Dylan is an amazing host who is always responsive and will help with anything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable. The Airbnb itself is cute and comfortable and clean. The only thing that people may need to know is if you are a light sleeper, or sensitive to noise, this may not be the right fit. It’s a very old building with paper in walls. The upstairs neighbors can be heard walking, talking, and watching TV/listening to music. The garbage truck comes early during the week. A little white noise and ear plugs may help. Overall it’s a nice little airbnb for a short stay.

this unit near Parkville was better than I could've imagined and the best value ever for all it offered. Not only was it good value, but it had wonderful, comfy beds, beautiful linens, lighted, make up mirrors, everything I could ask for at a price I could afford ! Exquisite little sanctuary walking distance to the center of Parkville! Score! ✨ Annette is one of those Airbnb hosts who just go above and beyond! She's amazing and so caring, attention to every detail with so much care . she was flexible with me about check-in and Checkout, which was very helpful and when I locked my keys in the unit, she was there to help me within minutes. Truly could not give her or this sweet home any higher accolades. She brought in extra things for me because I was going to need to cook during my stay. She checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed, was wonderful to communicate with, went out of her way to ensure our safety after the parking lot got slippery after a snowstorm. Thank you!

second stay was just as great as the first 😁 the fireplace warmed the entire space and the hosts were sure to have the walkway free of any snow/ice so coming in and out was easy and worry free. very kind hosts and once again, I will be back!

Situated in what I think is the best neighborhood in KC, this apartment is well appointed and very comfy. I wondered if it may be noisy and was pleasantly surprised that it was very quiet. This unit is close to a streetcar stop which gives free access to loads of restaurants and nightlife, not to mention the City Market and more. Highly recommend.

She was very nice and even left me a bottle of wine!! Oh and the place was good especially the bed it was very comfortable! I would recommend to anyone very affordable, I will definitely be going back

Chris's place is a hidden gem. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to downtown but in a quiet and mostly industrial neighborhood. Chris was super responsive to our questions, too. Would highly recommend.

Denise was very responsive, gave great local amenity recommendations and anticipated our needs the entire stay. It was clean, private and felt like a place in the country…but in the city. I highly recommend her place and hope to stay again.

It was very hard finding a place to stay for only 2 nights but Shawn’s family provided us with everything we needed for the amount of time we was there. The pictures that were taken gave us a great visual of what we were going to see when we got there. It was very spacious, very clean, and it felt like home!

Our stay was great and so easy to get anywhere we needed to go!

What a wonderful stay in KCMO. Casey’s home is wonderful, relaxing, and a great base to explore Kansas City. I will definitely come again!

Jaymi was a great host. We loved spending time in her beautiful space. Everything was exactly as described, easy to get to, and in a great area. We appreciate the designated parking area and the safe location! Jaymi provided clear instructions and a helpful guide to favorite spots in Kansas City. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had issues with the door code and the host was very helpful and quick to respond. We’d definitely stay again.

Kellie’s place was awesome! Her little hideaway is in the perfect location to get to bars and restaurants or a quick Uber downtown. Kellie is very responsive and helpful with any questions or needs you may have. 10/10 recommend. Next time we are back in KC we will be looking this place up to see if it’s available.

Benjamin & Hannah were great host. We flew in for the Chiefs game, a little bit early and they let us check in about 2 hrs ahead of time so we weren't roaming the streets of kc with luggages. They recommended a few spots for us to eat at & go out & they were spot on. The house itself was great very clean perfect for a small group looking for a home feeling away from home. Thank you guys once again!

Great cozy basement. Incredibly comfortable bed, was able to get amazing rest after a long day on my business trip. Would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home is cozy and beautiful. She even added extra amenities incase you needed which I thought was amazing. Host was very sweet and helpful! We had a flight delay and she was very understanding about it and let us stay a bit longer than expected. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the area.

Great place

I enjoyed 2 nights at Abbey’s home, she was so accommodating to me arriving early last minute and I was so grateful for it! The hot tub was perfect for the cold winter. Thank you and I would definitely stay again!

Downtown loft. Location is great in downtown Kansas City. Some confusion with original listing showing Overland Park as the location but was pleasantly surprised that this loft was downtown. Convenient location and within walking distance or streetcar ride to a lot of stuff. Place was clean and spacious.

Jason was incredibly quick to respond to any questions, no matter the time of day. His communication and attentiveness were outstanding. The location itself was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. The value for the price was exceptional—every detail was top quality. There’s truly nothing negative to say. Highly recommended!

Great unit with everything we needed. Very comfortable & close to everything. The host was very accommodating & worked with us when we had to change dates due to the weather. Great communication and clear instructions. Will stay here again when in the area. 10/10 recommended!
