Very impressed with Amanda’s place! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment overall was very spacious. The kitchen had everything I needed and I loved the coffee area. The location is convenient and also quiet, which I appreciated. I’ll definitely save this one for my return visits.

Stayed at Darcie’s place while visiting relatives in Indiana PA over Christmas. Fit the bill for us. Walkable to most of the university. Very clean.

Honestly, this was the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. Soothing, comfortable space, great bed, all the amenities I needed and a quick walk to campus. Will be staying here again as often as I can.

It was easy to find and the place was clean. It looked just as listed. It took a little while to warm up but she explained that on the thermostat note. After a while it got pretty warm. Very clean place and there were plenty of things such as snacks, coffee tea. We were here from Pittsburgh to tour IUP for my son. Very close to everything from the university to many restaurants. We tried Funky Brunch and went to pet the cats at Dexters Cat Cafe. Loved the experience. I’d rent this place again especially if my son decides to attend IUP.

This was a lovely, private apartment. Clean and convenient to everything. If you're thinking of staying in Indiana, it is worth it to pay a little extra and stay here. Great little kitchen, lots of natural light, plenty of space, quiet. I loved looking at the books and crystals. There is a cozy sitting area adjacent to the dining room for reading and the living room was very comfortable when my daughter and her boyfriend came for dinner. I would definitely stay here again. My family had a great stay. The power went out in the area for a few hours and Brian was very proactive in updating me on when it would be restored which was very much appreciated. I’d recommend his place to anyone looking for an air bnb in the area. Perfect for singles, couples, or small families alike. And the gallery downstairs is a must-see, so pretty. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Brian was kind and accommodating. The space was just right for our needs. The art gallery and espresso bar was lovely as well.

I loved this cozy and quiet location just off IUP campus. It's in walking distance to campus and downtown. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I really appreciated the pitcher of filtered water and the coffee.
