This was our second time staying here. The flat is part of a hotel “Grand Residency” and so you don’t always get the same flat, although they’re all identical. We love the location (right in the heart of Bandra) and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly and polite. The bed linen is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The apartments is clean but I do think the rooms could use a refresh/deep clean, especially the bathroom and the sofa upholstery. All in all, this is our go-to place every time we visit family in Mumbai and Aaquib is very responsive.

We stayed at Gurpreet's place for two nights. It is as described in the listing. We had reached earlier and they accomodated an early check in. The process is smooth. The house is close to the main Candolim area but around it there are a few options, everything is about a km away. Since we were driving this was not an issue. At check in there were two minor issues - 1. the water filter was not working and this was highlighted by Jay P himself. Enough bottled water was supplied for the stay. 2. One of the sheets had some minor stains and Jay P changed it immediately. There were enough clean towels and some basic toiletries. Both Gurpreet and Jay P are very responsive and helpful. Rooms are nice and all appliances and wifi work well. Only suggestion for improvement would be a bit thicker mattress in the main bedroom.

Had a wonderful experience right from the word go...The host is very cooperative and genuine as she was very flexible with our checking timings. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. We would love to be again there !!!!

I booked Clinton's Apartment for my guests to stay for a family function in Mangalore. Got Very good feedback from my Friends had stayed there. Since I was busy with the Function, all the arrangements Clinton Himself arranged and Also as per request, even helped in early check in. Would Suggest this Place for my future Bookings to friends and Family

Good Place To Stay Rooms are very big and one can play wrestling too!!! That big Good recommended to stay Delhi in December being cold hence it was cold no need of AC Jagmohan was very helpful in everything- big up to Jagmohan. To Owner!!! You have very kind and supportive guy in Jagmohan Everyday cleaning was done Clean kitchen Since we were with 2 kids hence clothes needed to be washed - so there was no issue at all as Washing machine and drier was there for our convenience Thank you team for support. Will for sure stay in future in case when we visit Delhi.

It’s a nice play to stay with family. We are of two family the service apartment we got has one living room and 3 bed rooms. Which is clean and neat. They have their own gas stove, Owen, fridge cooking utensils and cups. All were clean they allowed us to cook on our own. The Golden retriever and the Koi fish were the highlight. The 2 year old golden retriever stole the show, nice friendly dog kids enjoyed playing with it.

Schon der Informationsaustausch vorab war perfekt. Jedes Detail treffend beschrieben, excellent kurzfristige Kommunikation innerhalb von Minuten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und geräumig, großer Külschrank und große Dusche. Schönes Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Tisch zum Arbeiten. Seht gutes/schnelles WLAN. Ausreichend Steckdosen sowie ein neuer Lift vorhanden. Es gab sowohl eine sehr gute Klimaanlage aber auch gleichzeitig Ventilatorer, sehr gutes System. Bett groß und excellent zum Schlafen. Ausreichend Kästen auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Personal war fantastisch, immer freundlich, haben Einkäufe sofort abgenommen und zur Wohnung gebracht. Der Property Supervisor war Herr Abhijit Das, immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, sehr sauber. 24h Service Desk. Essen ebenfalls verfügbar. Es war ein genialer Aufenthalt und ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.

The stay was wonderful, the staff at the property is extremely hospitable and courteous. The host Ranveer was surprisingly quick with all responses and was very accommodating and flexible! Will definitely stay again :)

This was a great space to stay in. The place is spacious and has a lot of natural light coming in. Most of the amenities are provided and the everything was clean and in great condition. The place is also in a quiet area and is close to airport. Will be coming back here!

Perfect apartment. Spotlessly clean, pleasant, modern, spacious, comfortable. Complete privacy and independence. Looks like the photos and better. The only downside is the price, but at least you get a perfect reward for your money.

Great place to relax and unwind as it is located in a quiet peaceful place with no noise pollution. The rooms are clean and well maintained which was very important for us. Located perfectly near the city center and has close proximity to the airport as well. Swiggy and zomato offer ample amount of options to order from as well. So, if you are visiting Trivandrum, do give this place a go. Thanks.

It’s truly a home away from home! The self-check-in process was seamless, and the place was incredibly peaceful with no disturbances. Perfect for a private and relaxing stay. I’ll definitely return in the future!
