Love this place for family trips. 2nd time with this host.

Fred's place was fantastic. There are two pools, a lazy river, and a theater room, as well as a convenience store and Starbucks on the property. I would definitely stay again!

Nice place, as described. Property had good amenities and friendly staff. Would like it if a/c wasn't blocked from going below 69, and/or some fans for moving air. Back room got a little stuffy for me, as I sleep in very cool rooms generally.

I'm more than just satisfied. That property belongs to the famous hotel chain that was a good surprise for me. And it gives a better price than if to book it officially and no availability on the website. Well, just lucky to find this deal!

We loved our stay here in Big Bear! This place is wonderful! I would highly recommend it! The place is absolutely beautiful, spacious, quiet and has anything you would need right down to the salt and pepper. Check-in desk is always open, and available to answer questions. There were a couple of hot tubs and since we arrived prior to the weekend one night we had it all to ourselves. We were in Big Bear to attend the wedding and found the location conveniently located. A couple things about the area: It isn’t in walking distance to area they refer to as “The Village” that has the little shops etc but it is just a couple minute drive to the village and the lake. I brought my paddle board but didn’t end up using it because anything that goes in the water requires an inspection first and I was short on time ( so prepare for that). We enjoyed the “Castle Rock” trail instead. I did a lot of research selecting this place and it paid off! You won’t be disappointed.

It was super nice! The front living room was super cozy with a fireplace. The place was really clean and had pool towels plus bath towels. The check in was extremely easy! I loved the place and the price!! Will definitely stay again

Absolutely loved the apartment big spacious comfortable beds quiet .Definitely gonna make this place a regular spot to stay .

Simple, clean, with nice common amenities. Small but smartly equipped kitchen with thoughtful touches like generous coffee mugs. An additional shelf in the shower (and a grab bar), operable windows and easily adjustable louvered shutters, Solatube lighting and good fan in what would otherwise be a dark interior bathroom, and robust Wi-Fi all added up to thoughtful details that made the smallness very livable.

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, es entspricht eher sehr sehr guten Hotel Ansprüchen als die eines Airbnbs. Es war super sauber, sehr groß und hatte super viele Extras aus der Hotel Anlage mit einbegriffen (Pool, Whirlpool, Gaming room, gefiltertes Wasser, Eiswürfel Maschine, usw.). Das WLAN war sogar doch kostenlos. Wir würden zu 100% nochmal dort hin und es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Great place to stay! Checking in and out was easy and the facilities such as the jacuzzi was perfect after a day on the mountain. The room was stocked with everything you could need and the washer and dryer made cleaning and warming up snow gear for the mountain a plus. Lastly the location of the resort was perfect being within 5mins or less of both Summit&Bear, the grocery stores, and fast food restaurants.

Had to wait for a room to be available and the time share people are annoying but it's expected at a resort. Room and resort were as expected.

Check-in was 4pm, but due to cleaning delays we didn’t get in until almost 7pm. No fault of Gina’s though. Gina was very responsive and we were able to arrange a late checkout (normally 10am, extended until 12pm). I am a nurse and understand short staffing. Grateful to those that show up to work and get it done! Note to self….never buy a bag of ice until you know for certain you can check in 🤦‍♀️. Lots of things to do in the complex, and my teenagers loved the hot tub after night snowboarding. It was supposed to be a day trip, but my girls begged to spend the night. All and all, a great stay.

Absolutely!! We booked last minute and then Fred found out we were traveling with our infant and kindly upgraded our stay without adding fees or even requesting it.

Marriot Shadow Ridge is so great.. especially for children! I was able to request a building, which made our stay even more delightful! Do not even think twice about Colm’s place! Book it, so you don’t miss out!
