Had a nice relaxing time at Barbara's! Sat outside on the back porch and enjoyed the sunset and cool breeze. Plenty of room downstairs and upstairs the beds were comfortable . We will be back again!

The RV I rented (in the picture) wasn't available but Derick brought in another RV and parked it right in front of the bay (as shown in his other listing). The location upgrade was fantastic and I really appreciated Derick's efforts to accommodate my stay. The RV was once again spotless and comfortable. A/C and heat worked great. Easy to find and so very peaceful and quiet there. Highly recommend a stay with Derick!

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had using airbnb. This home is every water lovers dream. It had the privacy, the beauty and comfort that anyone looking for a peaceful get away looks for. Whether you’re looking for some alone time or quality time with your family. This place has it all. 11/10 would recommend!

Cozy cabins in quite coastal town

This place was absolutely perfect!! Very clean and cozy AND QUIET. I rented the cabin for my elderly in-laws and they were very pleased. The cabin is tucked down at the end of a quiet little lane and there was plenty of room for a truck, boat and a car. Out in front was a BEAUTIFUL rose garden. It was so beautiful with the climbing roses. We would and probably will be renting there again. Mark was VERY helpful and responsive. A very trustworthy host!

10/10 I loved that you had a few laundry pods, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, extra blankets everywhere, and lots of towels!!! Perfect place for us! Thank you so much!

Heather and the location was great. Heather was quick to respond and the accommodations were perfect for my family. Highly recommend and I will stay here again on my next trip to POC!

It was a fantastic 2-night, 3-day getaway! The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The private pier allowed us to enjoy fishing late into the night without any disturbances. Communication was quick and efficient, making everything smooth and hassle-free. I would love to visit again next time. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
