Shibli is a fantastic host. He is friendly, responsive and very helpful. The property is cosy and comfortable, with a squeaky clean and spotless amenities. He is very helpful with local suggestions and responds immediately to your queries. look forward to staying at his property again.

The check-in was a bit delayed as previous guests were reluctant to leave, even 1.5 hours after the designated check-out time. However, on informing the host, the process was expedited. As the name suggests, the flat was really spacious and looked exactly like in the photos. The hall had a comfy sofa, TV and dining; kitchen had all the utilities as described and bedroom was also good. There is also a small balcony which provides good view of the street, provides adequate ventilation and can be used for drying clothes and stuff. The location is amazing, there is a gym opposite to the property, plenty of shops around to buy all kind of stuff, laundry services, fruit sellers and few restaurants. You will feel right at your home here and it is well suited for longer stays. The host was responsive, polite and supportive. The caretaker Anita Didi was also very helpful and cooperative. Overall, it was a great stay and totally value for money. Highly recommended !!

Place was neat and clean and my early check-in request was well accepted. Kitchen is well equipped and you will find all the basic amenities as listed. If you want to cook your own meals then you will easily find most of the stuff in the near by market which is at walking distance. Over all it was a nice experience.I look forward to book again!. Good place to stay, flat was as shown in the pictures. There is no power backup yet but overall it was amazing stay.

The place was good. The surroundings were peaceful. The best was the organic kitchen garden and from garden to plate. The tariff should have included breakfast. They did not give us any discount on the meals and I felt the price was a bit steep. The inquiry about our comfort was a bit intrusive, and the immediate requests for a review via messages, emails, and phone calls should have been avoided.

Amazing experience, A Quiet place

We have had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful 3 Bhk flat. The host Mr. Satish is a wonderful person and was just a call away to help us out with our needs and queries. The flat is huge with all basic amenities with a wonderful environment and neighbourhood. We were two families visited and stayed and enjoyed every moment there with lots of beautiful memories. Thank you Satish ji for such a lovely experience. would love to visit and stay once we visit Indore again.
