Beautiful, cozy with great location! We wanted something close enough to our event at Gainebridge Fieldhouse and that’s what we got. Too bad the rain didn’t cooperate with our walking to and from plans. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

What a beautiful home! Our family of five was very comfortable here! Our hosts had taken care to provide everything we would need for a lovely weekend. Such wonderful communication! This home has a fantastic kitchen, if you are looking to dine in. It is conveniently located near several restaurants, and if you are visiting Indianapolis for an event at Lucas Oil Stadium, it is a short 1 mile walk. We will definitely stay here again on a future visit!

Had a great time. Booked this kind of last minute for the NCAA tournament after having a great time in this space last year for the Indy 500. Very close to Lucas oil. My husband and I walked back after the game and were thankful not to be stuck in traffic. I also got to explore downtown this trip, and I actually walked to and from the house to downtown a couple of times. Yet, it’s a quiet street where we could easily park. We would describe it as cozy. Krystle is also extremely responsive if you have any questions.

The home: I couldn't say enough good things about Robin's Nest! Robin was very responsive and kind. My daughter had a dance competition in Beech Grove this past weekend and we arrived a little early. We were able to check in early, which helped a lot with time management. The home was very clean and tidy. The decor was beautiful, and the home came with toiletries, not just coffee and spices like most BnB's; but extra toothbrushes, Q-Tip's, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, a plethora of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Location: I have never been to Indy before and I always get nervous when staying in big cities, especially with children. The home is in a nice neighborhood, we felt 100% safe. Robin's Nest is close to a variety of shopping centers, food marts, restaurants, and highways. 10/10 recommend!

Awesome place to stay. Very clean bed was comfortable and the snacks were a solid bonus. If you forgot something he probably has it in the unit! This is not the fault of Gerry but the parking garage is not secure. My vehicle was broken into and the attendant says this happens often. Just putting this here to tell people to make sure their vehicle is locked and don’t leave valuables in it.

I had a wonderful stay! The place is nice, cozy, comfortable, and very clean. Molly is an amazing host—thoughtful and welcoming. I especially loved the little details in the bathroom, the great shower, and the super comfortable bed. The space is peaceful and relaxing, yet conveniently located with easy access to many places and parking in front of the house. Highly recommend!

Skyler was awesome to hang with. After the first night (out of four) I never really saw him much. The listing is pretty clear, so I knew going into it that there would still be someone there, it was a shared space that is always lived in, etc. So, all of that considered, it was what I expected it to be. Also, having a separate restroom was great!

Liliana did a great job communicating before our stay, giving instructions, and quick to respond during so A+ on that. The location was perfect for my wife and I. We had a work function at Weber Grill and we never had to leave the building to get from our loft down to the restaurant since it's connected. Also being connected to TJ Maxx and the mall was a plus which kept us out of the wind & snow. The room was great, just as discribed and shown in the pictures. There was pleanty of space in the livingroom and the bedroom. Its definitely a unique building, because it actually used to be HUGE multifloor department store. We explored around the building and found the theater and fitness center on the 6th floor. The only heads up to others is that the parking is under the building and really tight. We drive a Ford Edge and I was puckered up getting around the support beams and essentially parallel parking into an available space. I'd book a stay here again next time in downtown Indy.

This place was absolutely amazing! Worth it and the host was so thoughtful and reasonable!

Only 2 problems 1.Host will charge/change your price if you have a guest or bring a guest over I was charged an extra 40$ for having a friend over. Never had a host/airbnb do that. When asked why the host simply told me “I need the guest number accurate for the airbnb” which does not answer the question why i was charged an extra 40$ The airbnb was also stocked for 1 person Aka Me, So being charged an extra 40$ doesn’t add up. 2. The second issue is the house has no thermostat, You must Text the host and ask them to cut the heat up or down, I don’t know if i had bad luck or if the Host just did it on purpose. I requested for the heat to be turned down/set to a specific temperature 68°.When I was trying to sleep it was extremely hot I had to cover the vent up with covers and pillows I also opened BOTH windows in the bedroom, It’s winter time below 10 DEGREES!!! that night. My room should not have been that hot that night, I feel the host turned the heat up intentionally

We booked as strangers but left feeling like family! Jill & John were the most gracious hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a great big smile and open arms, which reminded me of coming home to see my grandma :) Our rooms had fresh flowers and delicious freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Our rooms were comfortable and tidy. They left us a key to come and go as we pleased. I was amazed at all of the attention to detail, especially considering we booked the house with less than a 24 hour notice. They cooked a delicious breakfast in the morning and asked if they could join us and we of course said yes. We had great conversations and enjoyed their company immensely. They truly couldn’t be a nicer couple or more gracious hosts! We were only 15 minutes from downtown Indianapolis so the location was great as well. The house itself is in a small town just outside of Indianapolis, but walkable to a few restaurants and such. We would 1000% stay here again. You will not find nicer hosts!

We spent 4 days with Host Gary at his B&B in the Old Northside. Gary is a super host! He was there for a warm greeting when we arrived and provided friendly chat and interesting details about his lodge and the area. We had a different hot breakfast every morning, delicious home baked goods and coffee – and plenty of snacks in the evening. The inside of the home and our bedroom were excellent. Plenty of beautiful woodwork, artwork, photos and antiques to keep you busy looking and asking questions. Nice private parking area and grounds in a very walkable area of the city. The price was very reasonable - especially considering the week we were there had full hotels for conventions and this home was very luxurious. We highly recommend this lodging and would stay here again.

Bill & Marilyn & Sidd were absolutely incredible hosts. Kindest people. As 2 young women and an lgbt couple, we are always hesitant and cautious about staying somewhere. This is the first time we’ve ever had the experience of staying with the hosts and I have nothing but amazing things to say. And they serve breakfast that was very delicious!

I had an excellent experience at this bed and breakfast in the short time I was there. Gary was extremely accommodating to my timeline and was very welcoming. The room was comfortable and as advertised. If/when I come back to Indianapolis, I will certainly look to availability here first.

Do not hesitate to book Terri’s place. She is the sweetest person that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. She puts thoughtful decor and touches throughout the space. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. You are only 15 minutes from downtown Indy and it is an easy drive. Terri is quick to respond to any text. We had a wonderful stay for the solar eclipse. She even had eclipse themed snacks and linens for our stay ❤️ We had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay at Chris's place! We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and the location was perfect - just far enough outside of Indy but also close enough to get to our destinations quickly. The space was extremely clean and the kitchenette was stocked with everything you would need and more. Chris is a gracious host that thinks of little things such as a door fringe curtain which was on theme for the concert. Her communication was amazing. We would stay at Chris's place again and recommend anyone to stay there as well.
