Very nice place, comfortable and affordable. Polly was very responsive, communication is key and that was something she definitely did. I would definitely book with her again.

Stayed for a month (mid-January to mid-February). On day 1, had a 5" snow and when I arrived for the check-in, a path from the street to the door had been shoveled. The location is on a road that the city plows (all streets are not plowed for some reason), so that was another bonus. Place stayed warm and toasty even when the temperature outside dipped to -2 degrees. Hosts are very responsive. Only did fridge/freezer to microwave cooking, so can't comment on the kitchen. Bed is lower to the floor than most and access is a little tight which might effect some, but is quite comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in Mark’s Artist Retreat. We appreciated him providing guests a book with menus, brochures and local event guides. Mark’s home is in walking distance to a few local shops and restaurants. It is also located in Carmel which has lots of neat shops and restaurants that you can explore.

Do not hesitate to book Terri’s place. She is the sweetest person that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. She puts thoughtful decor and touches throughout the space. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. You are only 15 minutes from downtown Indy and it is an easy drive. Terri is quick to respond to any text. We had a wonderful stay for the solar eclipse. She even had eclipse themed snacks and linens for our stay ❤️ We had a wonderful time.

The place was perfect for our needs. John was very communicative and we were well informed. the location is wonderful! Within walking distance to everything. John even let us in about fave places to try. We felt very welcomed

Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Clean, private, peaceful, they even left the porch light on for us because we were arriving late. We would recommend and would stay here again.

Can’t say enough good things about this place and Christina. I have never stayed at a shared space Airbnb before and Christina was so friendly and accommodating that it felt just like our own. Everything was so incredibly clean and tidy, the room had such great space, light, and she even had a little mini fridge stocked with drinks. She also was very communicative if we had any questions or just a friendly chat. Although it was about a 30 minute drive into downtown Indy, it was an easy drive and I would stay there again in a heartbeat if we ever have another trip to the Indy area!

Heather was very helpful if we needed anything. I took a spring break with my two kids(both under 5) and this place came up. It was the perfect booking for our trip and what we wanted. Affordable and just the right amount of amenities. It's an old lived in house so not everything is perfect and pristine, but that was just fine with us. We even got a visit from some deer right within feet of the front door one evening.

Perfect home away from home! Peaceful, clean, comfortable unique multilevel apartment with ALL needed amenities for a VERY comfortable stay. Small and mighty is a great way to describe kitchen area which is thoughtfully equipped to cook meals. Lodging here was such a great experience! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to highway.

Leah was an amazing host and the space was clean and immaculate. Beautifully tucked into the neighborhood and close to ammenities. Had a wonderful time and highly recommend!

Without going into detail. I would just like to say. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife. I was working a very stressful assignment. Which I was able to complete, and my wife was able to have a very good and productive weekend in Indy. All because of how generous and understanding our host was.

We were very happy with our stay. We were in town for a wedding and the provided household appliances were extremely helpful for ironing and steaming our formalwear. We appreciated the fans available, as I'm a hot-sleeper and enjoy the fan sounds for sleeping. Large room, plenty of space for our little family. The neighborhood was lovely and easy to find, and while the suite was attached to a residence, we had plenty of privacy and an easy entrance. Overall, a very good experience and would recommend.

We enjoyed this loft apartment and plan to return! It is a 5 minute walk to the Monon trail, with access to nature and also Broad Ripple Village. “Fresh Thyme” (sizable grocery store) is a 10 minute walk, which was so helpful. The skylights and abundant windows allowed light to flood the space. The AC/heat/hot water systems were robust, even on chilly days. And there’s even an under counter freezer. There’s so much well-planned storage, complete with multiple coat racks, and the laundry room was truly appreciated. It was great to have an inside staircase, too. Can’t say enough about how helpful our hosts were. We will return! The Haleys

The accommodations were outstanding! Very comfortable with many added niceties! Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. This will be my go to stay when I am in Indianapolis.

Looked exactly like the photos and there was so much more space than I expected. The beds were great, bathroom was spotless and living room was perfectly setup. Quiet street and neighborhood as well. Very walkable to downtown Indianapolis but also plenty to do right around the corner. Highly recommend staying here, lives up to the hype!

The Cubby was better and roomier in person. It was clean and cozy. We love the skylight in the kitchen which makes the place brighter. The huge picture window in the living room was such a treat! It was so relaxing just looking out the window and watching the birds and geese. The King sized bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. I was glad that it was a foam mattress. Jennifer was responsive and very accommodating. I did ask Jennifer if she has pots and pans in better condition and she immediately placed an order for a new set which arrived the following day! Not a deal breaker, but there’s a couple things that would be nice to have: - night stand on the other side of the bed - Handheld shower to allow cleaning of shower walls I am a light sleeper and one night I tried sleeping in the 2nd bedroom but gave up because noise insulation wasn’t very good. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay at the Cubby next time we’re in town.

Ashley was such a great hostess! I loved her space and it was PERFECT for what I needed on my trip. I will definitely stay again and have already recommended this location to my other family members that I know visit the area as well. Thank you Ashley for a wonderful visit!

Celeste place was easy to find and check in, entrance is front door of main residence. Space is full of games and entertainment activities and many extras, like towels, soaps and snacks. I was traveling with my 6'5" son and he had to duck under some openings. We very much enjoyed this comfortable, relaxing space.
