The guest house is exactly as advertised, very comfortable and while its not walking distance to the beach, there is a beautiful gated neighborhood to walk in. It's an easy 5 minute drive to at least 3 different beaches. The area is very private and comfortably upscale with beautiful sunrises over the Indian River . Helen's home is classic and beautiful. The guest house is 3 large rooms just perfect for 2, amply equipped with everything one needs for an extended stay. Helen as host, is just a lovely person and helpful at every turn. She recommended restaurants and things to do as well as providing great conversation and company a number of times during our stay. We had a very nice stay that was made better by Helen and all the preparation she and Charles put into the residence. I am sure we will be back next year to enjoy the comforts of home again. We had a great time!

The place was great! We enjoy the comfort of the condo, views and walking to the beach. The description was just like the place in person. It had everything we needed to a great trip! Would stay again!

We had an excellent stay in Vero beach for Thanksgiving. We have been going to Vero for 30 years now and never disappointed. It was awesome to finally find a simple and homey place to stay in the village. The beach was a 2 min walk, as well as having access to all the local shops and restaurants. We only used the car when we had to go over the bridge for errands or things during our stay (which was rare). Otherwise everything was right where we needed it. The place was quiet, clean, simple, and very modern- you could tell it was recently renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to make all our meals. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom too! We would 100% stay again our next trip.

The condo was perfectly situated and very comfortable. The resort has wonderful facilities and is very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

The room was in a great location and very nice. Amy did a great job communicating throughout our trip and was very accommodating. I would recommend staying with Amy and will in the future!

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

Dino and Kathy were a pleasure to work with. Everything was as expected, based on the description. We loved the Sea Oaks community. So many welcoming folks! Great tennis facilities and things to do.

Our stay was a small family reunion . My daughter, and her 3 sons, my grandson’s. My niece and nephew who were local and visited often with their spouses and children. The quality and comfort of the beds , the bedding and towels was superior. Everyone swam all day , everyday. We hosted meals for friends and our local families. There is so much room outside and an incredible amount of tables and seating , with sun and shade options. We walked to the beach everyday to watch the sunrise and swim in the ocean . In the evening we walked around town and had ice cream at Kilwins. The boys played lots of basketball and my daughter and I rode your bikes. Our last morning we walked to the beach and saw a 4:15 am Space Ex rocket launch before leaving for the airport at 4:45. I apologize if anything was left undone . We tried very hard to leave it as you instructed . The house was so spacious and perfect for our family. Thank you very much.

Great location, walkable to the beach and the amenities at the home made for a very comfortable stay. We really appreciated the amount of resources for guest use such as yoga mats, bikes, beach wagon, beach towels, and toys. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect location and very nice residence with everything we could possibly need. Martin was excellent with all communication and very responsive. Would highly recommend this house!!!

This was by far, one of our favorite houses we have stayed at. Not only was the house exactly as listed, it was super clean and beautifully decorated. They had every essential you could think of. The AMAZING pool and the grill was the biggest hit for our family vacation! Let’s not forget how close this house is to the ocean, only steps away! We would take turns going to the beach and then going in the pool multiple times a day. They are VERY kid friendly, they had all the sand toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella to play with at the beach and our boys loved the game room in the garage! Not only was this the BEST location and I’m not kidding about that- the hosts were more than accommodating and always responded right away. They really care about their guests- we even had snacks, sunscreen and a personalized message as we walked in the door. This place is worth every penny! We made great memories here and we will 100% be back!

I think my family found our new favorite spot! House was amazing! Private and easy beach access. House was very unique and we loved everything about it!

Cynthia and Cody were very nice and down to earth. Their home is on a private road with no thru-traffic. At the end of the road is the prettiest beach path. It felt so tropical! The beach is wide. Great for walking. Very private. The space is very clean! A bit smaller and less private than I thought it would be. Sustainable and organic products were provided in the kitchen and bath. Fresh squeezed orange juice and freshly cut azaleas were also a nice touch. It’s likely that most people eat out, but I enjoy cooking, so we ate in and had more beach time. The kitchen has Revereware pots and pans and all items needed for cooking, but the only spices were sugar and S&P packets. It’s all I needed, but if you’re planning to cook, you might need more. The appliances work, but they are “vintage.” The air conditioner is quite loud and made sleeping difficult. So we ran it during the day and shut it off at night. Overall, we had a lovely weekend.
