Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

Jahni was an exceptional host! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Jahni was incredibly responsive when we had questions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches ,like the things in the kitchen and the stocked coffee station. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

recommend 100%, the building was nice and peaceful, we was able to walk along the canal and also see it from our room. walking distance if you want food, there's several choices. the apartment was very clean. and Jeremy was very good at getting back with me on any questions I had. we will definitely be using him again.

Very cute apartment. Quiet and CLEAN!! I had the best nights sleep in the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Miranda was extremely friendly and responsive as well. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would book again on future visits.

The AirBnB unit was spotlessly clean, neat and as described. The house was close to downtown Indy and the IU Natatorium was easily accessible. The neighborhood felt very safe, with reserved parking for the unit and a gated backyard. There are two units in the home, and while footsteps could be heard from above the provided fans in bedroom spaces were enough to muffle noise for quiet rest and sleep. Lovely stay, would definitely return!

Came here for a girls weekend with some old friends. The house is in a good location, a quiet neighborhood but not far from the highway, restaurants and attractions. Comfy beds, space to lounge and spread out, some nice amenities. We used the hot tub and enjoyed the living space. In nicer weather the backyard is very inviting and the fire pit looked fun. I will note that the house really is a house, and set up more for a family than couples - the primary bedroom is very spacious with a king bed and has an en suite, while the other two bedrooms share a smaller bathroom and have a queen bed and two twins respectively. The pool table is in the garage so maybe better for warmer weather. Kitchen was fully furnished and even had a brita pitcher in the fridge. Basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and razors were available. Tiny thing: I do wish the water in both the hot tub and the shower had gotten a bit hotter. But that's just my personal preference!

This place was perfect for a Socctober Fest tournament weekend. So much room for the family and the modern amenities were quite impressive. We would definitely stay again.

We came to town for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour and this place was PERFECT. Clean, spacious, fits a lot of people cozily, and easy to get in and out of the downtown area without being too far or getting stuck in traffic. Babe is a thoughtful host, she even left Taylor Swift tattoos for us!

My family had an amazing stay at this home. It was luxurious, clean and cozy. We took the pleasure to cook in the beautiful kitchen which was well equipped. Also got to watch some movies with the family in the theatre room. The house came supplied with all the baby essentials which made our stay even better! Ryan, our host was super friendly and responsive. Thanks so much again. Truly felt at home here. We’ll be back soon… Highly recommend.

Bill and Heathers place was perfect for a quick work trip to town. Was close to everything I needed. The house itself was cozy and exactly as described. Hot tub was hot and a great plus! I will be back to use the fire pit and grill when I have a longer stay.

Great location, very walkable to sporting events and the best restaurants Indy has to offer. Communication was great…especially with this unit being part of a community, they were easy to contact and very friendly. Unit was very clean and as described. Free parking with unit a huge plus.

The location is ideal for seeing events at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. As noted in other comments, the check-in process is a bit unique and the photos helped. There are several buildings in the same block with the same company name, but note that the unit was in the same building as the parking garage. This may or may not be obvious, but sometimes people think a parking garage is a standalone structure... I had to explain this to three older gentlemen who were having difficulty with the key cache and asked what building to go to after they got their keys.

This was a great place to stay while we were in town for the Big 10 basketball tournament. Easy walk to the stadium and a great selection of restaurants within a couple of blocks. The garage behind the building let us know our vehicle was safe while we were there.

Nice enough place, good location. I did find the check in a. it confusing given the number of messages I had leading up to the stay. I would stay again.

Fantastic location, everything is very walkable in downtown.

Great place to stay. Very good neighborhood! We stayed a month and could have used more cleaning supplies/towels but with the washer and dryer we were able to make do.
