Perfect location close to the Monon and City Center restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable.

I couldn’t say more great things about this air bnb!! Dereck was awesome and the place itself was the best air bnb I’ve stayed in. Everything felt luxurious and high quality - down to the toilet paper. I’m impressed and will definitely be back!

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

It was a great stay for our family of five. Also appreciated the quick responses and fixes when we encounter issues.

My husband and I I were in town for a concert at Fishers Event Center. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurants and the walking trails nearby. This was our first trip to Fishers and would love to come back. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean place. Location is great, safe area with no foot traffic. Very nice apartment complex with an awesome gym.

Butler Villa was extremely responsive with questions and very much accommodated us. We will stay here again!

The place was perfect and the location was better than expected. There are grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, gas stations, coffee shops, everything within a mile of the complex. It was so convenient! The apartment complex was new and seemed to be unoccupied which was nice too. The host had thought of every detail and had everything there we needed. There were even pictures in the app showing every step we'd need to find the complex, the building. how to use the lock, etc. Very helpful! Hoping we can stay at this place again next year when we come back for the same basketball tournament!

Love this cute little house, very cozy, clean and modern. The house was stocked with everything you need. Will definitely stay again when we return.

The house is in a quite neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Rachel was very prompt in answering questions.

The house was perfect for our 2 families. It was very clean and well stocked. The living spaces were very comfortable as well as the bedrooms. We cooked almost every day and it was great to have everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay felt right at home. We really enjoyed the patio area with our group of 5. We had plenty of room inside with the 5 of us to play games on the one rainy day we had. Hot tub was a great plus. Beds were comfy, house was spotless and host was responsive to anything we needed. Before we left our group was already ready to book this place for next year.

This is a super cool Indy stay. Jenni is an amazing host with an awesome attention to detail. It is everything an Airbnb should be. We highly recommend staying here!

We stopped here for one night and I was so impressed with how cute and clean it was. Beds were great, shower was awesome and my son enjoyed the Nintendo. There were some special touches throughout the home that I really appreciated (a welcome note, a few snacks, filtered water and a couple water bottles, etc). Katie was a great communicator, so kind and gave me a list of amazing recommendations for dinner! The neighborhood is hip and very walkable to an ice cream spot and awesome coffee shop. Loved that. It’s up and coming and I did have a difficult time sleeping with the highway noise but at the same time, was nice to be close to the highway for our drive back. I sleep with earplugs so it wasn’t too bad but something to know in advance if you’re a sensitive sleeper too.

Great space for a girls trip. Hot was running well and comfy couch in basement to spend time with friends. Would definitely book again :)

I stayed for a night in this quiet, clean, attractive spot and was delighted. Lystina took the time to get the keys to me personally and was very clear and friendly.

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay for the Taylor Swift Concert! Ellie was VERY responsive and helpful. She made me feel comfortable with the listing and everything was a described. Parking on the street was very easy and always available. Ellie recommended Leviathan Bakehouse, just at the end of the street-- it was delicious! The Garage Food Hall is also in walking distance and fun atmosphere. Easy to get downtown by car for the concert. Ellie was always willing to help. When we only had 2 towels, she helped to bring more. Price was high, but that was expected for the weekend we visited. Only downfall was strong use of vanilla air freshener and some corners were a little dusty, but I think that was just due to being an older flat. Thank you for helping make a wonderful and memorable weekend for 3 Swifties!

Great place to stay. Very good neighborhood! We stayed a month and could have used more cleaning supplies/towels but with the washer and dryer we were able to make do.

This was by far one of the best air bnb experiences we’ve ever had! I never had to contact the host because her check in instructions were explained in depth, she used my phone number as the entry code, and getting inside was seamless!!! If you are considering staying here, do not hesitate!!!! Two great bedrooms with two fantastic bathrooms, a stylish kitchen with everything you need, comfy couch in the living room and a full sized washer and dryer. EVERYTHING is great.
