Book this place! This property is made up of Wyndham vacation villas perched at the top of a hill with amazing views. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very nice, and customer service is excellent. There are several lakes on property for fishing and a beautiful pool for swimming. There are limited pictures on this site but many more if you go to the Wyndham site directly. This is a perfect getaway for those looking to leave the business of the city to get out to a more remote place. 20 minute drive from several public spots on the Guadalupe River. There were a couple issues with my reservation but the host took care of them quickly. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will be back.

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

This place has it all! It is easy to find and you can park just a few steps from the unit making it easy to load and unload. The area is clean and very quiet. I felt safe during my stay. The kitchen has a small stovetop, sink, microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator and a dishwasher. It is equipped with plates, utensils, cups and cooking pans. The bathroom has a big walk in shower (great water pressure) The host provides towels, shampoo + conditioner and there is a blow dryer just in case you forget yours. The unit has a stackable washer/dryer that you can use during your stay. The “room” (remember this unit is open concept) has a TV, small desk, a futon and a Murphy wall bed. The linens were clean and there was plenty of pillows but if I had to rate the bed, that would be my only complaint. The bed is not comfortable at all. A better bed would make the stay very close to PERFECT! Our host was extremely understanding and very responsive. Look no further! Thank you for having us!

Quaint, very clean with a beautiful view.

Fit our needs well: cute, cozy and comfortable. We were able to stream the UIL BB Finals, watch granddaughter's BB at a nearby gym and keep the grandkids occupied with the outdoor spaces and games. Very quiet, inviting space close to resturants.

This was our second time staying here. It is a nice location inside an older neighborhood. Kerrville has a lot of things to do for a relatively small town. No problems.

Susan was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was clean with all amenities listed, along with a couple little extras Susan provided. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Main Street. Susan provided information on Fredericksburg with ideas of things to do in the area. We liked having off street parking and a private, secure backyard. We had a great time.

Beautiful location and gorgeous home. Perfect for relaxing with family. We will definitely be back!

Great stay near Bandera. Very close to restaurants, groceries. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable, and the huge porch is the best for star/deer watching.

The Eliza house was gorgeous and so glad it was our pick for Fredericksburg. Came here as part of my sisters bachelorette and the house was perfect. Very clean, lots of COMFY beds, and Afton was easy to communicate. Additionally it was only a mile from Main Street, and particularly Calichee coffee which we did a walk to each morning.

Beautiful property with a fenced in back yard patio. The decor and practicality of the space was used made us feel right at home. They had extra blankets, multiple pillows, multiple towels, and basic cookware that made the night easy for us. Home was clean, warm, and welcoming, we will come back if we’re ever in the area again.

Our stay was wonderful! Afton provided clear instructions to locate the place as well as gaining entry into the house. When we walked in the door, we just loved the place. It is adorably decorated and has such an eclectic vibe. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and well stocked with soaps and lotions. The beds were comfortable and had beautiful linens, but not overly fussy. It is located just around the corner from the main drag in Fredericksburg which was a nice quiet street. Overall, a very beautiful place with everything one could need! Thank you for such a nice experience!

We stayed here for a girls trip and it was just what we needed and it was a nice beautiful home, very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Host was very nice and gave clear instructions for check in. We would definitely love to visit again!

We chose this place because the pictures were beautiful but didn’t do it any justice. In person it was breathtaking and had a washer and dryer which not all locations do. There were lots of spaces around the home to relax alone and others to share and spend time together. The reviews posted were positive and we gave it a shot. My daughters and I enjoyed that it was minutes from the strip and easy to locate from any point. Loved it! Rachel was responsive and her Airbnb was on point! Absolutely recommend and will book for a longer stay next time. Book this cottage you won’t regret it!

Felt like home away from home! All the amenities you could want for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the backyard area and how it is set up to be cozy and the perfect spot to relax after a day spent exploring! This home was plenty roomy for our family of four and the two king beds were very comfortable and ensured that we slept like rocks! The area felt very safe yet also private enough that you didn't really see your neighbors unless you tried. Grocery stores are very close by for all necessities and with a full kitchen, it was easy for us to prepare meals at the house while enjoying the propane fire ring out back and a bottle of wine we picked up earlier that day at a local winery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Thoughtfully designed and great use of space. QR codes everywhere. Loved all the seating, especially the multipurpose dining/work bench area. Lots of hooks throughout the unit to hang things. Kitchen is fully stocked. The complimentary German pastries at check-in, lavender scented space, and St. Patrick’s TV screen were all nice touches! There are signs of wear and tear in the unit. Here are a few items needing attention: -Shower liner worn out (had a rip/hole), mold on the bottom of white shower liner -Soap scum/lime scale on the tub, drain, and shower head -Hole at the base of the tub where small spiders were coming in and out -Stains on the bedroom king sized pillows (noted this due to stripping the sheets prior to check out) -Noticeable dirt/discoloration on family room area rugs which could use some shampooing or carpet cleaning -Brown stain inside the microwave’s back wall

Awesome spot just outside of the town. Not walkable but a super easy 2 minute drive to central main street. Liked this better than spots closer to town as it was very private and had a little fenced in backyard area with hot tub. Squaeky clean and very nice place all around.

Hunt Texas is a great spot in the Texas Hill country. This resort is wonderful and the amenities are perfect. We did wine tasting and river activities on our stay all within just a few miles.
