Had an amazing trip, very friendly and welcoming host! The cabin was incredibly clean! The view is absolutely stunning with morning coffee!

Beautiful place for the weekend. quiet and had everything we needed. Looking forward to going there again. Highly recommend for 4 people.. Host was great to deal with. Wonderful weekend and the weather was a plus.

Stayed for a Fall long weekend and it was just beautiful! I missed a lot of the leaves turning but it was still beautiful with warm and clear nights full of stargazing! Michele’s place is a favorite on my list and this trip didn’t change that. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The woodstove was a bonus and created such a nice and cozy feel to the cabin. Can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful cottage on the ocean with the most stunning views. The cottage was very clean and our hosts were super responsive to questions we had about the area, recommendations etc. Would certainly visit again !

We had a lovely stay at Ridge Haven Cottage. Ocean views from the cottage windows and beautiful property to walk on. Just down the road in the cove there were harbour seals playing and sunning themselves on the wharves. We had a restful visit and will come back soon.

We had a lovely time at Paula’s remote high end cottage. Everything we could have wanted was available. The bedding and linens were fresh and welcoming. The home was pristine. The view was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your space with us. We will have many great memories of our trip to Newfoundland.

We stayed at Mandi’s during beginning of Closed for Season. So very quiet. Suited us. There is a hill up to the house. Out the back walked to a beautiful sunset. Front deck greeted us with an amazing sunrise. Kitchen is very well equipped. Accommodation is compact however well set up. Wonderful area for hikes. Only had the one night but would definitely stay with Mandi again. Comfortably recommend this Air BNB.

The place was like home away from home. It felt cozy and welcoming the minute you walked in the door. Very clean and comfortable. Host and husband were some of the nicest people I have meet. Would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

Beautiful location ….The views from the windows at this location are equal to the views at The Fogo Island Inn stunning !!! Janet had excellent communication with us and responded swiftly with any requests we asked from her . We stayed here from Nov 1st-3rd/24 and had an awesome time!! The place was absolutely beautiful, clean and well maintained!! Would highly recommend staying here!! Our only complaint was that…we arrived late in the evening and it was extremely miserable with heavy rain and our GPS kept taking us to the wrong location!! So after about a dozen different attempts we contacted Sheree and she stayed on the phone with us until we found it!! She was awesome!!

The house was very clean. We had a backyard view of the ocean. A peaceful, quiet area. We had one question for Sheila and she responded quickly with accurate information.

The best place you can get in the area. Amazing location, cottage and people. Will be back !

Great stay! Only had an overnight for a hockey tournament but the fireplace kept us nice and cozy in between the games! Would stay again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cottage on Thorburn Lake, just a short drive from Clarenville, and it was nothing short of spectacular! After a fun-filled day of skiing, we arrived at this gem of a spot, and it was the perfect retreat for relaxation and quality family time. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The cottage was impeccably equipped with everything we could possibly need. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, made meal prep and cleanup a breeze. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver for our snow-covered gear, and the great shower was a welcome luxury after a day on the slopes. I was particularly impressed by the abundance of condiments and essentials thoughtfully provided—perfect for those little things you might forget! But the absolute highlight for me was the fireplace. Nothing beats the cozy warmth and ambiance of a crackling fire, and this place had it all! They provided plenty of wood, that I used. I will be back.
