We had the most incredible 2 week stay at Coral Beach Villa. Yui was an amazing host and along with Aum, they made our trip better than we could have ever imagined. We travelled with three young children and the house catered so well for them. Yui was so helpful booking our trips and arranging taxis or trips out with Aum. We would highly recommend the boat trips on offer, these were a highlight for us. The entire trip was so relaxing and we loved swimming in the pool and the local beaches. The local restaurants were great and even delivered food to us when we didn’t want to venture out for dinner. The whole house was kept absolutely spotless by Aum, even with our large group. It had everything we needed and more for our stay. We will definitely be back and would recommend Coral Beach Villa to any of our friends and family. Thanks again Yui and Aum.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Die Unterkunft war sauber und in Ordnung. Lediglich die Straße zur Unterkunft ist etwas holprig und bei starkem Regen ist es schwer mit dem Roller zu fahren und bei sehr starkem Regen fast unmöglich. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft aber wie beschrieben. Bei Problemen haben die Gastgeber immer schnell reagiert und geholfen.

A beautiful Malaysian villa within well established gardens.seeing sunbirds flitting between the flowers and a tribe of curious monkeys wandering around the gardens added to the experience. The host was very friendly and approachable and gave us a wealth of information relating to things to do and places to eat and drink. Will hopefully return one day.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Our host was so lovely and so great! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Bikeable to Trang An and Tam Coc - really beautiful area. It’s a little farther from the tourist areas but for us that was a big positive. Grab is available in the area so you can get anywhere you need easy. Nguyen arranged a cab for us to the train station. Super lovely place

Nanthida’s place is exactly like its described in the listing. Great location and super accessible from the International Airport. The kitchen was well equipped. Good amount of parking space as well. But over and above that the highlight of our stay was the private boat tour that Craig and Nanthida took us on. What was a mere pit stop for us, turned out to be the highlight of our trip. We visited some of the hidden gem islands which the commercial boat tours usually don’t take to. We visited the Panak island, Hong Island, Phang Nga, James Bond Island, Kudu island, Hong island Krabi, Nok island and Laem haat island, then back to the pier. The boat is well equipped with life jackets and floaters. Nanthida whipped up a great lunch for us and also some snacks and fruits. We left with great memories. The boat tour is a must do and Craig & Nanthida are the moody friendliest and family like. Will surely plan another trip soon!

Amazing place - NEED to go there. Beautiful retreat in nature with a beautiful pool, and a quick scooter ride to Ao Nang. We really enjoyed the quiet area + close enough to the beach and busy city.

Montira's Cottage was awesome! Would definitely stay again. Close to Mae Kam Pong. A Grab driver can take you from Chiang Mai (60 min drive). House is super quiet and secluded. Very spacious. Can arrange a ride to / from Mae Kam Pong for 100 THB each way. Be sure to get diver's Whats App info so that you can arrange a ride from the house. Walking to Mae Kam Pong is nice but takes about 45 min. Of all the places in Thailand, Mae Kam Pong is my favorite. Very romantic and not too touristy. A must. Be sure to go to Ing Doi Coffee at the top of the hill, but you already know that. ;-)

Noch schöner als auf den Fotos, und die haben uns schon sehr überzeugt. Die Farm ist mit so viel Liebe gestaltet und gepflegt und alle Pilz-Gerichte, die mit den angebauten Pilzen vor Ort gekocht werden, waren super lecker. Der Bungalow war gemütlich, sehr sauber und die kleine Terrasse perfekt zum entspannen. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie im Paradies. Die sehr schöne und entspannte Umgebung kann man am besten mit einem Roller erkunden. Zu der Ausleihe wurden wir extra hingefahren.

Peaceful, rural location. Great restaurants with in short driving distance and provisions shop for essentials within walking distance. Our son loved the pool to cool off after our daily outings. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Carsten. A nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Kelapa (Batu). Es war total ruhig und die Lage an den Reisfeldern sehr idyllisch. Der Bungalow ist großzügig geschnitten und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Mit einem Scooter, den uns Alif unkompliziert organisiert hat, ist alles außerhalb sehr einfach zu erreichen. Die Abreise ist uns wirklich schwer gefallen!

We booked this entire villa and it was beautiful, has a great view and amenities. Communication was easy as well. Do note that the only comfortable common hang out space is at the kitchen, the rest was concrete.

Great stay at a beautiful property. As a group of 10 friends who were travelling from 5 different countries for a reunion, it was smooth for us to check-in at separate times. The staff was helpful, and always prompt in responding to our requests. They helped arrange everything we needed. The property was beautiful, and we utilised the swimming pool, gym, badminton court, tennis court, golf driving range and karaoke room. Grab was convenient to find cabs and order food. All in all, it was a great property with great staff and we couldn’t have asked for anything better!

LOVED staying here! Waking up to endless fields right outside the window felt like a fairytale 🌟. The house was cozy and peaceful—perfect for escaping the city noise. Woon and his wife were incredibly welcoming, offering proactive tips on local dining and transport. They even helped plan my daily itineraries, making every outing effortless. If you want fresh air, gorgeous views, and a host who truly cares, this is your go-to spot!

The place is peaceful and Tranquill. The host is very helpful. However the place is a bit walk from the main road. We didn't expect that. We went there during national day which is probably not the best time to visit Sapa. There's too much traffic the whole time. And we only had 3 days there. Anyways the home Stay is recommended.

To celebrate the New Year, my family gathered in Chiang Mai and stayed at Joy and Joerg’s Airbnb, which was the perfect spot for our reunion. In August, I visited their place in advance, and they kindly showed me around, sharing tips on relaxation, cooking, and massages. In December, the house comfortably accommodated everyone in separate bedrooms. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, relaxing in hammocks, and having a barbecue with fresh meat and vegetables. Their delicious Thai dishes, with separate chili and non-chili plates, were perfect for our family’s preferences. Despite minor issues like rental car trouble and a family member falling ill, Joy and Joerg provided excellent support and advice. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we left with cherished memories.

Ein sehr gemütliches Anwesen abseits vom Trubel. Trotzdem ist man schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt und am Fluss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicola ist ein toller zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The stay was absolutely perfect. Bao was super responsive and helpful. I also recommend booking massages and treatments through him — totally worth it. The villa was stunning, even better than we expected. I 100% recommend this place. I’m honestly considering coming back to Vietnam just to stay here again.

This was our second stay at this villa, and just like after the first stay, we are already trying to plan when we can come back!! The surroundings could not be more peaceful and beautiful, and having a lovely big yard and pool make relaxing at the house so easy. All the furniture is incredibly comfortable, our family spent the few rain showers playing games in the living room and some of us may have accidentally taken naps on the couch :) On top of that, we felt so taken care of by Xuan and the whole team! Breakfast supplies were there when we got there, and we always knew we could send a message to get any recommendations or help we needed. They sent a car to collect us from da nang airport and to drop us back off when we had to leave, and made our trip so seamless. I can't recommend enough!! Thank you all!!

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

A chance to experience village life and the hospitality of the family, a real treat and something of a privilege. The home cooked food was about the best we've had in Vietnam, you can look out the window to see where it was grown. We had our young children of 6 and 9 and they absolutely loved it here. The family are very friendly and helpful, there's really nothing at all bad to say. Our walk round the village was delightful, waterfalls and bamboo forests, rice paddies and typical houses on the side of the green mountain. It's everything you would wish for if you want to see rural Vietnam. Highly recommended!

3대 가족 모두가 행복했던 공간이었습니다. 호스트 친절하고, 수영장 및 조경 관리가 잘되서 보기에도 좋았어요. 무엇보다 조식이랑 웰컴푸드가 전문식당보다 맛있어요. 푸짐하게 맛있게 잘먹고 잘쉬다 갑니다.
