I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

great place for a weekend getaway.

the stay at Tata housing was extremely comfortable. loved the apparatment and everything that it has to offer. Really quaint swimming pool, clean and well equipped gymnasium, and the stay was very cozy. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Goa. also, it is very near to Dabolim airport! a d shishir ji is a really warm host. He was always available to help. highly recommended.

We just had a stay for a night. I place was nice and had all the amenities that was mentioned. Every room has an AC, Fan and TV. The house was clean and beautiful. The host and staffs are very helpful. I had left a valuable item and rememberd after boring my flight but the manager of the property managed to courier it to me. This place is highly recommend.

Our stay at this bnb has been one of the most comforting and relaxing compared to others. We felt at home. The apartment matches the description very well. This stay was exactly what we were looking for. While it is a drive into the heart of Pune, if you’re staying on the grounds it has all you need. The bedrooms are spacious with nice bathrooms. The living and kitchen area are open with tons of light. Kishan and the team were extremely accommodating and flexible with the needs of me and my family. I would absolutely stay here again. I have booked this appartment for 6 nights thru Air BNB and I must say that this has been the best amomgst all. Well the check in procedure was very pretty simple & hassle free as Ms Nirupama madam has already made the appartment ready before time. The Host Ms Nirupama is very gentle lady and she is very helpful in any manner. The appartment was lovely and it is as shown in the pictures. The view from the master bedroom was fabolous and to have a cup of tea watching the players playing golf was the cherry on the cake. The balcony area was also great to have sit out and feel the fresh air in morning time. All the big restaurants are nearby of 3 kms and giving home delivery upto the appartment. We really enjoyed staying at Ms Nirupama's house and will definately come again. I will request all to book this property whenever you are staying in Noida nearby Surajpur. This is very friendly appartment and also very nearby. I would give 10/10 rating and recommend to book this place. Thank You.

This homestay was very nice and actually felt like home. it was clean, refreshing and very nice . The locality is also very good

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

Everything was just so perfect and beautiful. Ranjan Bhaiya is such a nice host.Staying there felt like home. We even forgot to return the keys and he simply came more than half the way to collect the keys.He is such a gentleman and the stay is worthy of 5 star rating.

It was a great stay at Harsh's place. The property was clean and easy to find. We had complete privacy. It overlooks a park and there was ample parking. Overall a great find!

I fall short of words to express how wonderfully Alex and the entire team look after us whenever we visit. The service, the cleanliness, the villas and also the food; if not less, it’s a luxurious experience. Marking hospitality a notch above the rest. Can’t wait to come back!

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

Simple and a clean home amidst the lovely neighborhood. Very close to the main road and all amenities. Sunny sir was kind enough to have provided all the necessary kitchen essentials along with Maggi packets, tea, coffee etc which is greatly appreciated. My 4 year old nephew loved the kids play toys and books. Check in and check out was very smooth. Would highly recommend this place.
