Cozy and affordable place, great location. Alyssa was helpful and accommodating, proving us great sledding recommendations, feedback and advice. Great spot for kids - nice without being fussy. They loved the kids ‘nook’ in the bunk room with old school video games and the loads of games downstairs. Kitchen is tight for multiple people but we made it work.

Beautiful home! This was one of the most well stocked homes we’ve stayed in. Home was spotless, cozy, easy walk to the lake, excellent and friendly communication with host, clean hot tub and spacious for our group of 8. Thank you so much!

It is a great house especially if you have a large family. The house is how it is shown in it’s photos, there is lots of space to relax, the neighborhood is quiet, and it provided a quiet place to unwind after an active day in the area. The host responded promptly to our inquiries and checking in was a breeze.

Loved our time in the Moose Cabin, our family and our friends felt right at home and the space was so conducive to fun dinners together, our own space when sleeping and the kids' loft space provided a tucked away space for them to enjoy movies and for us to enjoy some adult time. Heads up that if you're skiing at Northstar and take the shuttle on the way home, this is one of the last drop offs. Not an issue, just something to consider that it may take you 30 mins+ when getting home. Thank you for an incredible stay and we hope to be back one day soon!

Absolutely beautiful with such thoughtful touches and details for our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for peace and privacy-especially traveling with your fur baby. Really, everything was perfect!!!

Good deal for this bigger than expected location, a 5 min walk down the road to the market/fox&hound shuttle stop and and you reach Stagecoach lift, very convenient during winter time. We had lots of fresh snow and the stairway+entrance got snow removed twice by a team, great! Some small issues with the hot water and fireplace got resolved but nothing serious.

We had a great time at this accommodation. Very relaxing!

This home was perfect for our trip to Palisades Ski Resort — 15 min to the mountain and walkable to the lake and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the home was very clean. The host, Kathy, was very communicative and provided recommendations, clear instructions, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s cabin. The spa and flat back yard were lovely. Everything was cozy. My only suggestion would be to offer guests the garage during winter. This was the first cabin we stayed in where the garage was not offered to us as guests and we spent a lot of time shoveling and blowing snow to get our car out of the 44 inches of snow that accumulated constantly over our 3 night stay. That combined with the long steep driveway and the plow blocking us in each day by dumping the driveway snow in front of the parked car outside the garage wasn’t totally ideal, but on the bright side the powder was amazing for skiing, sledding, and building snowmen so hard to complain too much bc we had a great trip!

Great location steps away from the gandola. Really nice upscale condo with everything you need as a family! Hosts are very responsive. Five stars!

We had a wonderful stay at Harry's place! We loved the relaxing cabin vibe with the view of Lake Tahoe through the trees and enjoyed the hiking trail in walking distance to the house. Harry was a very responsive and accommodating host - definitely would recommend staying here!

Stayed up here with a buddy and my dog during a snow storm. Even with feet of snow we had no problem getting out of the neighborhood since a plow had already passed. We had plenty of space and all the amenities we needed for working remotely and accessing the ski resorts. It’s a multi level home so be ready for some stairs. It also leads to some colder areas throughout the house but the bedrooms stayed warm. There were also tons of blankets and extra towels if we needed. Kevin was very responsive and accommodating, overall great stay and value!

The location is great and the hosts were easily accessible via text for questions. We will definitely try to book again for our next trip out!

Whoever Dave's housekeepers are, they are phenomenal! I arrived to a spotless home, which I know can be challenging in a dog-friendly place. His crew is attentive to making sure every nook and cranny is cleaned up, prior to your arrival, and Dave makes sure the condo is well-stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, paper towels, and everything one could possibly need for a week-long vacay. The The condo complex is also well maintained, with a great (and clean!) hot tub, right around the corner, perfect after a day of snowboarding. If you have a dog, the complex's enclosed "dog park" is so close, it's visible from the condo. The location is fantastic - take a left on the hwy, and it's a half mile drive to a Dollar Hill trailhead to run the dog in the snow; take a right, and it's a quick, easy drive to Tahoe City for groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, Tahoe Commons Beach, etc. Thank you, Dave, and crew, for making our stay at this cozy, comfy home so smooth, easy and welcoming! :)

We had the most amazing time in Renee’s beautiful cottage with the best view and location. Clear instructions and very responsive to all my queries.

We got snowed into Tahoe, but were lucky enough to have booked Taylor’s place! Walked to Safeway to grab food to cook, walked to grab a bagel sandwich and coffee down the road, it was awesome.

Comfortable and cozy loft with a private hot tub. Great location with easy access to ski resorts. Really enjoyed our stay and Erika was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed.

Although I did not stay here personally, my group of about 8 ladies absolutely LOVED this space! The host was friendly and responsive from start to finish. The feedback I received was that the space was beautiful and huge! It surpassed everyones expectation :) 10/10

Nice area that's close to the stateline where the casinos and heavenly gondola is. The house is clean and has gas fireplaces that are super nice. Modern kitchen. Washer and dryer. Spacious. If you have kids there's a good area downstairs for them. Easy parking. One thing to note is that the amenities like the hottub are in a shared area that close somewhat early (and because of that we never got to try them out so I can't speak to their quality), and there's no fenced in backyard if you have a pet that you want to let outside. But these probably aren't bad for most people, just sharing that to help your decision.

I had a great stay! The place was very clean, new, and well-maintained. The facilities were nice, and everything was as described. Overall, a very good experience, I would definitely recommend it.

Chelsea's home is as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect setting for a quiet birthday celebration for my dad. We all were able to enjoy the lake and the peaceful scenery. The bedrooms were a nice size and the restrooms were clean. The mattress in the main room was a bit too firm for me. I decided to sleep upstairs on one of the softer beds. There are grocery stores 10 minutes out so we utilized the kitchen for most of our meals. The kitchen had everything I needed. The house manual was easy to follow and included some information on pet-friendly beaches which we appreciated since we had our pup with us. I LOVED the private beach access and dock. We had our paddle board and kayak and spent a lot of time in the water. My daughter enjoyed jumping off the dock and making friends with some of the other kids there (not a lot of kids...just the right amount to keep her entertained but not overwhelm me). I hope to make this trip an annual event!

Missy and Sonny were great and super acoomadating. They even gifted us some bubbly for our anniversary. 100% would recommend a stay at their wonderful home.
