Its an amazing luxury villa with 6 bedrooms. It was like cherry on the cake on my recent trip to Goa. The caretakers were very helpful and supportive. I had awesome experience staying in the property. Property had pool and jacuzzi and they were well maintained and extreme fun to use. My kid loved it. Location is great as it is near to market and also beach is hardly 400 mtrs away. Meticulously decorated rooms and glasshouse dining was next level experience. The host were accommodating throughout the stay. I have been to various Airbnb in the past. This is so far the best. Location, amenities, vicinity to beach and markets, everything is top notch. We would highly recommend everyone to stay at the property if they are in Candolim. Looking forward to stay again and thank you for making our stay memorable. Great place to stay !!

This place is the best spot to live in Alleppey. It’s literally on the beach. Plus it has a plenty of room to just hang out with the family. Great view of the beach. Extremely clean and spacious. I will definitely visit this place again. I will recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Alleppey. Also, Shuaib is the nicest host I have met. Extremely warm and easy to chat with. He is connected with the locals — can easily sort you out for anything you need around.

My family and I had a truly wonderful stay in Praveen's villa in Candolim. The villa is in a perfect location, so close to all the shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The villa is within a small villa complex which is so peaceful and serene. Everyone is very friendly. The villa is very spacious, and is spotless. Praveen is a brilliant host, very responsive if needed and hospitable. This was our second stay here and my family and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday stay.

Good stay. Close to Candolim beach. Poor network, but the host has arranged wifi. Overall worth the price you pay.

I had a really good time with Sankar and Nahid, they showed me the Beach and some nice places. The Apartment was clean and cozy, I felt like Home. I would definitely come again when I do vacation in Visakhapatnam! 10/10!

A wonderful retreat for us; an older couple - a month of walking, cooking, reading, being on or near the beach, eating out and visiting friends. Alex couldn’t be more helpful, anything you need he is on hand. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, housekeeping and washing on hand - in fact anything you need is no trouble. Thanks Alex for a perfect month away!

We had a wonderful time at the villa, living to the sound of ocean waves. Especially because we were celebrating our brother and sister in law's wedding, it was lovely to see the place decorated for them. Robin was so helpful, thank you very much!

premises is big enough for children to bring their own football to play. Can find a trail from house only to the beach 5 min walking, will find only some fishermen and no crowd , it's nice to be there at the beach in morning. House is surrounded by coconut trees. people seeking for peace with no loud DJ'S will definitely like the place. Restaurant near by is Sand and waves restaurant and bar at velsao beach ,will get all the varieties to eat and is near by and is the only restaurant at the beach and is enough as we can get everything to fill tummy.

Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

Great place. Love the vibrant colours of the house. This place is for those, who love quiet & peaceful surrounding. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Sunset Beach is 5 mins drive. I would love to stay here again. ☺️

About the property - Location - 10/10 Serenity - 10/10 Caretakers (Gufran) - 10/10 Breakfast - 10/10 Amenities - 10/10 Rooms - 10/10 All in all - A perfect property! This place is nothing less than a 5 star hotel! My friends and I will definitely go here again during our next visit to Goa. Can't thank enough for the hospitality!

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Amazing property and very responsive host

The villa is set in the village of Cavelossim, in a beautiful and safe complex of similar villas surrounded by gardens, with a shared pool in the middle. The beach is nearby (5 min walk), as well as all the amenities (restaurants, shops, supermarket, taxi stands). Basappa, the host, is responsive and eager to help. The house has good rooms with efficient AC, comfortable beds (softer than most in India), a well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor area with a beautiful view on the gardens (very well kept with many flowers). We've enjoyed our stay very much and recommend the place!

Enjoyed my stay. villa and pool were clean and the team was very helpful and proactive about the stay. seamless and worth it. While Swiggy and Zomato deliver the options are limited so it's best to pick up from restaurants and supermarket items down the ecr. Location is private and quiet. Great place. would definitely visit again

place is amazing Preeti was extremely helpful in supporting with the itinerary, logistics, local connectivity. The place is fully equipped for a family stay, ultra efficient cooling systems, and a complete kitchen. For the first time ever, i saw groceries provided in the house-very unique

Tucked away in a quiet lane , place is neat and clean, good wifi, AC (extra charges), and best of all, truly pet friendly too! So it was ideal for our December end holiday for our family of four and our little min pin. Upstairs Cottage where we had booked is private with a pretty big terrace which doubles as a dining space, and great for watching the start studded night sky! Rooms are also available in the property, which has lot of greenery. Relaxing! Ideal for a beach holiday as the property is only ten minutes walk from the clean, quiet beach. no hawkers or shops here. Pristine sea, hope it stays like this ! Carry your own toiletries. beach towels/mats if you like to spend extended time at the beach as we did. Host is very responsive and we had options of South Indian home cooked lovely food, (appam, stew, rice, curry) as well as North Indian roti, tasty sabzi made by the very helpful energetic Suraj and his wife Vasu. Reasonable charges for food.

Manish is an excellent host. He was very Friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Also the two care takers at the stay were very responsive. Overall a very good place to be in Goa as it is nearer to most of the famous tourist spots in Goa. Please visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the Serenity Yellow Beach House with our family of four and a toddler. To be honest, I was initially hesitant about booking an Airbnb in India due to some concerns about the experience, but this property exceeded my expectations. It was well-maintained, had all the essential amenities, and was just a short walk from the beach—making the sunrise experience truly unforgettable. The caretaker was present during check-in and remained accessible over the phone throughout our stay. If you enjoy staying close to the beach, I recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at Sharvil's place. He was easy to communicate with. The house is nice and we loved the pool on hot days. The staff taking care of the house are attentive and can cook lunch and dinner upon request for an extra fee. We walked to the beach from the house easily and enjoyed Calamari restaurant and Chocolatti also.

A perfect place to stay that steps away from the most beautiful beach in goa! Highly recommend

We had a great stay at the Blue Cove Villa. Shaun was a great host and very responsive to all our needs. The breakfast was amazing - a generous spread of fruits, juice, aapam, idiyappam and he even got us bread and jam from a farmers market one day. Shaun helped us find local food spots and attractions. Though the place is a bit pricy, definitely worth staying here if you are a large gang. The place has a beautiful terrace setup worth mentioning.

This place is walkable from auro beach and little off from main road, hence no traffic noise. House is neatly maintained and odour and mosquito free. We had a very pleasant stay with Cj Raichura. He is very accommodative and always responsive.
