Loved the mini golf course right out the back door and the heated pool around the corner.

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar Beach and at this Airbnb! We felt right at home there. Also, we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carolyn’s home in Santa Rosa Beach! The property was impeccably maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after long days of fun. Carolyn was a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and full of great recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. One of the highlights was the pool—it was large, heated, and came with a beautiful cabana that made grilling and relaxing even more enjoyable. The garage was fully stocked with everything we needed for the beach, including chairs,umbrellas, and plenty of toys for the kids, which made our days by the water even more fun and stress-free. Another huge plus was having The Big Chill just across the street. It was the perfect spot for grabbing delicious food, enjoying live music, and soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Carolyn’s recommendations for restaurants beaches and shops were spot on. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

Second time staying here with Jessica as our host! Somehow it got even better with a brand new remodel. Quick and easy beach access and a nice pool! Would highly recommended booking and staying with Jessica.

Paul’s house was better than expected! Very easy to find and centrally located with easy access to Rosemary Beach and Seaside, not to mention The Big Chill directly across the street for easy meals and morning coffee runs. The house itself was spotless, cozy, full of all the amenities we needed, and had plenty of room for our family do 5. The included golf cart was perfect or getting around to the nearby beach access and dinners. We had such an amazing stay, we wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely look into staying here again if we’re back in town.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. The location was absolutely perfect. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. The home was very clean and comfortable. We are looking forward to visiting the area in the future and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Erica’s!! The townhouse was clean and spacious for our family of 5. The kids loved the bunk beds. There are tennis rackets and balls and putt putt supplies provided if you want to play that at the resort. There’s a pool very close to the townhome. Beach is probably a 5 minute walk(we had kids and an older person, so, it took us a little longer). Beach wagon and toys are supplied but we didn’t use them. The washer and dryer came in very handy. We always stay at Gulf Highlands because it’s gated and a very peaceful community with lots of things to do. Erica was very responsive to my messages. I highly recommend staying at The Mermaid Castle! Thanks Erica for a great trip, and we look forward to staying again in the future!

Everything was perfect. Me and my kids really enjoyed everything, when we are in Panama City we will be sure to book at Nick's place again.

Beautiful oceanfront townhouse in a perfect Seagrove location! The private beach access made our stay extra relaxing, and the home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for our family. Waking up to ocean views every morning was a dream. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

Beautiful house with all the amenities needed to have an excellent 30A vacation. Close to deer lake state park that has a wonderful scenery and fantastic beach. Neighborhood was clean and high end, close to shops and pizza place nearby is a must. Overall wonderful stay and my family was able to enjoy all the amenities on offer. Highly recommended and will stay again.

great spot. minute to the beach. wagon, chairs, and more provided made it simple to enjoy the day. the bunk bedroom was amazing. high quality built-in bunk beds. our kids slept comfortable and even had outlets in each bed to charge up devices while watching while calming down from a busy day. 100% recommend and will most definitely go back again!

Was exactly what the pictures and descriptions depicted. Our stay was great for me and my 6 children! Everything was clean , the pool was clean and well kept. We will definitely return .

My family and I were very pleased with Jacqueline’s place! Firstly and most importantly it was very clean which is hard to find! Newly established community which is also a plus. She takes pride in the little details such as leaving birthday decorations for my son which was so sweet. She was very responsive to anything that came up. We really appreciated having beach chairs, toys, a high chair and a pack and play which made it possible for us to travel light. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks so much!

I loved the area… this town home made me feel like I was at home for my 7 day stay!!! Definitely would book again!! Only issue was I wish there was a television in the second bedroom

Lisa responded to me very quickly about any questions I had! She always responded in no longer than 10 minutes. The place honestly was even better in person than it looked in the pictures! The beach was right across the street and super easy road to cross! There were tons of things to do and places to eat around the peaceful property. The balcony added a nice touch in the morning as well!! Will definitely considering booking with her again!

Nice, quiet townhome. We really liked how the owners have decorated the interior. Everything was exactly as described.

We enjoyed our two-week stay. The townhouse was exactly as pictured and described. It felt like home. Bed was comfy, all amenities we needed were provided. It was great to have washer and dryer, and the large tv and surround sound was a bonus. We appreciated the safe development; it was gated and in a great location. We could walk to several bars and restaurants. We loved the Beach House and the pool right by the beach. It was nice to have so many pools, green spaces for our dog, tennis and pickleball courts as well. We would definitely stay again!

My family and I were in Destin for Spring break. We had a great time and Irene’s place was great. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Irene’s place as you will feel right at home, with the beach across the street along with many restaurants. 10 out of 10.

This place is super cute! The host is extremely responsive, and she was always available if we had any questions. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked, and we didn’t have any issues checking in/out. Would definitely stay here again!

nice place to stay with perfect proximity to the beach. We liked sitting on the deck with the sandy beach within just a few feet. Sunny was so nice to work with and responded within just a few minutes to questions. This was our 2nd time staying here and would definitely stay again!

Ashley was a great host...very large place felt like we rented 2 places ...my parents stayed on the first floor that is somewhat separate with there dogs ....the bar was cool to hang out at..she has plenty of stuff for the beach also.
