the home was comfortable and clean. the hot water definitely has a sulfur smell. I have well water at my home and it doesn't smell. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay.

Nice quite place. Went to a convention in Downtown Indy and was only a 10 minute drive back. Perfect for a place to lay your head. Better than anywhere else ive stayed for the price!

While I didn’t love the stairs but let’s be honest who likes stairs this was one of the cleanest most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed the host was absolutely amazing and accommodated for my kiddo and my service animals what an amazing and charming place I would Definitely stay here again and recommend to my family or friends definitely a cozy getaway I look forward to visiting again

Place was fantastic and super comfortable. Super responsive, usually within moments of asking any questions I got a response. Great layout, easy to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend and will assuredly stay again when in the area.

This is a spot I’d definitely book again in the future. It’s in a great downtown Jeffersonville location, close to restaurants and shopping. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was nice and provided a nice escape from the 7 degree January weather!

The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Anything I needed was addressed promptly and efficiently. Since I'm not from the area, they selected a property that perfectly suited the size of my large group. Traveling with a big group can be challenging, but these hosts made everything run smoothly and ensured our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend working with this company – they were fantastic!"

Staying here was GREAT! Favorite part was having all the labels for light switches and outlets. We have never seen this before and it was so helpful to know which switch was for the light or fan. So helpful!!!!

The place was spacious and clean. It totally exceeded our expectations and allowed us some rest on our coast to coast road trip. Suzy greeted us and was the friendly and accommodating!. The Kosmos recommendation is definitely worth trying out if you’re looking for food, seems to be a local favorite!

We came to Indy for the NFL Combine and this place was perfect. Plenty of space for three individuals and could be for three couples as well. The master bath and kitchen are both fantastic. Very close to Lucas Oil and downtown!

This home is SPECTACULAR! If your looking for a more private place for a larger group or family, this is it! We had PLENTY of space to spread out and the surroundings are beautiful! The large bathrooms were clean and in good working order. The bedrooms were beyond spacious and OMG the basement was fabulous! Our group enjoyed the pool table and making a few drinks at the bar. The basement is also MUCH larger than the pictures illustrate. The weather was on the cooler side so we didn't sit out on the deck but did step out to enjoy the pond view for a bit. It had plenty of seating. I really can't think of one major flaw. It is a home that is a little older, but it just added to the charm. If I had to mention anything it would be that the sound between floors traveled easy. When we were on the 3rd floor we could hear every conversation between rooms. Definitely not a deal breaker, and at moments proved to be quite funny. The two king beds downstairs are a bit firm. A+ rating
