From booking until check out, Alison was amazing. Very personable, responsive and friendly. The location and home are fantastic. All the amenities were provided and in great condition. We felt at home and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

Great house and great back yard. House had everything you would possible need, so well stocked. Back yard got the sun all day and was so private and peaceful. The grapefruit tree was a real treat. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would happily stay again.

Staying at Casa Cosmos was such a wonderful and unique experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The attention to detail in every corner of the house is incredible—it’s clear a lot of love and care went into creating this space. The welcome gift and the handwritten note were such a sweet and personal touch—it really made us feel so warmly welcomed. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged, and the information provided made it super easy to settle in and run the house smoothly. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing during the day—and we had so much fun with all the games available. The mattresses were also incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well! Casa Cosmos is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and charm.

Very conveniently located. 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. 5 minute walk to Demuth park with pickleball courts and dog park. The host was very responsive and provided everything necessary for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The yard was nice and clean. I really appreciate that the house is dog friendly and so close to the park for dog walking. Also great was the option to heat pool and/or spa separately. We used the spa. The pool was nice but we didn’t opt to heat it as it was a little too cool outside for most of our stay. The house is convenient to the airport but that comes with hearing the planes throughout the day (but not too bad - and not at night). Great wifi. Comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

Could not have asked for a more perfect stay - I could write a novel on how much we loved it here. Kate's house is, quite literally, our dream house. When we buy a bigger place, I think I'll be asking for the blueprint. The barn/farmhouse style has beautiful wood accents but lots of windows that let in tons of light - this is huge for us, as our place at home has very limited natural light. Anyway, can't say enough about this place, I hope we get to come back every year. If you're looking for somewhere to relax by the pool, explore Joshua Tree, check out the local saloon - it's just perfect. Don't hesitate - just book it!!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and the backyard is wonderful with a nice clean pool and hot tub, grill, putting green, and deck chairs with umbrellas. Great relaxing place! In and out of the neighborhood was easy with their directions, and when we did have questions they were very quickly resolved. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

We loved our stay in La Quinta at Casa del Julian. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house is comfortable. Bedrooms are very spacious. Appliances are in pristine condition. The housekeeping is impeccable. We would have like a few more lamps 😉 We appreciated that our host, Nadia, is friendly and extremely organized. She sent detailed directions ahead of time on how to use the hot tub as well as house rules. We will stay here again.

Our family had a great spring break at David’s place. He was so responsive to any questions we had. The home was clean and had lots of space for us. The swimming pool was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

We chose this house for a small family vacation. We all enjoyed the beautiful views, the hot tub, and the beautiful views for miles. We would book this home again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Todd’s place. Very friendly and responsive. Lots of small special attentions for guests like bathroom amenities, kitchen supplies/food condiments and coffee, first aid kit, umbrellas…just to name a few. Private back yard in a quiet neighborhood. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

Super stylish, very Palm Springs mid century modern! loved the interior design and the landscaped garden and pool. the Cabana was very cool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment we would make is that the house is under the airport flight path and is noisy during the day. Even with that observation, we look forward to staying here again.

Thanks again for the great stay. The ammeniyies were perfect for us, especially its proximity to Joshua Tree NP and local attractions. It was a cute place! I definitely recommend it.

Our stay was beyond amazing, the pictures don't do it justice so hopefully these words will help. First everything is exactly as described by the host and other reviewers. It's not that far from town but far enough where you feel serene. The home has an open floor plan with a lot of light. It's perfect for entertaining with a large group. There were 6 of us women and we had plenty of sleeping options, one of which was a detached casita with a bathroom. Super comfy couch and a dining room table that sat all of us. On Friday night there was a power outage for a few hours that was of no fault of the host's and he was super proactive and communivative, beyond what you could expect in such a situation so we didn't feel put out at all. He even had lanterns delivered! There is a deck for stargazing that can double as a spot for morning coffee. The saltwater pool perheated to 85 was perfect for 70 degree weather. We can't wait to stay here again. 5 stars!

We love the place. It is perfect for our needs/budget/timetable. Suzette was an excellent host...very accommodating of our requests. She dealt with our questions right away. The house is very well kept and has the accoutrements we enjoy. We enjoy the pool and reading along with hiking and the restaurants, however also enjoyed preparing our own meals using the kitchen and the outside gas grill. In a word, excellent!

Our siblings & spouses vacation here was voted one of the best ever because of the beautiful inner courtyard, with barefoot-friendly lawn, pool and spa. I didn’t want to leave the property. Other than one odd bathroom layout we had no complaints about the rooms, beds, linens, or kitchen equipment. Host was helpful and quick to respond to requests. We’ll be back.

This is a great house. The location is convenient…walking distance to coffee, ice cream, etc. The house is very cozy and clean. The best part of the house is the backyard, specifically the pool and Mountain View. The hosts were responsive. The property manager was very nice and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

This is our second time staying here and we love the sun room, pool and giant back yard. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. You can’t beat the location. So close to everything and fun to walk around and see all the beautiful houses, gates and colorful doors.

This is a fantastic Airbnb. The home has character and outstanding views of the surrounding desert and mountains. There are many locations on the property to take in the views. One of the things I enjoyed most about the home was it felt lived in and loved, comforting and inviting. The hot tub was super clean and my husband enjoyed using the pool as a cold plunge. Everything was clean and well-stocked; definitely a "guest-favorite" Airbnb.

I was here for the tennis at Indian Wells. Great location for that. The house was comfortable and really homely. Had everything that you would need. Didn’t use the pool or spa as weather was a bit cool. Bed very comfortable and shower was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve been doing Airbnb rentals for quite some time, and our priorities are really down to (1) comfortable beds, (2) convenient location, (3) functioning climate control, and (4) accurate listing details. Gahl’s place had all in spades. It’s exactly like (better than?) the photos and description show. The heated pool is legitimately heated. The beds are comfortable. The A/C is great. And the location is perfect whether you’re looking to walk downtown in PS, get out to Joshua Tree, or hike locally in the canyons and hills near town. We come to Palm Springs every year, and this was easily a better deal during peak season than any hotel or inn we’ve stayed at previously. We hope Gahl’s place is still for rent and available in future years.

This was a great vacation spot with a great backyard. The instructions were clear and complete and the home was clean. The pool was heated per our request and access was easy. We had a great stay and we may very well stay here again!

Great place to stay! Privacy from others if wanted but big enough to have everyone over for dinners. It was great. Igor was fast with responding and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back with family again.

We’ve stayed at a few other houses in Palm Springs through AIRBNB and this was by far our favorite. It was exactly as described: great layout, super clean, full of amenities, lovely pool and hot tub, and came complete with responsive and helpful hosts. We’ve had pretty mixed experiences before this house, including hosts who “forgot” to mention their house was under the flight path of the airport, broken jacuzzis, and even hot water issues… but this experience was all positive. We hope to return!
