Erin’s place was absolutely perfect for a small getaway! We’ve never been to Cocoa Beach before but we have heard great things and wanted to check it out. We absolutely loved Erin’s place. Super close to beach access and a quick 5-6 minute drive to all the restaurants and downtown. Also very close to other activities that we chose like the bioluminescence kayaking tour and the Kennedy Space Center. Erin was a phenomenal host and we absolutely recommend her place to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay!

Rob is a fantastic host! I would go back in a heartbeat! The ocean is just a block away to the east and a few blocks from the action west. I hope Rob will take us up on our offer to visit Hawaii 🙏 😀

What a gem!! The pictures don't do the place justice! It was even better than anticipated and the view was great! So many big windows to take in the views! Right on the ocean! Beautiful big covered deck to hang out on and watch the storms. I only wish we could've stayed longer. It was super clean, had everything we needed and I'm sure Kris would've helped us had we had any needs. It seemed like there could be other rental units on the property but it felt very homey, private, and very peaceful. I loved the uniquely landscaped areas and beautiful flowers. If I was brave enough I would've inquired about the surfboard things I saw there. Maybe a Minnesota girl could've learned to surf?? Definitely recommended Kris' place and will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

Had an amazing time spending my bachelorette weekend here! The house is on a back road off the main strip and easily accessible for walking to the beach (about 2 blocks) or some local restaurants. The rest were a short drive away. The house was clean and provided extra toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. There was also a coffee station with Kcup pods stocked. The outdoor shower was cute and perfect for rinsing off after the beach which they also provided chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella for. Francis was quick to respond, has great local recommendations and was accommodating for anything we needed!

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

It is very evident how much love and care the host puts into his home. The courtyard is absolutely lovely and so is the unit itself. I particularly enjoyed the decor, how thoughtful everything was laid out, and how comfortable the beds were. This Airbnb was one of my most favorite. As for the host, Alain was very pleasant and personable, as well as generous.

The home was beautiful and located in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. We had complete privacy with no problems or interruptions. My family had a wonderful stay and the home provided everything that we needed. The heated pool was an absolute must and 100% met all of our needs! We will be staying again on our next trip!

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

Really enjoyed our stay in Rebecca’s home - very quiet area of neighborhood. Home was spacious with 2 living areas. Kitchen was well stocked with starter items which was very much appreciated. The backyard was so well planned with the pool surrounded by lush shrubbery, trees and wooden fence which provided total privacy. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return again in the future. On our return visit to this home it again met all our expectations. There were even updates such as outside painting & stone walkways. All the supplies we needed plus extra such as paper products ,soap,bottled water were on hand. We were very comfortable & felt at home.

The stay was for several people in the family for a funeral so sadly not exactly a fun trip. The house was as described and met our needs. We did have a smoke detector have a low battery alert start the first night, but we were able to pull it down and remove the battery. Unfortunately none of us brought any paper to write a note to explain why we had it and the battery on the counter when we left. Thankfully it happened while we were all still awake. Nothing you can really do in advance to prevent something like that; it just happens when it happens. The house was easy to find and the instructions on getting in and locking the door were perfect. This was our first stay at an airbnb and the experience was good overall.

The place was extremely clean and comfortable. As a person who travels a lot it is always nice to have someplace comfortable to rest even if it’s only for 1 night. The neighborhood seemed great and safe- overall very pleasant stay.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Great experience, very clean, wonderful host. The location wasn’t as private as I thought it was, the unit is part of a 4 unit building and the backyard is a common space for everyone. If you are looking for somewhere more private, seek elsewhere. Location was amazing directly on the beach though. I would stay here again! It would be helpful if the parking lot had designated parking spots.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Condo was exactly as pictured. Easy to find, clear check in instructions, easy to check out. Area was quiet, view was beautiful and easy access to beach. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms spotless and many items provided. Fully stocked kitchen and supplies for laundry. Several streaming options already set up on TV. Jeanne worked with us to adjust our arrival just prior to our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Sarah was very nice. Easy directions to follow. Good place with great parking. I recommend this spot if you’re wanting to explore downtown cocoa beach!

Amazing location just steps from the beach with a million dollar view from the balcony and throughout the apartment. Next door and within 1-2 blocks are several tiki bars, restaurants, and an ice cream shop. View from the balcony is unreal, can hear the waves crashing against the beach and wake up with the sunrise. The beach was very family friendly and swimable with lifeguard available nearby. Balcony/beach also offer perfect viewing of rocket launches and cruise ships coming to port The set up cannot be beat with beach equipment (chairs, wagon, towels, toys, etc) available to use. In unit laundry was perfect and valuable complete with laundry detergent and other cleaning supplies to use throughout the stay. Parking was easy and stress free and the locked building access was secure. The apartment is nice and plenty big for our family with 3 young children, the master closet works as a great nursery with the available pack n play. Highly recommend and hope to visit again!
