Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

We were very happy with our stay. Having lived in the area for 36 years we knew what we needed and Christopher's place fit the bill. Close to all kinds of shopping, close to freeways, close to OC airport, Newport Beach and everyone we needed to see. The apartment matched the description and pictures perfectly. It was very, very clean and uncluttered. The bedroom had a large walk-in closet and a very comfortable bed. The washer and dryer were great. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay. No hesitation in recommending Christopher's apartment.

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

Maxime was very responsive, her place was very clean and handsomely decorated. Check in is slightly complicated but very clear.

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! We came to LA for a nice getaway for a few days. I loved the apartment. Everything was clean and the view was amazing!! Lobby staff was very nice and helpful as well. The host were awesome and gave us suggestions where to eat/visit. We took advantage of the free museum near by, which Giselle recommended, and i loved it. My favorite part was probably the rooftop pool and jacuzzi! The view up there was to die for! I am definitely going to keep this place in mind next time i’m in California!!

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

Christian’s space was the perfect choice for a trip in DTLA. The parking was convenient, the building was walking distance from tons, and it matched the description perfectly. The security made you feel at ease, and the apartment itself was cute and comfortable for 3 guests. Christian was great at communicating as well. Would recommend and stay again if returning to DTLA.

Great downtown LA apartment! For starters, the main living space has pleasant modern decor and is spacious with high ceilings, and lots of natural light due to large windows. Appreciated the convenience of washer/dryer and the free parking garage across the street. The rooftop pool area is also very nice with great skyline views.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chris and Rebecca’s space. It was a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of DTLA. The rooftop hot tub is a MUST and we enjoyed exploring the incredible food + coffee nearby! They were so responsive to any questions we had and keep their place pristine. Highly recommend!

Char is truly an excellent host. Very responsive, proactive and communicative. The entire space was very clean, well arranged and decorated in a very calming and welcoming manner. The back deck is very beautiful and many hours can be spent bird watching from there. Everything was as described. This is truly a very special place to stay and it was a privilege staying here.

Absolutely beautiful property with all our needs met. Will definitely keep on our list of places to return to. Highly recommend!

Jennings’ home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The location was great, the house was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. There’s an iPad that controls everything in the home, including the temperature of the hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. Lori (co-host) was very proactive and pleasant. We felt well looked-after and appreciated the lovely welcome basket and hand written card. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

We loved staying at Jean’s place. It’s cute, cozy and clean. The location is great! It’s walkable with a nice coffee shop and stores nearby. Great host!

Almost a perfect stay, the kids loved it. The only thing that would make it perfect is a King sized bed. Either than that, nice size house, nice back yard, nice parking, comfy bed. Would stay here again.

This was a great weekend home for us and our 14 month old. It had all the amenities we needed and it was extremely quiet as well. Walking distance to all the cafes and stores on Glendale, very short drive to Silver Lake and Griffith Park, excellent location overall. The weather was stunning so we got to spend time in the back yard and pick some lemons and oranges. A SoCal California special!

Staying here was amazing! Angela is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Air Bnb. She is so kind and helpful. Her home is beautiful and very walkable. I would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Alex and George’s place! The location was ideal - on a quiet street but just a short drive to Magic Mountain, the Rose Bowl, and tons of great restaurants. The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super cozy, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. Parking was easy, and check-out couldn’t have been simpler. Alex and George were responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again - highly recommend!
