Our family of 5, had a great stay at this wonderful property. The host and caretakers were very kind, supportive, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The property is surrounded by streams and a waterfall. We hiked every day, had camp fires at night, and loved the background sound of the waterfall throughout the day and night. We did have the caretakers provide some of our meals, and the food was very good. They even gifted our children with Thai carry bags, which our children now cherish. This is a beautiful property, which is operated and maintained by an excellent staff. We will be back!

+ A really pretty listing located in a remote part of town, great for a quick getaway. Perfect for a friend group, as you can unwind and enjoy the serene and peaceful surroundings together. The listing is quite clean and has all the amenities you would need. - The wifi is not great, so I wouldn’t consider it if I have to work. There are multiple closets, but most are being used to store the host’s stuffs

Мы были вынуждены уехать из Бангкока из-за землетрясения и забронировали жилье всего за пару часов до нашего прибытия, несмотря на такой ранний заезд Стефан подготовил жильё очень быстро, он сам занимается обслуживанием дома и внимателен ко всем деталям. Мы очень много и интересно побеседовали с ним о его двадцатилетнем опыте жизни в Тайланде, он дал нам много советов и рассказал интересную историю своей любви к Тайланду. Сама вилла находится достаточно удалено от города, тут не мешает городская суета (но достаточно близко, чтобы это не было проблемой добраться на такси/байке и заказать любую доставку - 10-15 минут). Дом на территории закрытого посёлка, очень тихо и спокойно, тихие соседи, безопасно. Ежедневный вынос мусора, 2 раза в неделю очистка бассейна. Дом без излишеств, очень просторный, хотя и не очень новый, но в хорошем состоянии, большая редкость для Паттайи! Нет неприятного запаха, вся техника в доме хорошо работает. Много полезных мелочей, хорошее белье. Отличный выбор! 🇹

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the host, who went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and at home. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions and great communication throughout my stay. The property itself was even more beautiful than in the photos. It was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with a perfect mix of style and comfort. The living space was spacious and cozy, with plenty of natural light, which made it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch—everything I could have possibly needed and more. We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this charming homestay in Da Lat. From the moment we arrived, the owners, Tu and Ai, made us feel truly welcome. We arrived earlier than expected, but they kindly helped us settle in right away. Their care for comfort and safety really stood out — knowing that Da Lat gets cold at night, they thoughtfully set up a heater for us in advance. We stayed in a cozy bungalow nestled in a beautiful garden. The structure felt solid and well-built, and it was the perfect place to relax. Our kids loved staying on the second floor of the bungalow, where they had lovely window views and space to read and draw. The shared space of the homestay is equally inviting. Guests can make coffee, cook, or simply relax while playing with the friendly cats. One of our favorite moments was going up to the rooftop café to enjoy a cup of coffee while soaking in the peaceful view of Da Lat’s farms. You can really feel the love and care Tu and Ai have poured into this place. Eve

The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. We had all the perfect amenities I could ask for. The pool was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive, answering any questions within minutes. Perfect for families, group trip etc. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

Great place with an amazing view. Really enjoyed my stay here. Descriptions matched the place and it was very clean. One thing I felt could be better is the check in process. The guard will not let you inside to get to the basement to get the card in the mailbox. It made check in incredibly frustrating. Other than that, this place is impeccable.

Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. Like I was living there my whole life. Spotless and clean. With plenty of plates and utensils to entertain another couple.

This place is truly delightful, offering a breathtaking view and a prime location near the heart of the city. The friendly dogs and cats were always there to guide and protect me whenever I stepped outside from the door to the gate. The unique decor perfectly blends with modern amenities, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Although the steep road to the house can be quite tiring, the stunning view makes every effort worthwhile.

Interessanter Aufenthalt. Sehr ruhig und etwas außerhalb gelegen. Die Tiere sind ab und zu im Wasser vor den Bungalows, was wir persönlich ziemlich cool fanden.

This place is like a cabin hotel lodging. You walk 2-3 minutes down the hill to the check in office. There is a huge garden below the check in office, cabins scattered around the garden next to each other. It’s quite beautiful. The cabin is actually quite spacious and comes with everything you need (besides a kitchen). Giang is an amazing host. She was responsive to us 24/7, prepared breakfast and dinner for us, helped arrange our transportation, did our laundry, basically anything we needed Giang could do. She is a great host. We had a great time, given that the only things out of her control (aka other guests) were the only thing we were not a fan of.

It was such a wonderful experience staying, I have a little daughter and everyone was so helpful. When she wouldn't eat the family helped me to feed her and play with her while I relaxed a little. I can't wait to go back one day!

Staying at hula hula sunset was a blessing from the sky, the pictures don’t justify the beauty of the place as they are not professionally taken by manipulative angles so the place is actually more beautiful than the photo, there is a restaurant on the site and the owner ( referred to as mama ) she is abseloutly a gem ❤️ mama cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner all for super cheap and helped me with everything from giving me her scooter to use, to taking me to Chiang Mai with her car and even showing me around pai, she is also an amazing cook and thought me 4 dishes in less than 1.30 min all famous thai food so recommend to book with her to cook 🧑‍🍳 WiFi works great and this place hands down has the best sunset and sunrise view in pai ☀️🌄 I would say if you find this place don’t even think a sec and go for it, when I saw only few reviews I was unsure but oh man I’m glad I booked it here and stay beautiful 10 days with mama ❤️

Wonderful private location in Khoa yai country club. Near golf coarse. House needs some minor repairs. Overall i liked it very much - second trip here fir month each . Tell us about the player piano?

Nosotros conocimos a Becop, el hermano de Dende. Es una persona especial, de las que te llegan al corazón. En todo momento se esforzó por integrarnos en la cultura tailandesa, haciendonos comidas exquisitas y mostrandonos su otro lugar de trabajo. Becop tiene una granja con cultivos por los que pasan unas cascadas maravillosas, por lo que podemos decir que nos dio la oportunidad de conocer la Selva de Tailandia. También nos presentó amigos suyos músicos, a los que fuimos a ver a un concierto. Mi pareja es músico y le invitaron a tocar con ellos varias canciones, haciendo de aquella noche una experiencia inolvidable. Si volvemos a Tailandia, por supuesto que volveriamos a repetir ya que consideramos a Becop un amigo!!! PD: Todo Khanom beach y en particular Area 11 son lugares de ensueño, aquí te puedes despertar viendo el amanecer, el sol que sale del mar en un lugar apartado, magico y fuera del tiempo. Esto te hace reconectar con lo esencial y con el poder de la naturaleza.
