It was lovely staying at this property. Every room matched the pictures and the pool area exceeded our expectations. Very proactive hosts, self check in and check out (super easy). Shops and a cafe within a walking distance.

We had a great time. Everything was perfect except the walking part to Sapan Khwai BTS station. My friends was wishing for a gas connection rather than induction heaters in the kitchen with more utensils. We enjoyed shoping at the local fresh market and cooking ourselves for eight persons. Buay and her sister Eng was very very helpful with excellent communication skills. Everything we needed and asked was provided for.

This is a fantastic 3 level home with all the amenities. Patrica is very good about communication and all the details are covered. The kitchen is well appointed, hot water, and sufficient ac if you keep the rooms closed. Patricia suggested a great massage place, some excellent near by food, and it is a short Grab ride from the old city. We highly recommend this place for your next stay.

The house is located in the village next to the road. This is the first time my parents and I have come to Chiang Mai and we are looking forward to this journey❤️Tatum was kind enough to answer questions and recommend places to go around! Tatum found out that my father is a chef from China and recommende..As our family of three stayed in the house, it was great that the house had a children's room that met my staying needs, as well as having two bathrooms and a large fridge!🤩On the day we arrived in Chiang Mai, Tatum also helped us contact a motorcycle dealer! Thank you very much! If the next time my family has the opportunity to return to Chiang Mai, I will not hesitate to stay at Tatum's house!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

非常方便离机场很近，整套房子整洁，东西一应俱全。房东热情，我们在清迈还借车了，当不知道停哪里时房东主动带我们去，真的超级贴心。必须给房主一点大大的👍。以后来清迈一定选这里！

Our stay at Lily and Pui’s Airbnb was fantastic! They were super helpful, always available, and made check-in/out seamless with clear instructions. The location is unbeatable—right next to Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan, in the heart of Old Town. Everything we needed was within walking distance, from local eateries and supermarkets to taxi and Songthaew stands, making it a super convenient base for exploring the city. The property is unique, originally a hostel converted into an Airbnb. It has 10+ beds, six bathrooms (each with an attached toilet), and all essential toiletries provided. The fully stocked kitchen and well-equipped washing area with a washing machine and dryer added to the convenience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The space is perfect for large groups, offering both comfort and privacy. The common areas were great for gathering, and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. One of our best Airbnb experiences—highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay and everyone in the area was very friendly. Alot of Streetfood and a 7/11 right next to it which was very convenient. The Area kind of requires getting alot of grab rides if you want to go to the city or main attractions. Metro and Skytrain is possible aswell but takes quite long. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and can recommend!!

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum. Die Lage ist toll, ruhig und es gibt einen großen Pool. Die Wohnung ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Insbesondere die Küche ist ein absolutes Highlight. Lesley war immer zu erreichen und stets um uns und unser Wohlergehen bemüht! Sowohl der Check In als auch der Check Out wurde an unsere Bedürfnisse angepasst. Es war einfach rundum perfekt. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten mitten im Trubel und am Strand. Die Unterkunft ist eine ganz klare Empfehlung!

Our stay at Vinavan's house was absolutely amazing! The home well maintained, clean and is perfectly located in Angsana Hotel cand equipped with everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offering a wide range of activities for both kids and parents. What truly touched us was the incredible kindness of our host. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with thoughtful touches like a fruit basket, complimentary drinks, and essential kitchen supplies. Throughout our stay, we were delighted by the warmth and attentiveness of Mrs. Elle, the property manager. Every time she visited, she brought treats for the children and delicious local biscuits. She even surprised us with a magnificent birthday cake for our son, making the occasion even more memorable. We truly loved our experience and will definitely return for our next trip. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in this house. The host was very nice and always helpful. We would recommend to rent a scooter to explore the island. The area felt very safe to stay with the family. The pool is a dream! We had a problem with the lock but it was solved very quickly. Thank you

Perfect place to stay for our trip, with a short ride into the town centre. Able to walk / use bikes to get to local shops near by - 2/3 mins on bike. Use of pool / gym facilities right on the door step.

I had a really nice stay at this place! It was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach—and the place had all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing stay. The host was very attentive and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

房東回覆十分迅速。第一天抵達入住時，因剛下雨有很多蚊子，跟pat反應後就昂隔天早上就把電蚊拍送來！ 房子比照片還要嶄新，最後一天pat 提供免費的機場接送，並且允許我們於退房後在一樓等待13:30司機抵達。 是非常開心快樂的7天旅途，下次還會入住！
