Innere Stadt : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Eveline ist eine super Gastgeberin, sie war stets sehr zuvorkommend und hat proaktiv nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder man sonstige Wünsche hätte. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut und schnell funktioniert. Zudem hat sie wertvolle Empfehlungen für die Stadt geäußert. Die Wohnung war ebenfalls in einem erstklassigen Zustand, sowohl die Küche als auch das Bade-und Schlafzimmer. Es wurde zum ersten Morgen sogar ein Frühstück von Eveline bereitgestellt und man hatte die Möglichkeit sein Auto vor Ort abzustellen. Wir würden immer wieder gerne hierher zurückkommen.

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Pretty often we promise to stay at the same place if we visit the same city again but actually it hardly happens. It did happen this time! Schara's place was do welcoming that we chose it again when our daughter decided to visit Vienna with her friend. It's more than a place to stay. It feels home...

The place is easy to find. Murat gave clear instructions and check in was smooth and easy. Dedicated parking lot for this unit. The accommodation was spacious and very clean. Bathroom is clean as well. Kitchen is filled with sufficient utensils, along with working oven, microwave and dishwasher. My family love the place alot and wish we could stay longer. Murat was also very responsive. I highlighted an issue on the first night and he came over within 10mins and help to fix the issue. Very much appreciated.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Klaus. Die Ausstattung und die Lage entsprechen der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation mit Klaus war problemlos. Alles einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt im 14. Bezirk von Wien in einer ruhigen Gegend mit sehr guten Verkehrsverbindungen. Ganz in der Nähe sind der Wiener Wald (100 Meter vom Haus, wichtig fürs Gassigehen, es gibt auch eine wunderbare Auslaufwiese speziell für Hunde) und eine Bushaltestelle, ebenfalls 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt, so dass man in nur 30 Minuten in Wien (U4 Karlsplatz) sein kann. Sehr zu empfehlen für Gäste, die tagsüber Wien besuchen und abends die Ruhe genießen wollen.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. L’appartamento ha di gran lunga superato le aspettative, locali molto belli e forniti di tutto il necessario. Il posto auto era sempre disponibile. In tutti i locali la pulizia era impeccabile. Inoltre, Angela è stata molto disponibile e cordiale! Lo consiglio vivamente!!

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

Clean and comfortable home right by the subway station! So easy to get around Vienna and we also enjoyed the amusement park across the street. Grocery store, great restaurants, and coffee within 5 minute walk. A bit of noise from the street at night but it quieted down around 10:30 on the weekend. Susanne left so many toys for my girls and it was so appreciated! She was a friendly, relaxed and generous host. We would return!

Appartement parfaitement situé et conforme à la description. David était très réactif et arrangeant. Nous avons pu déposer nos affaires avant l’heure de check in, ce qui était très agréable.

We were in Vienna to celebrate Christmas with family. There were seven of us in total. Gisella's apartment was the perfect place to accommodate a larger-sized group to lodge under one roof. The apartment is extremely spacious and allows privacy for all! The kitchen is the central room and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spaced out throughout. The apartment was very clean and offered many amenities. I recommend to anyone, who is considering a stay at Gisella's apartment, to do so! This was a great stay and an exceptional complement to a perfect vacation!

Ubytování se nám velmi líbilo, lokalitu dobře známe a umístění bytu od MHD je vynikající, stejně jako od ostatních služeb. Komunikace s hostitelem byla výborná. Ubytování můžeme doporučit.

I had a wonderful stay at Sladjana’s place in Vienna. From the moment I booked, her communication was excellent—she was always prompt, thorough, and incredibly helpful. She provided detailed instructions on how to enter the flat (even if arriving late), as well as step-by-step guidance on using the door codes and where to find everything we needed. The flat itself was lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The internet was fast enough for both of us to work remotely, which was a big plus. The location was fantastic for exploring Vienna; the tram stop was only a few minutes away, making it very easy to visit the city centre, local Christmas markets. Sladjana also gave us clear tips on travel passes and how best to get around the city. Throughout our stay, Sladjana remained attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, Sladjana’s warmth and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend her Airbnb to anyone visiting Vienna!

Ingela has been a super friendly, very caring and proactive host. The apartment was exactly as expected, cozy, comfortable and very nice, equipped also with complimentary fruit and chocolate (very appreciated!). I really appreciated Ingela's support and interest in our wellbeing, she checked on us via text multiple times and that made us feel very well cared for. The location is also great, Museums Quartier is full of nice bars, restaurants and attractions, also super well connected with all the means of transport.

Die Unterkunft war super! Die Wohnung ist schön, ruhig und sehr sauber – genau wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles hat perfekt gepasst, ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. :)

Katja's accommodation having everything included in means of necessity let us feel like home. If you have in mind to visit Wien for everything that the town offers you should choose an accommodation like the one that Katja's offers. The apartment is big, with a lot of space, heating, hot water; the kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you possible need. Perfect place to stay. Katja is a great person who helped us with all the info that we need.

Die Lage der Wohnung geht zu einem Hof und ist sehr ruhig, die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sehr gut. Der Bus fährt vor der Haustür ab, die U-Bahn ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr hell durch die Panoramafenster. Alles hat gepasst. (Nach ca. 100 Stufen durch ein schönes rundes Treppenhaus mit einem Handlauf aus Holz und flachen Stiegen ist man schon oben in der Ruhe-Oase angelangt ;-)

Het is een hele nette ruimte. Sommige items zijn wel aan vervanging toe, dat zou het nog netter maker. De bank in de kamer is daar een mooi voorbeeld van. De tv is alleen beschikbaar voor het bekijken van de aanwezige dvd’s. Stefan is erg vriendelijk in communicatie. We hebben ons even vergist in het boeken van een taxi, dit was ongeveer 70 euro, dus toch flink wat meer dan beschreven. Achteraf was de taxi niet nodig geweest, je zit op loopafstand van het openbaar vervoer. Ik zou voor de speciale airport trein gaan als ik nogmaals zou gaan

Everything was fine! Good heating for the winter months, well equiped kitchen, close to the subway, quiet neighbourhood, easy access to the building, fast communication with the host,… Nothing to complain about! Thank you! :-)

l'emplacement du logement est idéal,dans un quartier calme et proche du vieux centre. a proximité de métro, tram et bus reliant l'aéroport. l'appartement était très propre avec toutes les commodités. Anne Marie et motti ont donné toutes les informations utiles a notre séjour. on recommande vivement ce logement .

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung , die auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet ist. Lebendige Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants, Cafes und Läden. Das Zentrum und die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind mit Straßenbahn und Bussen gut erreichbar, z.T. auch zu Fuß.

Trotz einer kleinen Planänderung waren Daria und Jochen sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Unseren Freunden, welche statt uns in die FeWo gefahren sind, waren vollkommen zufrieden und würde die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles! 😊
