A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

Between the location by the beach, the amenities that matched the pictures and, most importantly, the staff, our stay was nothing short of great! The food was delicious—they far exceeded our expectations! Our only regret was that we were not there for a few more days.

It was a good experience with Hillary being the perfect host and Celina being in touch regarding all questions. They have both been very exact with every detail. No surprises at all. It was a comfortable stay, right next to the beach for someone who wants to enjoy the dusk and the dawn too it’s THE place. The two awwdorable pawies made it extra special. They gave more love than one would expect. Will miss both Shiba and Lucy.

Colva beach is walkable from this property. The host is extremely responsive and helped us with our requests. The house is clean. I'd definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a calm area with easy access to the beach.

The best host and family i have ever met. The place is outstanding the perfect blend of farm, beach and old portugal. the host outstanding not to mention the numerous animals from birds to horses . Dr pinto and his family went way beyond any expectation a must goan experience. for anyone. Great place for kids to learn about animals and farms and also for people to get away from a busy life. the best part beach is 5 minutes away and market and eating joints are nearby yet you feel cocooned in greenery and quiet

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The place & amenities were exactly as described. The place was amazingly clean and well furnished. Perfect place in ECR with proximity to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Loved the place. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves as it’s at the end of the road and very few people come there. The water is clean and pristine . Loved the food and the care that was given to us. Would definitely recommend the place for peace , positive energy and rejuvenation.

Stay was very awesome. It was easy to reach the venue. Asha is a great host and i recommend this place if you need a villa near beach. This was too close around 5 mins walk from calangute beach. Everything went fine. Staff were very helpful and responsive. Rheman has helped us a little in everything. Pool was also good. We enjoyed a lot in the stay. My friends were very happy with the stay. Lovely Stay, But Not What I Expected I recently stayed at this apartment during my trip to Goa. The unit itself is very clean, well-maintained, and part of a peaceful, green co-op with a nice pool. It’s a comfortable second-floor apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the hosts have done a good job making it welcoming. That said, I was under the impression from the listing and photos that it was a house on the beach, which it is not. It’s actually an apartment about three city blocks from the beach. The photos, while beautiful, led me to believe I would be stepping out directly into a beachfront garden, but the “greenery view” is from a second-floor balcony. If you’re looking for a serene place to stay near the beach and don’t mind a short walk to get there, this is a great spot. Just be aware it’s not a beachfront house nor is it the upscale GOA I expected. It is great for a family but not much to do for singles.

Good stay. Close to Candolim beach. Poor network, but the host has arranged wifi. Overall worth the price you pay.

What a beautiful setting and pretty villa! it had everything we were looking for and more. I was surprised by the proximity to the beach and the pool was well maintained and clean too. The host was very welcomimg and kind and she helped us through everything. Go for it, brilliant roomy space for large groups.

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

We stayed here with our full family, including my elderly parents and our 7-month-old daughter. Everyone really loved the place. Having a private pool was a bonus. We enjoyed switching between swimming in the ocean and the pool. The maid was super helpful and always present whenever we needed anything. Sreenath was also very responsive and catered to any request we had. We will be back here again for sure.

Beautiful place to stay in goa especially when you are looking the budget friendly stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant interior. Kitchen is well designed and you can find all the required kitchen utensils. We enjoyed pur stay here and hope to return. The location is perfect, clean and very close to the beach, checkin and checkout procedure was very easy, you can find the beach on walking distance.

Highly recommend this stay! Our group stayed here for a wedding, and the location was perfect—less than a five-minute drive to the venue. While the entrance is unmarked and can be initially confusing to find, Google Maps guides you accurately. The space matched the photos—clean, with a beautiful pool (perfect for late night swims), property, house, and private beach. The kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms were spotless. The food was outstanding. Breakfast is included, while lunch, dinner, and snacks are affordable à la carte options. Chef Sendhil and his team were incredibly responsive to last-minute requests, from midday samosas to coffee/chai refills. The quality rivaled my mom’s homemade South Indian cooking and truly elevated our experience. The service was exceptional. Whether we needed bug spray or a new WiFi dongle for faster internet, Rekha and Teja responded quickly and efficiently, exceeding our expectations. The staff cleaned our rooms quickly but thoroughly.

Bimal was an incredible host and made us feel right at home during our stay. I highly recommend the experience of Bimal's place if you are travelling through this part of India. We were in awe of it's architectural beauty, not to mention the surroundings that fill your days, in disbelief of rural India's innate and moving beauty. This was my experience every morning that I woke in Bimal's superb guest house. With this being said, I can't thank Bimal enough for his advisory and host expertise throughout our stay. All from providing wonderful south Indian meals right to our door, or finding me a doctor in the area. His attentiveness was truly warming and this was definitely reflected throughout the home in which he has created. I can't recommend this stay enough. Thank you Bimal!!!

To były wspaniałe kilka dni w cudownym miejscu, które oferuje Dhiraj. Niezapomnimy nigdy tego widoku z domu, przypływy i odpływy codziennie zmieniały krajobraz i to było coś niesamowitego! Dhiraj oraz jego kuzyn Laxman to wspaniali ludzie, bardzo pomocni, komunikatywni i życzliwi. Pozwolili nam wymeldować się później bo mieliśmy samolot dopiero wieczorem. Spędziliśmy wyjątkowy czas w tym domku, gdzie było naprawdę wszystko co potrzeba by samodzielnie sobie gotować albo wyprać praniez czego byliśmy szczególnie zadowoleni. Po przybyciu zastaliśmy zimną wodę i mleko w lodówce a na stole lokalne ciasteczka. To było niesamowite doświadczenie. Bardzo dziękujemy i na pewno przyjedziemy znów w to magiczne miejsce! Camper is like a private mini-resort. It is a wonderful place for a family reunion or group. The swimming pool and private entrance to peaceful beach were highlights. We chose to have the staff cook our meals which were delicious and easy with 4 young children. Laundry was also available and help booking ayurvedic treatments and a traveler van to the airport. Excellent service and beautiful home.

Had an amazing stay at Cheryl's place in South Goa! The location is perfect - just a short walk to Zalor Beach, and the area is wonderfully peaceful and serene. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and came with all promised amenities. The fully-equipped kitchen was a huge plus! What really made our stay special was Cheryl's exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly responsive and always available to help with any questions or concerns. Her local recommendations were spot-on and really enhanced our Goa experience. The property matches the listing description perfectly, and Cheryl goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in South Goa. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful time at the villa, living to the sound of ocean waves. Especially because we were celebrating our brother and sister in law's wedding, it was lovely to see the place decorated for them. Robin was so helpful, thank you very much!
