Good place with a solid walkable location.

I can’t say enough about how charming and wonderful this place is. I stayed here for three nights and I was so impressed with the communication from the property manager, Carrie. She went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible and went out of her way to help me whenever I needed it. She is an absolute gem. The apartment itself sits above a beautiful restaurant and it’s nestled right downtown, walkable to almost anything you can think of. The apartment has an abundance of natural light, and there is little to no noise pollution from surrounding neighbors or from the street. I love the architecture of this old charming building. I felt very safe and secure during my stay and I would recommend this to anybody who I know in love. There is a brewery called Metazoa that has an attached dog park, and it’s a short 5 minute drive. If you love good craft beer and need a place to let your pup run around, that’s your spot.

I appreciate the accommodation they provided because we got back to indy early amd I didn't know where she was gonna go but for that reason alone I would book with you all again..Very nice and responsive and informative...thank you

Had a great stay! Unit was clean and cute, great location for the show we were in town to see and to grab many different kinds of food in the area. Passing neighbors were friendly and quiet, and the host was very responsive and kind for any inquiry. Would definitely stay again!

Great location! this condo was a great choice for our weekend stay for the big 10 championship game. The condo is a little over a mile from the stadium and very walkable. This condo is in the heart of the Mass. Ave area with many choices a very short distance away. I'd highly recommend this condo.

Came into town for Taylor swift and they got us in early and were great to deal with

It was great price point & newly updated kitchen with the charm of the original red windows. Exactly what I needed. The only thing I didn’t love was the pet fee. It’s $20 for each pet daily. Most hotels charge one flat fee and don’t charge per pet & with most airbnbs I haven’t had to pay an additional fee. So while still affordable the hidden fee- I’d prefer it upfront same with the parking situation! But I really enjoyed my stay! The apt entrance is on a one way street so keep that in mind when looking for it :)I would stay here again!

The unit was a little bit tricky to find because of the layout of the streets with hard to spot alleyways, but the instructions really helped me get there. When I entered the unit, it was very clean and looked just as good as the pictures if not better. Easy check out and check in with the included instructions and RJ was very helpful with questions. I would consider staying there again if I needed a spot near downtown Indy.

This was a very cool and unique historical place! location was great, about a 10 minute walk to Lucas out Stadium. Very clean very comfortable! Great location with lots of amenities right out of your door!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for the Taylor Swift Concert! Ellie was VERY responsive and helpful. She made me feel comfortable with the listing and everything was a described. Parking on the street was very easy and always available. Ellie recommended Leviathan Bakehouse, just at the end of the street-- it was delicious! The Garage Food Hall is also in walking distance and fun atmosphere. Easy to get downtown by car for the concert. Ellie was always willing to help. When we only had 2 towels, she helped to bring more. Price was high, but that was expected for the weekend we visited. Only downfall was strong use of vanilla air freshener and some corners were a little dusty, but I think that was just due to being an older flat. Thank you for helping make a wonderful and memorable weekend for 3 Swifties!

The place was great for four of us and could easily fit six. We really liked the location and the street it is on is super cute with many restaurants to choose from. We would certainly stay here again.

Great location, very walkable to sporting events and the best restaurants Indy has to offer. Communication was great…especially with this unit being part of a community, they were easy to contact and very friendly. Unit was very clean and as described. Free parking with unit a huge plus.

I stayed for a night in this quiet, clean, attractive spot and was delighted. Lystina took the time to get the keys to me personally and was very clear and friendly.

Tim's place has become my home away from home! Tim is so very welcoming and the space is great period the location is perfect and very safe.

This was a great place to stay while we were in town for the Big 10 basketball tournament. Easy walk to the stadium and a great selection of restaurants within a couple of blocks. The garage behind the building let us know our vehicle was safe while we were there.

Clean, great location, only downside is check in process is a little complicated. Also, check in time is 1600 and checkout is 1000.

Nice enough place, good location. I did find the check in a. it confusing given the number of messages I had leading up to the stay. I would stay again.

Great place to stay. Very good neighborhood! We stayed a month and could have used more cleaning supplies/towels but with the washer and dryer we were able to make do.
