Firstly, the property has simply the best view of Bhimtal Lake. It's a beautiful place where you can spend time with your loved ones. The rooms also are facing the lake . The host is very helpful and friendly. It felt like home. As I am a local here I visit different properties but the Pencil House is one of the best property that I have been to in Bhimtal. Definately would recommend people to experience the beauty of this property but would also request the visitors to keep the place clean. Thank you Chitra Ji for the lovely stay ❤️

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. Nowhere/Erehwon is a perfect getaway to spend quality time with your loved ones. The property is beautifully simple yet elegantly designed, and it lives up to its description and images in every way. I would love to visit again in the future. Since Nasik is known as the wine capital of India, and Ajoy and his co-host are passionate about winemaking, I’d suggest introducing a one-hour interactive session on winemaking. This could be a unique and engaging activity for guests interested in exploring the different grape varieties and the process of crafting fine wines. it was nice to stay at this place, we build flats and buildings but never be in it, this was the first time experience to my parents they loved it, it was 4BHK apartment with lot of space the interiors were good and the mrng it was fresh air from the room side to the balcony as it's open from the both ends, we took fresh fish and did curry and rice, even the co host was supportive for it,

It is a very peaceful place. The room had all the required amenities as listed . Host has been responsive and helpful.

Radhika has a beautiful place which is maintained very neatly and tastefully done. Absolutely a place where one can plan a few days away from the crazy traffic and pollution of the city.

We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

Scotty’s house in Khopoli is a wonderfully chill and relaxing retreat. It’s especially perfect for women travelers, offering a safe and comfortable environment. My friend and I enjoyed our stay immensely, and our two dogs, Uno and Ellie, had a blast running around in the spacious courtyard and exploring Kalote Lake, which is just a minute’s walk away. The cozy ambiance, complete with the soothing background of chirping birds, made it the ideal spot to unwind. Highly recommended!

The place is a perfect get away from the cities and clumsiness. Sit back .. slow down ... and enjoy the calmness of backwaters. Host is very responsive and helpful.
