This was the second time I have stayed at this listing, and I hope to be back again next year! The condo’s decor is so fun, and it is squeaky clean. It is close to the beach, walking path, restaurants, and shopping…almost anything you need is within walking distance (or a quick drive!). Importantly, this condo complex has private beach access just for guests, which guarantees you a quiet, peaceful spot on the otherwise crowded beach during high season.

Heather thank you so much you are a great host and your place was home away from home. We had a wonderful family vacation and really appreciate how clean and comfortable your was for us!!!

We had a great time! The beach was across the street, less than a 10 minute walk. Douglas has everything you need for the beach: towels, a wagon, chairs, an umbrella and sand toys. The condo was very clean and the size was perfect for the 5 of us. The pools are great! We never had a problem getting chairs. Pickleball and tennis was fun as well. They have rackets for guests.

First I want to start out by saying before I even booked this condo for 6 days Kyle messaged me back almost immediately explaining how far certain things were from the condo. Upon walking into the condo it was clean, refreshing and homey. The condo had every single thing we needed and more. We never had to take a trip for anymore supplies. It has a washer and dryer which was a first for us and it was absolutely useful. Gorgeous home and a friendly host in a breathtaking location!

By far the friendliest and most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Loved the condo, for the first time the place actually looked just like the pictures. VERY clean and impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. I loved it so much I extended my stay :)

The place was very clean, fully stocked kitchen making for easy meal prep. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Coffee shop was delicious!

We loved staying in this condo! Close to the beach and lots of restaurants! Beautiful view on the patio. Place felt very homey and so many kitchen accessories which was so nice! They really thought of everything! Only downside is the resort fee. Seems like he is the only person who does this seperate fee upon talking to other resort guests and looking at other places on Airbnb at the same resort. Not sure it was worth the extra fee since there weren’t any amenities other than a heated pool. However we did love our stay and would stay with Joe again!

We loved our stay here. It is described perfectly. The security gate and patrolling security was an added bonus. We hated to leave and will definitely try to return soon. Highly recommend.

The house is spacious, kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The rooms were set up nicely and everything was comfortable. The beach view and walking across the street to access it- amazing! We paid to have the pool heated and used it some each day! We also heavily used the hot tub! It was a great and inviting house to spend time in. The swing and view from the upstairs patio were also fantastic!!!

This Was My Second Time Booking Mathew’s Beautiful Home Away From Home!! My Family and I Loves It!!! Everything was clean, Matthew has great communication skills he’s great all the way around!!! I’m sure I’d be booking again

We visit the Sunnyside - Laguna - PCB area 2-3 times a year and have for the past five years, and this was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The golf cart was a huge bonus, making it super convenient to get around. We also really appreciated the attention to detail—especially the Mochamaster automatic pour-over coffee machine. It’s always a treat when hosts appreciate good coffee! The backyard was incredibly private, peaceful, and beautiful. The hot tub was another amazing perk. Since the beach was a little too cold during our stay, we ended up spending most of our time in the backyard, and honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. It was the perfect place to relax. We hope to come back soon!

The Bnb was very great, gave us everything we needed and more. Very quite neighborhood and not far from the beach and local attraction,will definitely recommend others for the stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated in PCB. You get a taste of the beach but not the crowd! I can’t wait to return. Don’t miss out on booking this place! Worth every penny.

This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in! Everything was close my boys and mom loved the pool, I was able to cook for my family with no problem. The entire house was clean and I definitely loved all 3 small bags with all of our needs (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lip palm ect)

Host is awesome, super communicative. The neighborhood is quiet and only a short walk to the beach and resturants. The place was clean and had lots of extra amenities to support your stay and time at the beach.

This is our second year, staying at the same place. It is neat, clean, spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location is amazing. We visited every state park in the area, at least half a dozen. We biked every day and walked every day on the beach. Easy bike to Seaside, which is a fun place to spend early evenings. Hosts are extremely responsive,

Our first time on AirBnb and I have to say the experience was amazing. The Beach view with morning coffee was so relaxing. The condo was nice, clean and furnished. The Washer and dryer was a plus, condo felt vary welcoming. We look forward to future reservations with Nik! I highly recommend this place, you won’t be disappointment.

I would recommend staying here. We loved the 9th floor balcony view of the resort pool (which was fun in and of itself) and nearby beach! A quick 3 minute drive across the street to gorgeous Henderson beach with its pure snowy sand and emerald colored, crystal-clear waters, and near other family-friendly attractions such as the HarborWalk. The condo was quite clean with a well-stocked kitchen we made good use of. Overall a very pleasant stay, other than the front desk being slightly lacking (plus the beds could be more comfortable) and loud resort guests. A great value for the price and location.

This was the perfect birthday gift to myself! Just beautiful and so peaceful. I felt so comfortable and really had the best stay. It snowed which was a shocker but being in this beautiful place calmed my fears. The host help me extend my stay just to give time for snow to clear for my 6 hour travel home. I love that the decor was simple yet elegant. The area and people were very pleasant.Everything was just perfect! I would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed Joseph’s place . The place was so beautiful and just love the ocean view waking up to that was just breathtaking. Would definitely book again .

Jodie was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and spacious. We didn’t feel cramped at all, and it was a perfect place to relax in the evenings. It’s very close the beach, and the complex felt safe.

Everything was great! Only thing I would suggest is a few more towels available per bathroom 😊 Nicholas was very easy to connect with and willing to help! Super easy stay and awesome location!

Loved this apartment! We stayed while the complex was under construction so we did not get to take advantage of the amenities but the apartment itself was great. Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Lyndsay was also super responsive and provided a detailed welcome guide for the apartment, complex, & surrounding area. Was seamless process to get there & check-in, we didn’t run into any issues for the entire duration of our stay. Fully functioning/equipped kitchen, beach chairs & towels, bikes included, parking pass, beach access (inlet beach), etc.. Just an fyi, Rosemary beach access is not included, but inlet beach was just as beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

The Dunes of Sea Grove has a fantastic location, right on the beach with access to a huge pool. The exterior is a bit dated, however the condo itself is modern and updated nicely. The access to a new pickleball court, fitness center and walkability to several restaurants and shops made it a perfect vacation home for our family! This unit is on the top floor and on the end making it very private and quiet. We always enjoy our time on 30A and highly recommend this condo.
