We booked the space based on an event we attended at Grewal Hall. The venue was across the street and a 2 minute walk which was perfect! The owners allowed us to check in earlier and offered for us to stay an hour later because it was spring ahead day light savings time. The parking space offered with the place we were not able to access because there was not a parking pass available. They got right back with us and offered to pay for our parking. It happened to be on a Saturday so we were able to park for free outside the building in the front. The only few things were it was cold inside the space. It was set at 67 and felt chilly, but it was in the 30’s outside. The shower looked very nice but we were too cold in the morning to use it. The only other thing was you had to be very quiet based on the below neighbors and being on the top floor so they recommended slippers which we were glad we took. Very good hosts.

This was an incredible little gem in the heart of Lancing. Parking is free on the weekends so we were able to enjoy the city before coming back and relaxing. The space was super clean and really lovely. It was very homey and industrial chic! We loved our stay. We absolutely would recommend to others.

The place was super cute and in a great location. It had everything we needed for a great value. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

We had the most amazing stay! This place is super cool, very modern with great amenities. Bathroom feels like a Manhattan spa, draft beer on tap was a huge plus, bed was extremely comfortable. The host was super helpful and friendly. Could not have had a better way to ring in the new year. Cannot wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay, not only was the location PERFECT. His hospitality is A+. The host is more than willing to assist in any way he can and if things come up. He communicates and keeps you well aware of what’s happening to avoid any dissatisfaction. I really enjoyed my stay and will be returning to his properties when I visit the area. 👌 if your in need of a CLEAN, safe and friendly host that won’t overstep boundaries or make you feel uncomfortable (specially you ladies! lol) I suggest viewing this hosts properties. 😆 Thank you so much Gerald!

Had a lovely time in town for the Nordic Fire Festival in Charlotte. It was such a nice space with an adorable little kitchenette complete with bottled waters in the fridge, a well stocked coffee bar, and muffins! Plus the hot tub was an amazing little reprieve after being out in the cold all weekend for the festival. I had a great time here and definitely recommend it!

This home was a wonderful place to stay while we explored the Lansing area. The hosts went over and above to make us feel welcome. The home and yard were lovely and clean. The directions were clear and concise. It was a blessing to be welcomed into this home!

We were in town for my Mothers funeral. We originally were staying at another Airbnb that wasn't able to extend our reservation. Rachel not only confirmed our new reservation within minutes, but also allowed us to go straight from check out at the other place to check in at her place without waiting around for several hours. She was also extremely helpful when we had an emergent situation with our dog, Dexter. The house is absolutely beautiful and even though you're only a few minutes outside of town it feels super secluded and private. Wonderful host, wonderful house.

We had a short but sweet girls night at Aura’s place! It was right in Old Town, so we could walk to all of our favorite shops, restaurants and bars! Her place has so much character and charm and a really fun vibe. We’ll be back for sure, and hopefully for longer!

This great apartment was perfectly located for our visit. It also had plenty of space for our family of 5. It had easy off-street parking, and came with all the things we needed. The hosts were so helpful, and the kids especially appreciated the provided snacks!

I was staying at Suellen's place a second time because the first time was exactly what I needed and so, the perfect place to return to. The apartment is cozy and had the amenities I needed. Suellen is a great host, personable and helpful. We're almost family now!

We had a wonderful weekend at Dinh’s place. Cute interior with everything you could need and more. Very clean and easy to check in, and the host was very friendly. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to East Lansing!

I stayed in this rental for a short term work contract. It was a good space and had all the essentials. If you are staying longer term, there isn’t too much closet space but it’s manageable. This upstairs unit does not have its own thermostat, so it can get pretty cold in the winter. However, as soon as I would message Aaron about the temperature he would always adjust the thermostat remotely right away! Convenient location to stores as well.

Very nice, interesting, very old apartment. Comfortable respite from the outside world.

I really appreciate the hospitality and calm demeanor of our hosts. the place was great, met our exact needs while we were in town.

As stated in the description for the place, it is close to downtown Jackson, which made it easy to make runs to and from during the day. While I had a tad bit of trouble tweaking the radiators in the apartment (was rather cold during my stay), the provided mini heaters made it possible to stay warm while waiting for the adjustments made to the radiator to kick in. Steve and Betty were prompt with their responses day of check in, and the provided amenities were very welcome. All in all a good place to stay!

My son and grandchild who live in Jackson actually picked it out and it worked perfectly for us.
