Scott's condo is amazing. Perfect location for a relaxed getaway while being only a short 10-minute drive to bars/restaurants. Location on the marina is awesome. The beach is literally a 60 second drive from the condo. It takes roughly 3 minutes from the time you lock the front door to the condo to feel the sand on your feet. Very convenient. Unit itself was very clean and well stocked. We wanted for nothing. When in Vero Beach I will book this condo again. Almost forgot about the pool. The pool area is clean and has many chairs/loungers. The beach chairs supplied by Scott were very comfortable. Do yourself a favor and book this condo.

Our new favorite spot in Florida! Will definitely be coming back and telling friends about it :) Everything was so clean! The sheets, the kitchen… it was very comfortable. We cooked dinner every night and the kitchen had everything we needed, appliances and cookware. The backyard was private and beautiful, perfect for having breakfast. Lots of plants and there is a fire-pit with wood :) The short walk to the beach was my favorite, you go through this street filled with fruits trees, tons of orchids and the sounds of nature… just like a forest in Costa Rica haha There are some good local restaurants and the recommendations from the host in the folder at the house were 10/10 Rick and Tammy were super friendly, welcoming and their cozy place is a hidden gem for a vacation in FL Also, super dog friendly beach and house, the private yard is enclosed so the dogs can explore freely! Last, the sunrise by the beach is remarkable 🌞

We had the nicest time. It was very light back and peaceful there. We had everything we could ever need and more on hand.Alpha, our hostess was always there when we needed her. but gave us privacy as well. She went above and beyond the call when I needed her help on a particular matter. We also loved the birds and how close it was to relaxing downtown sebastian. There's even a petting zoo a few minutes away. Would love to come back one day.

My stay at Erika’s was wonderful! I was traveling alone . I met Erika and her husband the first day I was there. They are such a kind couple and have made their home into a beautiful place to stay when in Vero Beach . The place is part of their home , like a mother n law suite. Was the cleanest place I have ever stayed . Was so peaceful! If I needed anything or had questions Erika responded immediately. Even enjoyed fresh eggs from her chickens. Hope to stay with her again in the near future! Thank you Erika for making me feel so welcome .

Cynthia and Cody were very nice and down to earth. Their home is on a private road with no thru-traffic. At the end of the road is the prettiest beach path. It felt so tropical! The beach is wide. Great for walking. Very private. The space is very clean! A bit smaller and less private than I thought it would be. Sustainable and organic products were provided in the kitchen and bath. Fresh squeezed orange juice and freshly cut azaleas were also a nice touch. It’s likely that most people eat out, but I enjoy cooking, so we ate in and had more beach time. The kitchen has Revereware pots and pans and all items needed for cooking, but the only spices were sugar and S&P packets. It’s all I needed, but if you’re planning to cook, you might need more. The appliances work, but they are “vintage.” The air conditioner is quite loud and made sleeping difficult. So we ran it during the day and shut it off at night. Overall, we had a lovely weekend. The "penthouse" (2nd floor) was outstanding in every way: convenient location; very private with a great view of the inland waterway and all types of water traffic (including the occasional dolphin); an expansive deck with all sorts of comfortable furniture; extremely welcoming interior with tasteful furniture and atmospheric art; a unique elevator; and the owners' antique store and fine arts gallery on the first floor just to provide an escape from the noontime heat. All-in-all, the whole nine yards in terms of physical surroundings. Add to that wonderfully hospitable host who respected our privacy but also became friends during the course of our two weeks. Thank you Patty and Ron!

We loved our stay at this house! It was so nice and roomy. The pool was SPECTACULAR. The pictures of the home don’t even do it justice. Eddie was quick to message us back and help us with all of our questions and needs. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our family.

We received value for our rent. The place was convenient to shopping and not far from either the beach or the highway. It was in a quiet neighborhood that we appreciated.

The house is situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, close drive to plenty of plenty of restaurants and the beach. The house is very well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen. The two double bedrooms are a generous size with great beds, the third room had really big bunk beds. There was plenty of clean linen and towels. The outdoor space has a really nice pool and great BBQ, sun loungers and chairs. Sam is a great host, he replied to questions very quickly and was really helpful, his instructions were also very detailed which really helped get settled in, I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam as a host or the property, we would certainly like to return in the future.

Jasmine was great from start to finish. Her place is cozy and had everything we needed. She even provided some snacks and drinks which was truly appreciated!

This was our second stay here in as many months. We absolutely love it. Julia is always responsive. The house is clean and neat and it is easy to get to places from there. I highly recommend Julia and her house. It feels like home away from home.

Highly recommend! This was a return visit, and we enjoyed our time there every bit as much as the last time. Andrea's house is that sort of place you take pictures of so you can duplicate it when you return home. Lovely furnishings and a great big kitchen overlooking a gathering area. Nice big dining table to have friends and family over. It is spotless inside and out, with super comfortable and beautiful furnishings. Including outdoor furniture and beautiful heated pool. Also, to note, the house is a split, so traveling with family & friends lends privacy since the master is on one side of the house, and the other 2 bedrooms are in a area with its own bathroom and sitting/tv room. Neighbors are friendly, too!

This home has a great location. We loved the floor plan of the home. The kitchen was indeed well-stocked with all the cookware you need to cook a nice meal. We only used the living room TV - it had excellent sound & pic. The back pool seating area was very comfortable. We did not get in the pool or spa, but they appeared to be well-maintained. Our host, Blake, was quick to answer any questions we had. We would stay here again!

Eddie’s place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation this year! His place is beautiful, peaceful, and very functional! We had everything we needed and more!Thank you so much!! We will definitely be back!

Dino and Kathy were a pleasure to work with. Everything was as expected, based on the description. We loved the Sea Oaks community. So many welcoming folks! Great tennis facilities and things to do.

Second year we have stayed at the Moorings when visiting Vero Beach, the location is great. We enjoy the pool, the beach, and the many wonderful restaurants. Breakfast on the patio is a great start to any day!

This is a great Harborview, Harborside location, and the apartment is comfortable. He needs a better coffee maker with auto shut off. Otherwise the inexpensive machine heate /runs all day and tends to leak ground making a mess. This is a minor annoyance, and then otherwise excellent rental, and can easily be fixed.

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

Leider konnten wir infolge Reiseunfähigkeit meiner Frau nicht dorthin reisen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war aber ausgezeichnet. Wir hoffen, zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt die Reise nachholen zu können. In diesem Fall würden wir sicher wieder diese Unterkunft wählen!

We had an excellent stay in Vero beach for Thanksgiving. We have been going to Vero for 30 years now and never disappointed. It was awesome to finally find a simple and homey place to stay in the village. The beach was a 2 min walk, as well as having access to all the local shops and restaurants. We only used the car when we had to go over the bridge for errands or things during our stay (which was rare). Otherwise everything was right where we needed it. The place was quiet, clean, simple, and very modern- you could tell it was recently renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to make all our meals. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom too! We would 100% stay again our next trip.
