the reason for the 5 stars is joey was a great host. he responded quick and friendly. Getting to the house is very easy as long as you follow the instructions joey provided. Getting into the home was easy and once we settled we felt at home. it’s a very lovely home and cozy. He has multiple things to do just at the home. he also provides a suggestion book that is laminated and well kept. it helped us know what we could do. also had instructions for certain amenities so you won’t be confused. the dirt rodes are very manageable i took a sedan and made it just fine just ofc be safe as certain roads might not be the best for you to go through if they are not well kept. We had a blast at this home and would recommend it to everyone. one thing i will add is this home was one of the few properties that had a full covered fence. this ensured a peace of mind while outside but also while in the home.

From booking until check out, Alison was amazing. Very personable, responsive and friendly. The location and home are fantastic. All the amenities were provided and in great condition. We felt at home and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

Great house and great back yard. House had everything you would possible need, so well stocked. Back yard got the sun all day and was so private and peaceful. The grapefruit tree was a real treat. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would happily stay again.

We felt right at home at her beautiful home . Location was perfect for us as we were attending Indian Wells tennis tournament.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It was private and offered beautiful views that made the experience even more special. The host was friendly, and the space was clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway! Can't wait to return!

Very conveniently located. 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. 5 minute walk to Demuth park with pickleball courts and dog park. The host was very responsive and provided everything necessary for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The yard was nice and clean. I really appreciate that the house is dog friendly and so close to the park for dog walking. Also great was the option to heat pool and/or spa separately. We used the spa. The pool was nice but we didn’t opt to heat it as it was a little too cool outside for most of our stay. The house is convenient to the airport but that comes with hearing the planes throughout the day (but not too bad - and not at night). Great wifi. Comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

Could not have asked for a more perfect stay - I could write a novel on how much we loved it here. Kate's house is, quite literally, our dream house. When we buy a bigger place, I think I'll be asking for the blueprint. The barn/farmhouse style has beautiful wood accents but lots of windows that let in tons of light - this is huge for us, as our place at home has very limited natural light. Anyway, can't say enough about this place, I hope we get to come back every year. If you're looking for somewhere to relax by the pool, explore Joshua Tree, check out the local saloon - it's just perfect. Don't hesitate - just book it!!

This is a beautiful house in a very nice gated community in Indio. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed provided. It was great to use the hot tub in the evenings, the hosts provided very clear instructions and were very responsive and helpful with any questions. A great house to come home and relax to after a long day of hiking. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to thank the hosts for allowing us to stay in their very nice house.

Great place. Close to everything we wanted to do. We were three couples spending time in Joshua Tree and surrounding area. Very comfortable, great views and clean.

We had an excellent stay in Todd’s place. The house was fully stocked with essentials, which made a week trip really easy. Place is really nice, and very clean. Ideal place for a family vacation. Quickly responded to questions and was able to help with some good local suggestion. 10/10, highly recommend

Super stylish, very Palm Springs mid century modern! loved the interior design and the landscaped garden and pool. the Cabana was very cool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment we would make is that the house is under the airport flight path and is noisy during the day. Even with that observation, we look forward to staying here again.

Although we stayed in a great location we didn't end up leaving the house once. We cooked all our meals and stayed at the house to enjoy the pool and view. It was a relaxing a perfect getaway. The kids loved the pool! would definitely love to come visit again soon. The host was very responsive and a delight to communicate with. :)

Excellent stay!! Perfect for entering Joshua Tree National Park. The space was beautiful, clean, comfortable, welcoming, and had everything. The bed was extremely comfortable!! We ended up flying in a day early due to weather and the host was very responsive and tried her best to accommodate us. If we return to Joshua Tree, we’ll stay here again without hesitation!

This place is even better than it looked in the pictures! So comfortable and laid out beautifully. The indoor area was so cozy and had plenty of space for 8 of us! The outdoor was easy to access the pool and jacuzzi! The outdoor shower was heated and the sitting area had a hammock and propane fire pit! There’s a cute trail to the sky deck where we watched the sunset! The flow of the house and yard really made everything easy to access. The kitchen is stocked and we were able to cook delicious meals and it’s big so we had several people easily working in there at once. Every room had its own bathroom, which was nice! There was quality soap, shampoo & conditioner in all the bathrooms, including Castile soap in the outside shower. All these things made for a super relaxing and fun weekend! Simple rules were given so we were able to really enjoy our time, not having to worry. This was our best trip to JT yet and we plan to book here again!

We love the place. It is perfect for our needs/budget/timetable. Suzette was an excellent host...very accommodating of our requests. She dealt with our questions right away. The house is very well kept and has the accoutrements we enjoy. We enjoy the pool and reading along with hiking and the restaurants, however also enjoyed preparing our own meals using the kitchen and the outside gas grill. In a word, excellent!

This is a great house. The location is convenient…walking distance to coffee, ice cream, etc. The house is very cozy and clean. The best part of the house is the backyard, specifically the pool and Mountain View. The hosts were responsive. The property manager was very nice and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend.

This is our second time staying here and we love the sun room, pool and giant back yard. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. You can’t beat the location. So close to everything and fun to walk around and see all the beautiful houses, gates and colorful doors.

This is a fantastic Airbnb. The home has character and outstanding views of the surrounding desert and mountains. There are many locations on the property to take in the views. One of the things I enjoyed most about the home was it felt lived in and loved, comforting and inviting. The hot tub was super clean and my husband enjoyed using the pool as a cold plunge. Everything was clean and well-stocked; definitely a "guest-favorite" Airbnb.

I was here for the tennis at Indian Wells. Great location for that. The house was comfortable and really homely. Had everything that you would need. Didn’t use the pool or spa as weather was a bit cool. Bed very comfortable and shower was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve been doing Airbnb rentals for quite some time, and our priorities are really down to (1) comfortable beds, (2) convenient location, (3) functioning climate control, and (4) accurate listing details. Gahl’s place had all in spades. It’s exactly like (better than?) the photos and description show. The heated pool is legitimately heated. The beds are comfortable. The A/C is great. And the location is perfect whether you’re looking to walk downtown in PS, get out to Joshua Tree, or hike locally in the canyons and hills near town. We come to Palm Springs every year, and this was easily a better deal during peak season than any hotel or inn we’ve stayed at previously. We hope Gahl’s place is still for rent and available in future years.

The holiday house is the perfect remote getaway. You'll find everything you need to make an amazing meal in the kitchen. You can get lost in the beautiful art all around the gardens and inside the house. The 360° views of the landscape are absolutely breathtaking and the night sky is otherworldly. This is by far my favorite stay out in the high desert.

My husband, two little ones and I stayed here for a week, and it was wonderful. Great amenities for the kids (mini crib/mattress, high chairs, kid plates/bowls/utensils/bib). There are blackout curtains in each bedroom, but for those kids who need total darkness for naps, you may want to bring a crib cover. The location is very close to the airport - convenient!, but be ready to see and hear planes throughout the day (not at night). That being said, the kids loved watching them go by. The backyard is wonderful and private - there’s even a lemon tree! Grocery store is super close but you don’t hear any noise from the shopping center. Kitchen is very well equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking and eating. Important to note that the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time, but the spa heats up quickly. The local contact, Dan, was prompt to address our minor issues. Would definitely stay again!

This property is in a perfect location. It is extremely private and quiet. House is comfortable with all amenities you could need. There are several seating areas by the pool with plenty of loungers, pool towels, and rafts. Kaleb is easy to work with as is his property manager, Steve, who met us at check in to go over how to use the different elements within the house. All in all, it was a great 3 days for 2 couples on a quick get away.
