Independence : locations de vacances

I’ve stayed at several different units in the village and this was among the nicest. It’s been remodeled and has a great vibe. It is a bright property with tons of windows facing towards the center of the village. The bunk beds are perfect for a family trip. Couch is super comfortable and perfect for movie night. The location is very convenient within the village for easy access to restaurants, bars, and Hugs ice cream.

This Airbnb is well equipped for families (dryer for ski clothes, racks, nice amenities, etc) well thought out! The location is killer, and we would stay here again! The host is friendly and responsive in a timely fashion.

Everything was perfect. The village gondola was a ten minute walk. Very convenient. The host was super responsive as well.

This place is beautiful and big enough for eight people! The bedroom have their own bathrooms which is a huge plus. Another aspect I was grateful for was their fridge, that had ice and filter water! The only complaint is if you are on the first floor, you can hear people on the top floor very easily. So just be mindful if you are sensitive to noises. Additionally, we noticed an odor coming from the sink area. I think it might have been from the garbage disposable from the people who were there before us. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place!!

We loved our stay at the Hummingbird Cottage! Nancy communicated so well before, during and after our stay. The cottage was very comfortable for us to stay with our three small kiddos and my mother and her dog. The linens and towels and dishes were all very nice quality (not what you typically get with an AirBnb). So nice having a washer/dryer available. There were lots of toys and books for the kids, and they loved running around in the enclosed backyard with the doggy. It was about 40 minutes to Fresno and 1.5 hours to Sequoia National Forest - very convenient. We would chat with Nancy and her husband when we saw them outside, but felt we were granted privacy the whole visit. We felt right at home, and we would absolutely stay there again if ever in the area.

Our family of 5 fit nicely in Dasha's place, decor is tasteful and beautiful, everything is super clean! We really appreciated how comfortable the beds were. We liked the idea of having additional dishes and utensils so we didn't have to run the dishwasher every night. Dean and Dasha responded right away when I had trouble figuring out the heater - they are awesome hosts!

I always love to be back at Mammoth Lakes. Michael and this vacation rental was really clean and reliable. Location was great, easy to find, close to everything. Highly recommend this rental and host. Thank you Michael

My family came to Mammoth for a Spring ski/snowboard trip and it was perfect. We made some memories here that will last us a very long time. The place was big enough for all of us, the kitchen came in handy, the views amazing, and the hot tub was a short walk away. Everything was clean, in great condition, and in working order. And our kids loved the old school arcade game and the board games. The best part was how close it was to Canyon Lodge. Only about a 5-10 min walk. Some elevation, but our 7 and 10 year old could manage just fine after a day on the mountain. The locker made everything that much easier since we were able to leave our gear at the mountain and travel light to and from. The hosts were great. Everything was hassle-free and checking in and out was very easy. Communication was excellent.

Place was just as described and the host was extremely responsive. Great location with gondola to Canyon Lode and walking distance to the Village. Our 7 year old son review: I really like it l want to go there next year we go.
