Daire güvenlikli bir sitede yer almaktadır. Sitede binaların altında yüzlerce dükkan bulunan kendi başına bir mahalledir. Binanın girişinde metro hattı yer almaktadır. Açıkçası jakartada en keyif aldığımız anlar bu sitede geçirdiğimiz vakit oldu. Sitenin hemen dışındaysa yerel bir akşam pazarı kurulmaktadır. Ev temiz, yataklar rahat. Ödenen paranın karşılığını alırsınız.

Cynthia's place is wonderful! It is clean, beautiful, exclusive apartment in the heart of west surabaya. The place is near cafes and shopping mall. The pool and gym is decent size and clean. Recommended to stay!

I would like to highlight that Dennis was the most supportive, kindest, and most responsive host I have ever had. I stay at many airbnbs throughout the world. There are many great hosts. However, Dennis went above and beyond as a host which was a really humbling experience for me. He was always supportive of my inquiries and helped me with various things during my stay. He was always very kind and cordial during our interactions. Everything I needed was provided in ample supply. If I needed something, it would happen the day of the request or inquiry. Again, I cannot emphasize enough that I was truly humbled to have stayed here. In a way, I fear that this good review will jeopardize my ability to book this place in the future because of my good review. However, Dennis deserves such a wonderful review due to the level of service - and I am happy to provide this. Truly, it was like having an older brother helping you out and looking out for you. Thank you Dennis!

I had a wonderful stay in this Airbnb. Not only was the place decorated beautifully, but it was also super easy to access the mall and a great place to stay in passar minggu. The host was super friendly and quick to respond and gave me recommendations for local eats when I asked for them. I also find the included washing machine super useful. I would definitely come back again when I stay at passar minggu again!

We had a wonderful stay, place was cozy and comfortable. Julius responded quickly to all of my questions. Also I miss placed my bags in the lobby but the security at the apartment was very helpful, they actually kept my bags safely.

A very nice stay! Pros View is excellent with the floor to ceiling windows. Place was clean and had what we needed. Many little added items as you would find in a upscale hotel to assure a great stay. Comfortable sofa and great TV. Responsive host. We had a bit of a cockroach problem which was addressed and resolved promptly. Lobby, reception area, and the people there all great and very helpful. Often had someone just opening the front door like a fine hotel! Cons Building is an odd mix of very nice and some items needing work. The windows desperately need cleaning on the outside and the maintenance of the pool deck area is lacking but not a reflection on the host.

the location is quite and strategic, very convenience with private lift. the unit is very clean and comfy like home.. I love the sofa btw.. the wifi is working well. there is a food court just accross the building. highly recommended 👍🏻

Perfect stay during business trip.. Starbucks, Subway, Mcdonald, Domino Pizza and Japanese restaurants are near here..

Skolastica's place is comfortable, quiet, and really great for a weekend getaway. The drinkable tap water in particular is great if you're from overseas. Recommend!

Tuan rumah sangat responsif dan helpfull. Tempat nyaman sesuai dengan d foto. Cuman memang sedikit perlu d jaga kebersihannya, karena ada jarum pentul di kursi duduk. Tapi overall aman dan nyaman banget.

Had a wonderful stay at gateway pasteur.. the room was clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and stunning city light view. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. This was the best airbnb I ever stayed at- i give it 110/10, thay was how impressed i was. The room looked better than the pictures. The necessities provided was very well thought of, such as toilet paper, envelopes, small towels,soaps and washing detergent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Location was also wonderful.

- my kid loved the bunk bed - main room has a small WIC to put my lugage. - its important : the aircond is cold. Perfect for stay at the hot weather. Thank you - sofa is big and soft. - have a wifi but very slow conncetion. - direct to shopping center. - the kitchen is clean. - the refrigeratior quite cold. The place is very strategic and easy to find. Kristi as the host gave clear instructions from check-in to check-out. The unit is exactly as described, the view from the balcony is also very beautiful. Equipped with complete facilities such as a fitness center and swimming pool. Near the apartment there is Tebet Eco Park if you want to jog with many cafes, restaurants, and street food nearby. We enjoyed our stay at Adhi’s apartment.

Our stay at the apartment was enjoyable overall. The apartment was comfortable, strategically located, and offered a great view. The swimming pool was a highlight, making it ideal for a family vacation with kids. The security felt safe, and free parking was a plus. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. Cleanliness needed a bit more attention, and the bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to pool after showers. It took about 10-15 minutes for the water to drain completely. Additionally, there was no drinking water provided, and the location was quite far from any convenience store, which made it a bit inconvenient. The TV and AC remotes also didn’t function smoothly. Despite these minor issues, our stay was very pleasant and definitely worth the price.
