Diane’s place was exactly as described. My daughter and I had an amazing time for Spring Break. Her home felt very comfortable and had all the amenities you could think of. Plenty of kitchenware to make meals at home. Diane thought of everything for a rental. She had beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas to utilize and was very convenient. She has 2 different outside seating areas. Her rental is located within walking distance of the beach along with restaurants and gas stations. What I truly appreciated was the laundry soap/dryer sheets that were provided. It was an added bonus doing all of our laundry soap we didn’t have to do it when we returned home after vacationing. Diane’s home decor was beautifully done and very clean. I myself am working on my own rental and her place was a perfect example of what I want my rental to look, feel, and to be very accommodating to needs. I will definitely be looking to return here again. Thank Diane for providing an exceptional rental.

My stay at Gwen's was a wonderful experience. She let me know the place was available for an earlier check-in and quickly responded to all of my questions.Her place was very cozy and I felt right at home! The location was walkable to downtown St Petersburg wirh a couple of quaint coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Marilyn’s place was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! She was very nice and extremely helpful. The check-in was super easy and very well detailed. Everything looked exactly as pictured and it was super clean. She is very considerate of her guests and even had beach supplies for us to use if we wished along with a kitchen full of cookware and utensils.

Antoni’s place was truly the greatest! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Clearwater!

apartment was near everything. 10 minutes to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. close to grocery stores. easy ride from the airport. and most importantly close to baycare park for phillies spring training.

Erin was an incredible host! The location and space was so beautiful and absolutely perfect! So specious, clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities. I got married over the weekend in Dunedin and Erin’s place couldn’t be more perfect! Better than described! My now husband and I were extremely happy. Everything is walkable. The location couldn’t be more perfect! Highly recommend

We truly enjoyed our stay, our family get together was so much fun at this house. We used all the toys in the backyard during the day and then played into the night in the game room and media room. The patio was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out, cook on the grill and eat. We even used the fire pit to do s’mores one night and the weather was perfection. This home had plenty of towels for the pool and the inside bathrooms. Honestly even our Doodle was having the time of her life outside making friends with squirrels. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group of 8 to 10 people no problem with space at all. The rooms and beds are all very comfortable. The neighbors have a cute rooster that we could barely hear but when I did hear it, I loved it 🥰. We spent one day at Indian Rock Beach, small but beautiful sunsets. We also went to John’s pass and Pass a Grille beach both were fun to bar hop and snack and on appetizers.

Great place and location. Lots of possibilities for day trips and some great running opportunities around the area. Great beach options very close by!

The location was perfect, close to the beach and varies restaurants. The place was squeaky clean and it had a refreshing feel to it. Andrea was a great host who communicated before, during, and after our stay. I definitely will stay here again when in the area.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

We had a wonderful visit to the Tampa area. The home was as described. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, nice to come back to after a day in the city or on the beach.

This is a great spot in Dunedin. It's right off the Pinellas Trail and a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the marina area. The home is comfortable and well stocked, and Lori is a great communicator. We really enjoyed our stay.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Eric was extremely responsive and really went out of his way to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The property is as described and did a great job at meeting our needs for our staying in treasure Island. The unit was all started in the washer and dryer was huge as it allowed us to pack lighter. It’s a quick walk across the street to the beach. And having access to the pool was a nice place when we wanted to do something a little faster.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay here! Right on the beach. Very relaxing getaway. We watched the sunset right from our little patio area. Kelley is great to communicate with. Very responsive. Check in/out was super easy. Can’t wait to visit again.🩷

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!
