We just spent a week at this property. We had family come in from VA, CA, and TX. This place was absolutely gorgeous, it looks even better in person. The hosts thought of absolutely everything. There is plenty of dinnerware, silverware, drinking cups, pots, pans, bakeware, towels, mini popcorn machine in the theatre room. Just a lovely place. All of the guests were already asking if we could book again for next year.😁 this will be the place we choose when we meet in the Austin area. As for location; airport is slightly under an hour drive, but not a bad drive, very scenic. There is an HEB grocery store about 10-15 minutes away, but there is a smaller convenient store about 10 minutes away that sells a little everything. We went there for a bacon, smores ingredients, and aspirin. I can't say enough good things about this house. The pool was absolutely fun to use. We went down to the boat dock every day 2-3x's a day as an exercise for the day. Definitely booking again

Loved this house! Great location and beautiful views of the water, great access. Very comfortable for my family of five adults. House was fully stocked and Chris was very responsive to my questions. Kitchen was great, we cooked all of our meals. We enjoyed bird watching from the backyard. Would love to stay again!

My boys (12 and 15) and I made reservations for the small container home over spring break, but Matthew reached out a few days before our stay to let us know that some high winds had caused a bit of damage to the container home, and it wouldn’t be fixed by the time we arrived. He kindly and very generously offered to let us stay at the main house for no additional charge so that we could still enjoy our planned vacation. Amazing! We absolutely loved the property, which is lit up beautifully at night and is kitschy and country and comfortable in all the best ways. The decor of the home was unique and fun, and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again without hesitation. And we fell in love with the goats. So friendly and funny. Matthew was the same when we met him. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay at this colorful and restful respite from the city.

Lake House vibes! Nice, clean home. Great location with Lake LBJ across the street and access a short walk down the street. Bunkhouse is great for the kids. Huge backyard to let our 2 dogs run around - just be careful if your dogs are smaller as there are some gaps under the fence they can crawl under due to the slope of the backyard. Host checked in and was quick to respond.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The location is unbeatable—right on the water, with a private area perfect for fishing and unwinding in total peace. The house itself is cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the real highlight is the patio—spacious, inviting, and offering stunning views that make it the perfect spot to relax. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back!

We really liked the spot. It was as described. Clean, easy instructions, comfortable beds. It was a great place to stay near the lake and near Austin, but not TOO close. Lots of state and county parks to explore. Very quiet as well. We would stay here again without doubt.

Our stay in the cabin was great? The view from the deck was scenic and everything surrounding the property was peaceful and relaxing. The property was clean and very well kept! I would highly recommend Jonathan and we will plan to be back in the future!

Tyler is awesome! I booked this place for my husband’s surprise 50th birthday. Invited his family here to celebrate. Everyone loves this place and they enjoyed the weekend here. Even the kitchen spices are well stocked for BBQ. Makes me like home and we will back aging next time . ❤️

Truong and Thao’a place was amazing! My family and I had a great time! The heated pool was amazing and we used it everyday we stayed. The house was clean with plenty for the kids to do inside. We spent a lot of time on the back patio and the weather was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with family or friends!

Had a great stay! The apartment clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. Bonus points for the working EV charger, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great place to stay—would definitely recommend!

place was great! beautiful yard with a fire pit, pool was great. beds were extremely comfortable. if you do sleep in 1 of the 2 barn rooms, keep in mind no bathroom and if you do have small dogs, there is a possibility they can get under the fencing/gate door. but overall an amazing stay. highly recommend!!

Nelma's home was incredible. It truly exceeded my expectations. It's a space surrounded by nature where you can forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life! It's also designed to relax and entertain children. I found a place where my daughters, my pet, my sisters, and I could share quality family time and enjoy our free time just a few hours from The Woodlands! We would definitely return. By the way beds were very confortable and main bathroom has a Jacuzzi that can give us a warm and relaxing bobble bath!! Try it!! Tanks you Nelma and Mona!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my entire trip. The place was exactly as described in the listing, with comfortable accommodations and clean facilities. I especially appreciated the privacy and the great in-house amenities, including the pool and games. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day. The office staff was also very helpful and accommodating. There were tons of amenities surrounding the office, making it easy to find everything I needed. The grounds were beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Wonderful place. Super clean and beautiful as advertised. TJ and Nadine were very responsive. My family of 5 had a wonderful time. Rented a golf cart, spent time at the beach club and even took in a few of the nearby trails. We will likely be going back next year.

Thank you for providing this off-the-grid carefree experience that allowed me to hike the local trails, photograph some amazing reptiles against the beautiful Texas hill country and just get away from it all for a bit! Excellent space for 1 to 2 people to get out into nature while still having the security of a gated neighborhood and modern amenities! Definitely recommend!!!

Great and peaceful spot for a family gathering!! The house was very spacious with comfortable beds and big kitchen!! We loved to wake up in the morning with the lake view! We loved it so much! Definitely we are coming back! Great hospitality!

Beautiful property! The hosts are responsive and you can’t even tell they are there. The home and surroundings were clean. It’s a HUGE property and such a good place to enjoy nature, the pool, kayak/canoe in some areas of the creek, did some shooting and the dogs were very friendly, always taking care of us. We will be back!

Eugene’s place is very nice! We had a great stay with no issues. Bed was comfortable and the coffee pot has a built in coffee bean grinder! Well stocked kitchen. Enough toilet paper for our two weeks there. Plenty of bath linens. There are nice neighborhoods to walk thru, but restaurants are a short drive away. Marble Falls is the nearest town and has good restaurants, gym(The Athletic Club), HEB grocery store which is great. If it had been a bit warmer we could have utilized the lake. Very nice neighbors! We had motorcycles and there is nice riding nearby. We would stay again! Thank you!

Kerry is a wonderful person and joy to talk to. The trailer has everything we needed very neat and clean. The quail were wonderful to watch and listen to. My dogs loved the outdoors and property was very nice. I hope to stay again soon and bring my son who lives in Indiana to see the hill country soon when he gets a vacation.
