The Villa is nice , airy and has 3 bedrooms with balconies in 2 bedrooms attached baths in all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is good. Other 2 are okay. Lobby is spacious for upto 6-7 persons, bathrooms are functional. The place is good overall, has parking space for you rental/own vehicle adjacent to your villa. Mahesh the caretaker is nice too. Complimentary Cleaning is available only between 11 am to 2 pm. Suggestions: If you are not in your villa in this time you’ll have to mange cleaning on your own. If an option for evening slot for cleaning (even if at a nominal fee) is also provided that would be great. Better linen will make the experience even more premium.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were awestruck by the exceptional home interiors, which perfectly blended elegance, comfort, and sophistication. The villa's unique features, such as the in-house pond with exotic fish, added a touch of serenity and wonder to our stay. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. Venky was an outstanding host, ensuring our every need was met with promptness and courtesy. The welcome amenities and personalized touches made us feel truly special. Akshay was a wonderful host, right from the moment i contacted him first accomodating all my requests and even gladly helped me when i had to cut my stay short due to some unforseen circumstances. Akshay and his father were right there to help you with everything. The place is easily accessible by cabs and easy to reach from different places.

The property was quite clean, well maintained and clutter free. I liked the set up with the projector on ground floor which invariably became the common room for the group and really added to the fun and activity plan of our group. The pool in the property is quite small, however it did the job of beating the heat for all of us.. Jacuzzi on the roof top was another amenity that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Another thing that added a lot of charm to the property were the seating arrangements with fairy lights on patio and on the terrace. This pushed us to take our late night gatherings and games to the outdoor setting.. Location of the property is quite easy to find and it is in a gated society which added to the security and peace of mind. The staff arrangement by the host was very helpful. Barka who is the host of this property, was very friendly and understanding. she was always reachable and ensured that we had a great stay all through our booking.

The hosts created this incredibly beautiful home in the heart of old town Udaipur very convenient for visits to palace and other sights and shopping in the old town markets. Everything is up to Western standard and the aesthetics is stunningly gorgeous! Wow The caretaker, Mr. Bhagwati and his wife speaks excellent English and was most helpful in coordinating everything, including transportation, booking of dinners and suggestions of sites to see. They even bought groceries for me to make food at home. It was lovely to have a functional kitchen and ample living room space to lounge in. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite and the terrace provided great view of the old city Neighborhood and sunny spots to relax in and have breakfast provided and made by the caretakers every morning ! It was great to have laundry facilities as well. We stayed 12 days in total and thoroughly enjoyed living in old town at Smiling sparrow ! The location was perfect, offering a peaceful ambiance while being conveniently close to key spots. I also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary refreshments and personalized service.

The villa is in a peaceful location, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The room we stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities that we could ask for. One of the standout features was the vehicle package offered by the villa, which was a great help in exploring the local area. The convenience of having vehicle available made it so easy to visit nearby attractions, and it really added to the enjoyment for me and my colleagues. The staff Mr Atul at Lux Villa were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed. He made sure we had a great time during our visit. One of the highlights of Mr Atul was the delicious breakfast he prepared. The overall vibe of the property is comfort, making it ideal for anyone looking to recharge and enjoy a peaceful getaway. A special mention goes to Mr. Sagar, the owner of the villa. He was incredibly helpful.

Our stay at seven hills villa was very memorable and enjoyable. The villa is extremely peaceful, spacious and comfortable. It is located in a calm and beautiful neighbourhood and nature lovers will definitely enjoy this place. The caretaker was also very helpful and prompt. Mr. Bhupendra is a very good host and very communicative and helpful with every input you need as a guest. Most of all it is a t truly pet friendly villa in every sense of the term. My dog amigo had such a good time spending all his time in the huge lawn, nicely maintained and the nice pool. I’m thankful to Mr. Bhupendra for letting amigo use the pool. Very few hosts allow that kind of privilege and freedom for the dogs travelling along. I recommend seven hills to every person who’s looking for an enjoyable holiday at Udaipur much like the one we had. Hope to come there again someday.

Just a ten-minute drive uphill from Jibhi brings you to this mesmerizing cottage, nestled amidst lush greenery — undoubtedly one of the most peaceful and breathtaking places we've ever visited. The space inside is perfect for two. It's bathed in natural light, and the use of glass and wood gives it a warm, homely charm. The skylight on the roof is especially captivating — watching raindrops splatter or leaves dance in the wind is pure magic. The bathroom is spacious and includes all the expected amenities. The cozy balcony offers stunning views in every direction. We ended up sampling several dishes from the menu and loved each one. Standout favorites included the scrambled eggs, French toast, and Chicken Kolhapuri. A huge shoutout to Nikhil bhai and Mahender bhai for the amazing food and heartfelt hospitality. They were always welcoming, and a pleasure to chat with. And of course, a warm thank you to Nonika. This stay was truly special, and we can't wait to return.

A stay I’ll cherish for years to come, for sure. We arrived a little late but still found Hukum, our host, and Bantu (the cook) waiting for us. They were incredibly welcoming, and by the end of our trip, they felt more like family to us. Our dog accompanied us, and he was undoubtedly very happy with the place. We stayed in an A-frame for our entire trip, and it was warm, cozy, and spacious enough for a family of four plus a pet. The property is jaw-dropping at first glance, and everything—from the switchboards to the lights—is thoughtfully placed. There are plenty of activities to participate in, depending on the season you visit. Their farm is vast and beautiful, and you can hike down to the river for a riverside breakfast, which can be arranged with Hukum. All the meals are freshly prepared to order and feel like home-cooked dishes. Thank you so much; we are definitely looking forward to our next visit.
