Great stay! Very well stocked with everything you could need from coffee and milk to soap and shampoo!

Karen was extremely kind and easy to work with. We were in town for a birthday party and she was very flexible with our needs over the weekend. She was responsive, able to be contacted by phone if needed and even dropped off a box of clothes for our 2 year old daughter to play with. We would 10/10 stay here again with one caveat. While her house was beautifully decorated, if you have young children, you'll need to be careful of the breakable items. We moved them to be safe and returned them where they were upon checking out. It didn't hinder our stay AT ALL and the Airbnb was exactly what we needed but just a heads up to keep a lookout if your kids are like mine and want to touch everything!

The house was prestine when we got there: super clean. You could tell it was remodeled and they did a great job on it. The bathrooms were super nice. The bedroom on the main floor was the biggest and it’s where my friends insisted that I sleep because I had set up the trip for us. I really enjoyed that room especially, but they were all nice, clean, and well put together. Tia was responsive and understanding throughout the trip and very accommodating and kind. If there was any knock (and this is just me being super picky and ridiculous) it’s that I’d want more of those delicious flavored coffee creamers for my coffee every morning. The hazelnut one was a treat and I wanted more 🤣 This is a great place to stay and it was perfect for our group, which was going to the NFL Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium, to lay our head for the weekend. Loved it. We’re talking about making this a yearly trip and, if we do, this is where we will be headed. Thanks Tia!

What a unique home in a peaceful location, complete with a sweet and friendly cat host! We appreciated the fun deco, the comfortable atmosphere and the beautiful views of the river out of the big picture windows. Lots of special touches from Krista (snacks, flowers, themed deco) and she was proactive and responsive to communication. Highly recommend! We would love to stay in a warmer month to make use of the kayaks next time too!

This is a great spot! It's on a quiet road near some corn fields and subdivisions. The house is very nice and cozy, with very comfortable beds and sofas, and personal touches that make it easy to feel right at home. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need to cook every meal in the house if you choose, along with a coffee maker and air fryer. The washer and dryer work well. The garage is a really nice perk and meant that I was able to move the car out of a hail storm and also to park it overnight when we got snow and ice. It took me less than 10 minutes to get to my destination on the Purdue campus, and groceries and other amenities are not far away.

A lovely little home in a beautifully historic area. Patricia was quick to respond and helpful. The house was clean and inviting. Would recommend.

damons place was a awesome two day stay. I would highly recommend. P.s the heat works very well during winter you don't have to set it higher than 68 and even that produces too much heat. The kids really enjoyed the available snacks.

Great host, jacuzzi was great and clean, kitchen had pots and pans and utensils, all bathrooms and rooms were clean and the beach was a nice walk

We LOVED Jill and Chris’s place. We visited with our 10 yo grandson and giant dog. Their place is very clean, well-organized (loved the coffees and teas especially) and loaded with art, games, conversation starters for the table. Best of all, their home is an urban “homestead” with free range chickens, a beehive, fruit and nut trees, raised bed gardens and native Indiana plants. Everything about their property and rental is a labor of love and it shows. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t say more great things about this air bnb!! Dereck was awesome and the place itself was the best air bnb I’ve stayed in. Everything felt luxurious and high quality - down to the toilet paper. I’m impressed and will definitely be back!

The place was just we needed for our stay visiting family and friends in Peru. Very clean. I didnt have time to enjoy the backyard but it looked very inviting. I come to this area very often to visit. Will definitely try to rent this again.

We’ve stayed with Andrew and Lindsay a few times in the past, and we will continue to book with them in the future. The location is right in downtown New Albany, and the space is perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and I.

I loved staying with Tamyra. Her home is beautiful, quiet, and so peaceful. I stayed here while working night shift and had no issues sleeping during the day. She was so accommodating and quick to respond. The space was private and safe. I loved the little touches like the large tea array to choose from and breakfast items available. I’ve already booked with her again. Definitely recommend!

We booked as strangers but left feeling like family! Jill & John were the most gracious hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a great big smile and open arms, which reminded me of coming home to see my grandma :) Our rooms had fresh flowers and delicious freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Our rooms were comfortable and tidy. They left us a key to come and go as we pleased. I was amazed at all of the attention to detail, especially considering we booked the house with less than a 24 hour notice. They cooked a delicious breakfast in the morning and asked if they could join us and we of course said yes. We had great conversations and enjoyed their company immensely. They truly couldn’t be a nicer couple or more gracious hosts! We were only 15 minutes from downtown Indianapolis so the location was great as well. The house itself is in a small town just outside of Indianapolis, but walkable to a few restaurants and such. We would 1000% stay here again. You will not find nicer hosts!

We had another great stay and are looking forward to coming back. This is, by far, a remarkable Airbnb! Rowena is a superior host and a fabulous cook! We so enjoyed sharing the breakfast table with other guests. If you have the time to have one of Rowena's breakfasts, we highly recommend it. From the beautiful china place settings to her delicious food, it's a delightful sensory experience. We don't know why anyone would pay for a cookie-cutter hotel room when this lovely place is an option in Bedford.

I stayed at Mel&Grace’s place 2/22/25 with my mom. I needed to get my start on airbnb with a private room and I saw they had a bed&breakfast so figured why not. They have a beautiful old fashioned home with plenty antiques to look at. My favorite color is pink and middle name rose so it was fun to see them both in the dining room while we ate. Very friendly hosts. The tv didn’t work but that’s okay as the stay was still well worth what you pay. I’m a local so I’ll definitely be back again sometime to visit and recommend to others about this local gem 🥰

Teresa is one of the best hosts I came across after staying in many previous Airbnb's. She was very sweet and helpful. Upon our arrival, she prepared amazing welcome snacks and beverages, gave us a tour of the house, which was spectacular and made sure we have everything we need. In the morning, we were greeted by amazing breakfast. I strongly recommend to everyone and will definitely come back if I'm in town next time.
